22/06/2025: I chose only a side dish of dressed escarole salad and mussels with tomato sauce and croutons. The escarole was very good but most of the walnuts were half black and dried out (evidently the walnuts are taken directly from the bag without even being selected when in theory for a restaurant of this level they should be opened fresh and selected in my opinion); the mussels were excellent but few but the downfall was the croutons: small rectangles and not crunchy because they were prepared the day before. I think the chef should reconsider... The crunchiness but above all the freshness of the croutons makes the difference. Upon notification, the waiters apologized on behalf of the chef and offered me the wine I ordered.

17/06/2025: On the island for a weekend, we were invited to lunch at this restaurant that I did not know, the place is located in the beautiful bay of San Francesco near the beach of the same name, attentive service, tasty food, elegant and quiet environment, pure relaxation for a Sunday lunch in excellent company. Congratulations and good work.

The quality-price ratio is right. The possible use of the bib that is offered to you at the beginning of the dinner is also nice and convivial. I was the first this year, in the Summer of 2025, to wear it and it was absolutely not a bad idea. Loving your job is reflected in the attention to detail. GOOD portions and very respectable waiting time. The bill aligned with the quality offered. Finally a restaurant worthy of the name, pride of the Aeolian culinary tradition.. In MAIORA

02/06/2025: I was here at Covo with my boyfriend today for lunch. They recommended this wonderful place in the heart of Moiano where we ate very well. From land dishes to seafood. Excellent quality and more than affordable prices. The staff was really kind and helpful. We felt like we were at home. We will be back❤

24/05/2025: The restaurant is cozy with good service, but the food was disappointing. The dishes were overcooked—perhaps it's better to stick to local Italian cuisine. Their octopus, in particular, was clearly a miss. It's not quite at the level of a high-end restaurant, although the wine list is quite good.

17/06/2025: Wonderful restaurant find a few blocks out of the main part of Montepulciano. You can drive and park there. We actually went back a second day for the soup, it was so delicious. Everything we had was very good. The wife chef and her husband were charming. Nice terrace overlooking The town.

12/06/2025: Unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience - the service staff also realized they weren’t at their best tonight. We waited 1hr for a drink, another 30mins to take our order, and then finally they gave us some bread. We went for the pizza, but they were “out” of it - which they only told us when taking orders. The group next to us was told the same thing but 2hrs after they’d placed orders. It was all a very strange experience. The food was so so. Tagliatelle was decent. The Gnuddi was warm, but not hot. At least the Peronis were cold. Beautiful location, just very lacklustre overall. Maybe it was because we were the second service of the night? We arrived at 720pm... We were very honest at the end of the dinner, but the waitress just kind of shrugged her head. No apologies; more like defeat. Whereas Agriturismo Nobile next door was fantastic!

09/06/2025: This restaurant is unfortunately past its prime. It thrives solely on its lakeside location and the incredibly beautiful view. The service staff is also friendly and attentive. However, the glasses are dirty, the furnishings are worn, and the food is mediocre at best. We've been here many times and now know that there are many, far better (fish) restaurants in the area. A makeover would do the place a world of good.

04/04/2025: A medieval experience not to be missed! I went to this restaurant and was thrilled with it. The atmosphere is unique: stone walls, medieval decorations with attention to the smallest details and soft lighting that makes everything even more evocative. The food is simply delicious, with dishes prepared with quality ingredients and particular attention to presentation. The staff is highly trained, helpful and always kind, ready to recommend the best of the menu. A detail that particularly struck me was the bathroom, a real highlight. Here, toothpaste, deodorant, hand cream and many other useful products are available to customers that make anyone feel at ease, like at home. A restaurant that I highly recommend to everyone, both for the quality of the food and the attention to the customer. Congratulations to the staff for the excellent service! I will definitely go back.

15/06/2025: Très bonne expérience un midi, sans prétention, sur une placette charmante et authentique. Une pizza excellente avec une pâte parfaite. Nos amis ont pris un plat de pastas aux légumes et crevettes tout aussi excellent. Tout est fait maison, cuisine familiale. Ce fut un régal !

11/06/2025: Scelto la prima volta grazie alle buone recensioni e perché comodo al nostro albergo, ci siamo trovati talmente bene che ci siamo tornati una seconda volta . Il locale ha i suoi anni ma li porta con dignità , è accogliente con le vecchie fotografie alle pareti, i dettagli in ferro battuto, parti di muro di pietra. Il menù propone i piatti della tradizione e vorresti assaggiarli tutti. In entrambe le nostre visite abbiamo apprezzato il pesce freschissimo, i primi piatti gustosi, cucinati con cura e con delle materie prime ottime . Lo staff è serio ed efficiente ed il conto finale giusto.

31/05/2025: Great real Neopolitan pizza with friendly service. Perfectly charred with spots on the crust and soft delicious interior. Ordered 2 pizzas and took half home. Still tasted amazing 2 days later for lunch at Pompei! Returned on last night for pizza to share. Great limoncello spritz and beer too. Grazie mille

15/05/2025: Abbiamo voluto assaggiare il loro cuoco ‘re’ a base di pesce. Molto buono e abbondante. Ci hanno consigliato bene e siamo usciti molto soddisfatti.
