19/06/2024: After excellent past experiences, I returned to dine at Kaiserkron to try one of the interesting tasting menus. The choice was difficult: three rich proposals, each with a different number of courses, which are oriented towards different sensory experiences. The final choice fell on the "From the sea" menu, with five fish-based courses, each more surprising than the other. The ingredients are chosen with the utmost care and explode in your mouth in a true revelation of taste! Each different consistency encloses and preserves the essence of each ingredient, as in the appetizer with smoked eel or with cuttlefish, asparagus and caviar. The journey is a true discovery of unique flavours, aromas and colors in which one awaits the next course with curiosity. The final surprise comes with the dessert proposed by the excellent pastry chef. Everything is accompanied by the extreme kindness of the dining room staff and the trained sommelier who helps to make the best choice among the proposals of the very rich cellar. An experience recommended for those who are in Bolzano and want to undertake a "journey within a journey".

16/08/2024: Chronicle of an evening full of misfortune and heat My girlfriend and I had dinner at the Venissa Restaurant a few evenings ago. It was a voucher that I had given her some time before. The bad luck starts a few hours before sitting down at the table, I must have eaten something in a cicchetteria for lunch that made me sick and I start to feel stomach cramps. I remain optimistic, I take a buscopan and decide to try the starry experience anyway also because for various reasons we would have struggled to arrange another date. The atmosphere is elegant but not suffocating, many smiles that put you at ease, making the context comfortable like few others. But alas, after the third course the pangs in my stomach return and I manage to hold on just for the next dish, the superstar: the blue crab. Luckily because it helps me understand the philosophy of Venissa: using a despised, detested, infesting product and transforming it into a prince of the table, protagonist of one of the best dishes I've ever tasted in my life. For me, dinner ends here, I explain the situation and ask that no more dishes come out of the kitchen for me. And, it seems incredible, my experience at Venissa still manages to improve: I am promptly offered a herbal tea and in rotation all the dining room staff come to check on my condition. I don't have time to feel embarrassed because I see a deep empathy in their eyes and I have the opportunity to taste the most important ingredient of Venissa last: human warmth. I have been able to try other starred restaurants but there is a philosophy behind this restaurant that is impressive: the care for raw materials, the attention to using waste, the use of creativity. But the thing that is priceless is the human warmth of the whole team that can be felt in the room and which, inevitably, translates into the dishes. Furthermore, the positive thing is that I have an excuse to return and that the voucher was so appreciated by my girlfriend that I have bonuses for the months to come. Thanks Venissa!

15/08/2024: Absolute level experience. At Osteria Contemporanea we chose the 4-course tasting option with a wine subscription. From the starter to the main course it was an explosive crescendo and the dessert represented an excellent conclusion. Original and well paired wines. The place is magnificent, the vegetable garden in front is a real feast for the eyes. Particular note of merit for the service, very attentive and able to easily put us at ease. Thank you, we will definitely be back

15/07/2024: Having arrived from Tuscany, we were looking for a typical restaurant, we couldn't have chosen better, everything was fantastic: excellent, typical and abundant dishes, kind and friendly service, excellent quality/price ratio. We recommend it to everyone and if we are in the area again, we will definitely return. Well done, well done, well done.

13/07/2024: Bellissima esperienza, tutto buono e bravi tutti! Siamo stati in questo bel ristorante con un gruppo di oltre cinquanta persone; la sala era grande e si riusciva benissimo a parlare, cosa non sempre facile nei luoghi che accettano comitive. Il menu era ricco, tutti i piatti sono stati apprezzati (affettati misti, gnocco fritto, bis di primi _ tortelli di erbetta e maltagliati al ragù _ spalla cotta e patate fritte, con insalata; dolce caffè e ammazzacaffè) con ottimo lambrusco e prosecco ad un prezzo davvero competitivo; servizio impeccabile, veloce e attento. Una tappa obbligatoria per chi visita Fontanellato, la sua Rocca e il suo Santuario! Consigliato caldamente, bravi tutti!

27/08/2024: See you for the quality of things! Schnelle Abfertigung.Billige Zutaten, geschmacklos…Feedback curiosiert überhaupt nicht. Wir hatten noch halbe Flasche Wein und man wollte uns die Rechnung bringen… unterem Strich: passt es nicht…. Silly sayings are useless! Especially if they don't correspond to the truth. If you ask the table how things are going, but they aren't interested, they won't answer you! I'm not used to this from a good restaurant. In my review I wasn't talking about small portions, but about the fact that the quality was not adequate. A caprese with tasteless tomatoes and cheap mozzarella, . There's no point in blaming the customer for a review they don't like!

27/08/2024: We went to Tiella by pure chance, as we were looking for a place to eat for a quick stop in Bari and I really liked it, good food and nice atmosphere. Excellent location, in the city centre. If you are in Bari, I recommend a stop here

22/08/2024: On August 13th we celebrated my son's birthday and we ate very well, from the starters, to the first courses and the second courses, I would say excellent, all accompanied by the bread prepared directly by Mrs. Angela as well as the various types of desserts. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good meal of excellent fish

11/06/2024: La cucina di questa piccola trattoria è tipicamente ed autenticamente romanesca. Tutto è preparato al momento. Ho mangiato antipasto misto, abbondante e vario, ed il vitello tonnato che ormai non si trova più facilmente. Tutto buonissimo. I prezzi non sono bassi, ma se rapportati a quello che si mangia non risultano neanche troppo alti; sono comunque allineati a quelli dei locali del centro della città

31/07/2024: Seguendo le recensioni e volendo mangiare carne ho optato per questo ristorante. Si vede la grande attenzione verso il cliente. Carne di pregevole qualità. Servizio super. Ottima la tagliata di scottona e gli arrosticini. Mia moglie ha preso un buonissimo antipasto. Consigliato.

Delicious starters and first courses, special mention to the meringue with cream and fruit, amazing. Whoever welcomed us was very kind, attentive and excellent service. We will definitely be back on our next visit to town!

Cibo ottimo, qualche strillo di troppo in cucina ma ci sta, mangiamo bene, paghiamo il giusto e il posto evoca passato e tradizione nel migliore dei modi. Complimenti ancora al titolare che ci ha servito con professionalità e passione.

26/08/2024: Locale ben presentato, dalle recensioni, grandi aspettative.....cibo mediocre e prezzi alti rispetto alle quantità una porzione di polenta e funghi 7 euro dove la polenta era un minuscolo bocconcino .....i dolci meritano il rapporto qualità prezzo. Se si vuole mangiare casalingo meglio a casa mangi di più e meglio
