17/08/2025: Introduction: I cancelled dinner for two at a local restaurant, aiming for a Michelin star 🌟 due to a technical problem with the menu. It was 9:30 a.m. and we were supposed to dine somewhere on August 15th. I called to make a reservation based on the good reviews. It seemed to be a cross between a restaurant and a seafood trattoria. I arrived and parked comfortably in the restaurant's dirt parking lot. When we got to the entrance😔, I won't deny that we stopped and said, "But it's a bar, no... wait, it's a hotel, no... maybe it's a place that serves lunch... Well... Shall we leave?? Shall we run away???🤣🤣🤣🤣" But given the time (9:45), we decided to go in... These are the ratings: Welcome 3/5 - bartenders working, young people milling around, and no clear direction to ask for a seat. Service 5/5 - service above expectations, the waiters were extremely helpful, kind, friendly, and easy-going. Quote from the waiter: "Water too cold? I'll change it... this is less cold." This made us feel at home among friends. We ordered: a fish appetizer (to share), a fish main course, a pizza. Everything was delivered promptly, and best of all, we ate together. Which is not a given at all. Food: 5/5 Mixed seafood appetizers, seemingly homemade, good and with a genuine feel Spaghetti with clams, SUPER Pizza, I have a feeling I'll never eat a better one in Modena. Fresh food, better than more renowned places. Location: 2/5 The atmosphere, unfortunately, is a bit shabby. I won't go into detail because there are so many things to note. It needs a major makeover to enhance the good, fresh service and the excellent quality of the food. In its favor, the sea view (which needs a better barrier to block the smog from passing cars) and the perfect location. Cost: 5/5 I didn't spend cheap, but I spent fair and honest money. Conclusion: Take off your heels and tie, go eat well and generously. Have a laugh with the waiter and, above all, feel like you're among friends.

07/09/2025: A nice place in the center of Pesaro. We arrived late, partly because there's no parking nearby. It was 9:45 PM, in the height of the summer season. That said, I understand that much of the menu was no longer available. The host almost annoyed us when he seated us, and his manner was truly rude. The pasta was very salty, and the piadina was almost burnt. If it was late for dinner, they would have just said so. I definitely won't be returning.

27/08/2025: Dinner for two... €100... a piadina with salad and scottadito (steamed or boiled anchovies) €12.50, tasty anchovies (steamed or boiled anchovies with cabbage) €12.50. Two portions of calamari with vegetables (5 pieces of tiny calamari) €24, a bottle of water and a bottle of rosé (the only decent thing). We were inside because it was crowded outside... not even a fan... never, never, never again... the whole thing was absurd... a dinner where the only thing that mattered was the water and wine.

04/10/2025: Although we, as a family, are longtime customers, we must sadly note that courtesy, professionalism, and communication skills (read: politeness) have quickly disappeared. It certainly won't be a single family that's created a problem for the business, but the decision was made after several changes. One, two, or three bad days can happen to anyone.

12/08/2025: An unpretentious place; no cutlery is provided when seated (eco-friendly wooden ones are available for 50 cents), and there's no table service. In my opinion, the pizzas are very good and not traditional, similar to Roman pizzas without the crust. Excellent ingredients and a wide variety. You can order at the counter or with an app. The price is average for local pizzerias, so it's not cheap.

10/09/2025: The staff is very friendly and available to answer any questions... soft music accompanies the meal... a refined atmosphere... very good pizza, as is everything else on the menu. Also recommended for those just passing through and not staying at the hotel!

30/08/2025: We met for dinner at this osteria because we were guests of the hotel that hosts it. The location is very quiet, peaceful, and intimate, beautifully decorated. We ordered a platter of local cured meats and cheeses, which was delicious and very generous. For our first course, we had the farmer's moons with caciotta fondue and saffron oil—very good and creamy. For our second course, we ordered a generous slice of beef with arugula pesto, confit cherry tomatoes, and a delicious and flavorful Parmesan mousse. We also ordered lamb ingots with seasonal vegetables and a reduction of Bianchello del Metauro, which were also tender and delicious. The desserts… a surprise! Highly recommended!

19/05/2025: Dopo anni di fedeltà al ristorante a Novilara, ho deciso di provare la sede del Pergolato al mare; il posto è curato nei minimi dettagli, il personale è gentile e disponibile, ma la cosa più importante di tutte è il fatto che i piatti siano assolutamente all’altezza e con gli stessi sapori della storica sede del pergolato a Novilara. Ci ritornerò al più presto!!

02/07/2025: Panorama eccellente sulla valle del Metauro, tutto il resto da dimenticare. Manca il menu scritto, recita orale di una cameriera ben istruita, attese interminabili, ho visto servire subito clienti arrivati dopo di noi, prezzo esorbitante. Mai più!

23/06/2025: Mancavamo da tanti anni (troppi) da questa deliziosa Osteria dove il menù viene raccontato a voce (ma per chi non può farne a meno è sempre possibile chiedere i prezzi) e ogni portata è davvera buonissima. Per antipasto c'è il Crostuovo (loro cavallo di battaglia) oppure l'abbondante e squisito tagliere con formaggi e salumi accompagnato dalla crescia cotta sulla brace (noi abbiamo preso quest'ultimo). Abbiamo quindi proseguito con due primi, dei cappelleti e delle tagliatelle con verdure di stagione e funghi, entrambi ottimi (unica nota negativa della serata, le tagliatelle non erano per nulla abbondanti), infine una squisita tagliata e la buonissima salsiccia di cinta senese sempre accompagnati dalla loro crescia calda (attenzione può creare dipendenza); non abbiamo provato i (ricordo deliziosi) animali da cortile ma la persona vegetariana che ci accompagnava ha avuto la sua soddisfazione anche nei buonissimi contorni. Splendido pure il dolce (panna cotta e tortino caldo di tanta cioccolata) e carta dei vini molto ricercata e con prezzi corretti. Il conto non è leggero ma la qualità si paga

23/10/2025: For a central Milan location, it's quite large and has a lovely bistro area with tables, sofas, and a relaxation corner. Very well run by a friendly team of highly experienced professionals. Recommended for those who like healthy food (and are budget-friendly).
