08/09/2025: We were there yesterday. We've been customers for several years now. Like every other time, we had a wonderful time. The food was of the highest quality, and the dishes surpassed our imagination. Not only culinary, they were true works of art. The service was excellent, impeccable, and very professional. We were greeted with warmth (as always). After a short wait, we were promptly received and served shortly thereafter. The wine cellar was well-stocked, and then it was time to leave, but we had the desire to return soon. I recommend anyone to spend an evening here. The place is accessible to everyone, and there's even a convenient wheelchair ramp.

06/09/2025: A very good restaurant that stands out from the usual, one-size-fits-all fare. We had, among other dishes, veal sweetbreads and super-delicious lamb chops. And everything was prepared with a personal touch. One star less for the ambiance, as we missed the traditional printed menu. Scrolling through your phone is a good fit for fast-food restaurants. But with this class of food, a nice menu to browse through is simply a must.

07/09/2025: Invited by a friend for lunch, I went to La Taverna pizzeria for the first time. I must say I was very satisfied with the atmosphere, the service, and especially the food. The place is very clean, with tables arranged with space for disabled guests. We sat outside under the shade of an umbrella, enjoying a perfect temperature. The service was quick; from ordering to serving, the preparation took just a few minutes. I tried the fried food parcel, which was excellent as a pre-dinner drink. I ordered a gourmet pizza, specifically a Bolognese: beautifully presented, the quality of the ingredients immediately shines through, with the contrast between the mortadella and burrata, all washed down with an unfiltered beer. In short, I'll definitely be returning to La Taverna, this time to try the first and second courses. 👍👍👍👍👍+

15/08/2025: Simple and well-kept place, manager and staff are courteous, helpful and attentive to the needs of the customers. Here you eat very well and at a fair price. I recommend the fish-based dishes... excellent and well-kept (exceptional mixed fry... never eaten so good) The pizza is also good. Excellent restaurant to spend a quiet lunch or dinner with friends, family or relatives. I recommend you try this place.

15/08/2025: Barbara is an exceptional waitress, with a remarkable talent for customer service: she's smiling, kind, attentive, and even open to the friendly requests of customers who ask her to take their photo. She makes sure you feel comfortable, asking if "everything's okay." In any case, the other waitresses are also kind and professional. During the welcome phone call, I spoke with Elisabetta, whose tone was polite and inviting, resilient: willing to "meet the needs of a new customer who shows up at the last minute"... spaghetti with clams, perfect recipe!... tiramisu was good, but better without the whipped cream. Thanks to all the staff, the waiters, the cooks, the "many Giulias" who are truly unique, and a special thanks goes to Domenico: unique and unrepeatable! ...and... we have "the magician"! 12/07/2025: The quality of the dishes is excellent. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The wine cellar is good. The lemon delight is excellent and artisanal. The portions are generous, perhaps too large... It would be better if they told you when you order so as not to leave food on your plate.

24/08/2025: The food here is absolutely excellent and delicious. We also spent our vacation at the La Bussola apartments. I highly recommend it. The owners are super friendly and wonderful hosts 😍 I would stay with them again whenever I visit my hometown, as long as the apartments aren't fully booked, of course, as they are in high demand.

03/09/2025: My partner and I stumbled upon this place after visiting the Vatican. We were both exhausted and took the presence of a pair of priests as a positive portent. After an aperitif of Aperol spritz and Limoncello spritz, we both had orange and tuna salads followed by dessert. I had a warm peach covered in chocolate which was incredible, my partner had a similarly delicious tiramisu. We felt really well looked after in a quiet restful restaurant. Highly recommend.

24/08/2025: My partner and I stopped for lunch yesterday at this little restaurant in the center of Trieste. I called about twenty minutes before arriving (since I was passing through), and they were immediately kind and helpful in giving us a table. Fast service, very friendly staff, and excellent fish quality. If we ever return to Trieste, it will definitely be a must-visit. Everything was excellent :)

09/09/2025: Home cooking done well—in fact, you'll find many locals eating here! Spaghetti with clams—SPECTACULAR!!! Lasagna?? It's like being in the best osteria in Bologna! Yummy, yummy, yummy!!!

09/09/2025: We arrived, two adults and a toddler, almost at closing time and were greeted with a smile. We had a wonderful meal inside; the owner (I think) turned on the air conditioning, which we appreciated because it was hot outside. The spaghetti alle vongole was really good, with tons of clams. The Bolognese was also good. And the salmon pasta was very tasty. Highly recommended.

12/08/2025: The portions were excellent and generous! I was able to take home the excess food I'd ordered, carefully arranged in separate cardboard boxes and placed in a nice paper bag. A thoughtful gesture I particularly appreciated.

10/09/2025: The food was delicious. The fish-based dishes I never thought I'd find in the mountains... and above all the service. Excellent. The welcome was amazing... they make you feel at home... I was passing through and tried a couple of pizzerias and restaurants and was truly amazed.

26/08/2025: The place isn't very big, so reservations are definitely recommended, but it's very nice, and it also has a welcoming outdoor area, which was perfect when we were there in mid-August.
