18/05/2025: We had the best dinner here tonight. The service and atmosphere were excellent. I ordered the gnocchi and they were the best I have had in Taormina. They also had heaters next to the table's since it was cool outside. I highly recommend this restaurant. Delicious!

10/05/2025: Il ristorante si trova in un bel vicolo di Taormina, lontano dal caos. Il pesce è buono e molto fresco e la proprietaria molto cordiale e competente. Attenzione ai prezzi peró, soprattutto del vino, poichè abbiamo pagato un calice circa 16 euro. Nel complesso la qualità è ottima ma per un antipasto e un primo non spenderete meno di 80 euro a testa.

The courtesy, the kindness, the professionalism of Francesco, the owner, and his collaborators highlight that the restaurant cannot be improvised but is the result of a hard and constant professional commitment. The quality-price ratio is right. The possible use of the bib that is offered to you at the beginning of the dinner is also nice and convivial. I was the first this year, in the Summer of 2025, to wear it and it was absolutely not a bad idea. Loving your job is reflected in the attention to detail. GOOD portions and very respectable waiting time. The bill aligned with the quality offered. Finally a restaurant worthy of the name, pride of the Aeolian culinary tradition.. In MAIORA

02/06/2025: I was here at Covo with my boyfriend today for lunch. They recommended this wonderful place in the heart of Moiano where we ate very well. From land dishes to seafood. Excellent quality and more than affordable prices. The staff was really kind and helpful. We felt like we were at home. We will be back❤

24/05/2025: The restaurant is cozy with good service, but the food was disappointing. The dishes were overcooked—perhaps it's better to stick to local Italian cuisine. Their octopus, in particular, was clearly a miss. It's not quite at the level of a high-end restaurant, although the wine list is quite good.

17/06/2025: Wonderful restaurant find a few blocks out of the main part of Montepulciano. You can drive and park there. We actually went back a second day for the soup, it was so delicious. Everything we had was very good. The wife chef and her husband were charming. Nice terrace overlooking The town.

12/06/2025: Unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience - the service staff also realized they weren’t at their best tonight. We waited 1hr for a drink, another 30mins to take our order, and then finally they gave us some bread. We went for the pizza, but they were “out” of it - which they only told us when taking orders. The group next to us was told the same thing but 2hrs after they’d placed orders. It was all a very strange experience. The food was so so. Tagliatelle was decent. The Gnuddi was warm, but not hot. At least the Peronis were cold. Beautiful location, just very lacklustre overall. Maybe it was because we were the second service of the night? We arrived at 720pm... We were very honest at the end of the dinner, but the waitress just kind of shrugged her head. No apologies; more like defeat. Whereas Agriturismo Nobile next door was fantastic!

04/04/2025: A medieval experience not to be missed! I went to this restaurant and was thrilled with it. The atmosphere is unique: stone walls, medieval decorations with attention to the smallest details and soft lighting that makes everything even more evocative. The food is simply delicious, with dishes prepared with quality ingredients and particular attention to presentation. The staff is highly trained, helpful and always kind, ready to recommend the best of the menu. A detail that particularly struck me was the bathroom, a real highlight. Here, toothpaste, deodorant, hand cream and many other useful products are available to customers that make anyone feel at ease, like at home. A restaurant that I highly recommend to everyone, both for the quality of the food and the attention to the customer. Congratulations to the staff for the excellent service! I will definitely go back.

15/06/2025: Très bonne expérience un midi, sans prétention, sur une placette charmante et authentique. Une pizza excellente avec une pâte parfaite. Nos amis ont pris un plat de pastas aux légumes et crevettes tout aussi excellent. Tout est fait maison, cuisine familiale. Ce fut un régal !

09/06/2025: A little insider tip, as almost exclusively locals eat there. The prices are super reasonable for what you get. The food was perfectly prepared, tasted amazing, and looked very good too. The only downside for anyone who doesn't speak Italian or doesn't want to use a translation app: the menu is entirely in Italian!

16/06/2025: Consigliato da esperto di cui mi fido molto. Gentilissimi fin dalla prenotazione e per tutto il servizio, ho preso cacio e pepe, coda alla vaccinara ( prima volta) e carciofo e ho apprezzato tutto. Cacio e pepe da super scarpetta, coda piatto più difficile ma molto apprezzato. Mi è piaciuto anche il rosso e il clima è il lungo Tevere aiutava a rilassarsi e faceva davvero tanto atmosfera....bene! Sul prezzo forse mi aspettavo qualcosa di meno ma non ho esperienza di altri locali in zona e per quella cifra ci tornerei senza problemi

04/06/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questa osteria che offre piatti tipici romani. Di primo abbiamo preso carbonara, amatriciana, carciofi e guanciale e al sugo di coda, tutte buone ma con pasta oltre cottura. Di secondo pajata, abbacchio alla cacciatora, trippa e coratella, questi tutti buoni di maggior livello rispetto alla pasta. Vignarola buona, carciofo alla romana bocciato invece, senza sapore.

15/06/2025: Table 59, Saturday evening of 06.14.2026, there are 4 of us, 2 of whom are children, the room is half empty, we place our orders, 2 pizzas for the children, for me a slice of meat and my wife ham and morsels, after 1 hour and 25 minutes my meat arrives cold, I send it back because it is inedible, they bring it back cold, the slice of meat is 70 percent fat, the menu said with rocket and parmesan flakes, but the quantity was very small, the parmesan was transparent and almost absent, when I finish dinner alone my wife's dish arrives, when she finishes the pizzas arrive, the waiters in the room are there but they hide from the sight of the customers, they only arrive to bring the bill and send you away, I notice a large influx for take-away pizzas, I think they prefer to send the external orders forward rather than the customers sitting at the table. Bad news that I will definitely not repeat.
