Service Plan to enjoy your meal. Don’t rush. Relax and enjoy the meal at its pace. It is a small place, so ease into it. Ambiance One of the best. Right in the beach. Very beach shack vibes. You will have to wait when they are busy, but you are right on the pebbled beach, so when they call your name, you aren’t far. Listening to the small waves lap as you eat is heavenly.

We were picked up free of charge by boat from Positano harbor. After a 10-15 minute boat trip, we arrived at the beach and restaurant. We had made reservations online for both the restaurant and sunbeds. After disembarking, priority is given to those who have reservations for sunbeds. As they say, after 11:30, the first one there gets a sunbed. The sea is beautiful. The sunbeds are very close together because space is limited. We sat in the restaurant at our scheduled time. It was 2:45 PM, and our orders arrived quickly. The kitchen opens at 1:00 PM, so naturally all the orders pile up at once; you need to factor that in. We ordered mozzarella, octopus, and fish. For dessert, we tried the lemon tiramisu, which was delicious. It was a wonderful experience, both in terms of the sea and the food. Recommended. Reservations are required.

Such a fun, cool, and unpretentious vibe, with excellent fresh seafood. The beach is rocky, and so the loungers are worth it. The ride over on the boat adds to the experience.

There's not much to say anymore; the history and the images we find online speak for themselves... It's an experience you have to have, because the magic is high and starts as soon as you see their boat arrive at the dock. A family-run restaurant, the ingredients are refined and fresh, and the staff works hard to carry them down the endless steps. This makes it even more admirable. We had the honor of being looked after by Ciro, who pampered us and fulfilled our every wish. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I'll leave you with a fun fact... An Absolute Highlight of the Amalfi Coast! ​Ristorante Da Adolfo is the definition of a hidden gem. The adventure begins before you even arrive, as you can only access the restaurant by boat, which instantly sets an incredible, exclusive tone for the day. ​The food was absolutely fantastic and the standout of our trip. The mussel soup was our absolute favorite dish, and the tuna carpaccio was incredibly fresh and delicious. We also tried several seafood pasta dishes, and every single one of them was spectacular. Just make sure to save room for dessert, because the tiramisu at the end almost killed me! It was that good! ​The vibe here is completely relaxed, fun, and authentic; exactly what you dream of when visiting the Amalfi Coast. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you want amazing food, great energy, and a truly unique dining experience, Da Adolfo is an absolute must-visit.

This place is incredible. We had a wonderful meal. All the staff are very friendly, especially the skipper and Luca. Unfortunately, the young manager at the cash register was much less friendly than the others: not even a smile and he treats you arrogantly. A shame for such a beautiful and iconic place. What a cool place. We had rented a boat for the day and we came here for lunch. We came ashore, walked across the beach and sat down to enjoy a great meal. Very casual, lots of people wearing bathing suits. Food was wonderful. We got the octopus and the linguini with green chilis. Both excellent. Staff were busy but friendly. We then walked over to the beach and onto our boat. Definitely get reservations...you don't want to get all the way here and not be able to get seated.

A boat to a secluded beach. Fabulous food and service. Wonderful swimming beach. Away from the crowded Positano during the day. We came twice!

I first visited this very special unique restaurant over 25 years ago and it has remained one of my all time favourite dining experiences. I was therefore very excited to take my husband there but also a little apprehensive in case it didn't live up to my memories of it. Well we weren't disappointed- catching the boat to the cove is a beautiful way to see Positano and lying on the rocky beach and swimming in the beautiful clear water and sipping a few Aperol Spritz was a perfect way to ease into lunch. Lunch was fresh and delicious and our waiter very attentive. Would highly recommend and can't wait to return one day! It really is a must do if you're in Positano

We spent the day at this beautiful place by the beach. The staff were very nice and friendly and took well care of us specially Luca .The food was excellent we ordered the mussel soup and the tuna tartare for appetizers both were super. For the main coarse we ordered fish and pasta both were very authentic and delicious. It truly was a day well spent at this beautiful spot on earth .
