Great atmosphere, excellent cuisine, good selection of wines to try

Today for lunch, I decided to try Trattoria Al Solito Posto, intrigued by the numerous positive reviews I'd read online. I can happily confirm that every compliment was absolutely deserved. Even though it was already past 2:30 PM, the place was still packed with customers, and the comings and goings showed no signs of slowing down: a clear sign of this place's popularity. The staff immediately proved efficient, professional, and extremely courteous, making me feel welcomed despite the rush hour. I opted for a full lunch and was thrilled: the quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, and the preparation of the dishes is excellent, further enhanced by the meticulously designed table setting. Topping it all off was the owner's exquisite kindness, who, with a thoughtful gesture, offered me two coffees at the end of the meal. It's precisely this care for the guest that distinguishes a true restaurateur. An impeccable experience that I highly recommend!

Excellent product quality and helpful staff! Fresh, seasonal fish. Service was a bit slow, even though the place wasn't crowded. Quiet place with an outdoor patio.

I don't know what other reviewers are talking about. I popped in to ask about booking a table the waiter immediately started preparing a table, I had to stop him and say for the evening. No problem. Later, came back, seated immediately. All staff were very friendly and recommended different dishes. When I made my order, my starter arrived quickly and it was something I'd never had, baby squid in a slightly spiced tomato sauce with a paper bag of bread. Delicious. My main was a pasta dish, busceti, that's probably spelt wrong. Again delicious. My stomach was very happy. I managed to waddle back to my accommodation a very happy boy. Ignore the nay sayers, this was a top eating/dining experience. A lot of locals were there, so that's a big plus.

The best seafood we've ever eaten. Fresh, perfectly prepared—brilliant. The service was wonderful. Smiling and helpful. The place itself has a great atmosphere. It's the best we could have found. A typical local restaurant, catering mostly to Italians. Very good prices. Definitely worth it!

The busiate with pistachio and red prawns are sensational, the service is fast, and the prices are fair.

Francesco, the owner, is a guarantee, never compromising on quality, service, or anything else. I especially recommend the meatballs with sardines.
