I had a wonderful experience at this traditional restaurant in the center of Genoa, in a quiet area. I found a seat right away and was able to appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, with the walls covered with customers' drawings. The service was very fast and helpful. I was very pleased with the traditional first course I chose, especially because it wasn't overly garlicy, which I was worried about. The portion was also just right. As for the negatives, the menu was lacking in variety and the mention of green beans in the first course, which weren't included... trivialities. Thank you for the experience.

Fried Anchovies were delicious. Our mains were spaghetti and the steamed Cod, all very delightful. Our waiter was from Peru, so very lovely and efficient. Nice wine, great experience, outside dining.

A very charming place with wooden tables and paper placemats, like a tavern. The fried anchovies are excellent, as are the tagliolini with lime and shrimp, and the spaghetti with swordfish. The service is very kind and attentive. A truly delightful place.

26/04/2026: We went for the first time with my boyfriend and had a great time. We ordered trofie alla genovese, the catch of the day, and the tiramisu, and I have to say, everything was delicious. Definitely worth a try.
