The bread served before the meal was amazing, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – the best bread I've had in Milan these past few days, no exaggeration! There was only one server and the owner, who were incredibly friendly. 🥹 The menu is only in Italian; I recommend using ChatGPT to translate it – it's quite accurate! No disappointments on the menu; the pasta dishes were all very flavorful, perfectly seasoned. One dish that was particularly special was Risotto con agrumi di Sicilia e gambero laccato al miele e brandy – Sicilian citrus risotto with honey brandy grilled shrimp! Thumbs up!

09/11/2025: Walked in at 2pm on a Sunday with no reservation, and they said they couldn't serve us, they had no tables. There was a long, empty table (or tables) right inside the door downstairs. All we wanted was pasta and maybe lasagna, but I wasn't going to try to question or argue in English nor Italian. No thank you. Skip this place if you can. They tried to apologize but not worth our time. Bad service. Bad place. Recommended by our hotel then denied service. Better places all around.

08/11/2025: A beautiful place at the foot of the hills, where my partner and I stopped for lunch after a motorcycle ride. A beautiful garden greeted us, with a marquee full of vintage cars in the middle. Then, at the entrance to the restaurant, we walked through a huge, beautiful pergola, adorned with trees and colorful, elegant tables! Inside, everything was very elegant; the staff welcomed us with a smile, and the service was impeccable! Not to mention the menu; to say that everything was delicious is an understatement, because this place has risen to the top of the list of best places we've eaten. ❤️ Thank you 🤗

31/10/2025: Despite its touristy nature, I found this restaurant to be of the highest standard. The service was truly appreciated: attentive and ready to offer advice. The dishes are truly well-prepared and creative. The cotoletta is phenomenal.

05/11/2025: I'm always happy to return to this restaurant. The meat is delicious, as are the side dishes (special mention for the fries, absolutely unbeatable). The atmosphere is incredibly pleasant; in the summer you can eat outside and admire the view without suffering from the heat, and in the winter there's a fireplace in the center of the dining room. The table setting is beautiful, as is the decor. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

In winter, the fireplace in the center of the room creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere; on nice days, you can eat outside overlooking a beautiful garden. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy traditional Lucca cuisine in a genuine and authentic restaurant.
