25/05/2025: Abbiamo ordinato dei passatelli allo scoglio (sgusciato) e ci hanno portato dei passatelli conditi con frutti di mare congelati di pessima qualità (neanche nei peggiori discount trovi roba simile)

16/05/2025: We ordered tagliatelle with ragù and spaghetti all’amatriciana, but unfortunately, both dishes were below average. The tagliatelle pasta itself was decent, but the sauce and meat lacked flavor and depth. As for the all’amatriciana, it was far too oily, which overwhelmed the dish and made it hard to enjoy. A disappointing experience overall. We also had two glasses of sparkling wine and one bottle of still water, and the total bill came to 40 euros — which felt overpriced for the quality we received.

25/04/2025: mi sono messa in fila alle 20:15, dopo una fila inesorabile di 45 minuti in cui la mia amica è anche svenuta per calo di zuccheri, sono finalmente arrivata alla cassa. Illusa pensavo che l’attesa fosse finita, invece ho aspettato alla cassa per altri 10 minuti, mente il proprietario discuteva al telefono, quando gli ho chiesto come mai il delivery avesse la priorità, lui mi ha risposto che avevano ordinato quattro ore prima, ovviamente mi è sorto spontaneo chiedere perché non ci avesse pensato prima agli ordini. Dopo aver pagato ho aspettato altri 15 minuti per il cibo, degli hamburger e delle patatine , ancora non capisco perché io ci abbia messo così tanto e il proprietario ha continuato a mostrarsi scortese nei miei confronti. L’unica persona che si salva in questo posto è Vanessa, una ragazza che lavora lì che c’ha tenuto a scusarsi più volte per la situazione, cosa che il suo capo non ha mai fatto. Veramente non ve lo consiglio, il cibo non è niente di che e la gestione estremamente pessima.

12/05/2025: Un posto con grandi potenzialità, ma che deve ancora lavorare sulla sua organizzazione. Gli hamburger e le piadine sono davvero buoni, con ingredienti freschi e sapori gustosi. Purtroppo, il locale sembra un po' trasandato e l'ambiente potrebbe essere migliorato. Inoltre, non sempre rispettano gli orari e i giorni di apertura, il che può essere frustrante. Se riescono a sistemare questi aspetti, potrebbe diventare un posto davvero speciale.

03/11/2024: Ce lo avevano consigliato come uno dei migliori ristoranti..Abbiamo ordinato una bottiglia di vino rosso e ce l’hanno portato bianco (tra l’altro lo hanno aperto e lasciato sul tavolo senza farcelo assaggiare). Alla segnalazione della nostra richiesta di vino rosso e non bianco si sono giustificati dicendo che il rosso era finito. Ma a parte questo errore, il tartufo presente nei primi era senza sapore ed anche la tagliata era piena di grasso e con tartufo nero insapore. Locale sconsigliato per chi viene alla ricerca di assaporare tartufo.

11/05/2025: Oggi, per celebrare la Festa della Mamma, io e la mia famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri tre figli, la più piccola di soli 9 mesi) abbiamo deciso di visitare questo ristorante, consigliato da alcuni amici. Abbiamo prenotato in anticipo un tavolo per 4 persone, con orario previsto tra le 13:30 e le 14:00. Siamo arrivati puntuali, ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa 15-20 minuti prima che qualcuno prendesse l’ordine. Dopo altri 20 minuti ci sono stati serviti solo gli antipasti. Poi è iniziata una lunga attesa: dopo 1 ora e 20 minuti senza che arrivasse il piatto principale, mio figlio, affamato, ha chiesto al cameriere quanto ancora dovessimo aspettare. La risposta è stata che mancava poco, ma dopo 5-7 minuti è tornato per dirci che i tagliatelle che avevamo ordinato non erano più disponibili. Ci ha proposto gnocchi, ravioli o spaghetti – piatti che non avevamo scelto proprio perché volevamo mangiare ciò che ci piace. Alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni su come fosse possibile scoprirlo solo dopo 1 ora e 20 minuti, il cameriere ha semplicemente detto “mi dispiace”. Ma, come tutti i genitori sanno, i bambini affamati non aspettano in silenzio – la situazione era già stressante. Abbiamo chiesto di parlare con un responsabile. Ci hanno detto che sarebbe arrivato, ma dopo oltre 10 minuti di attesa fuori dal locale, nessuno si è presentato. Abbiamo deciso di andarcene senza pagare gli antipasti (€10) e l’acqua (€2). Solo mentre stavamo andando via con la macchina, qualcuno è uscito dal ristorante, ma non per scusarsi, né per proporre una soluzione. Una donna, presumibilmente responsabile, ci ha risposto in modo scortese, dicendo che non ci avevano rifiutato il servizio, ma che dovevamo accontentarci di ciò che c’era. Nessuna scusa, nessuna empatia, nessuna volontà di sistemare la situazione. Alla fine, l’impressione è che si siano semplicemente dimenticati di noi, e solo dopo la domanda di mio figlio abbiano tentato di rimediare alla meno peggio, cercando di rifilarci quello che avevano a disposizione. Sconsiglio vivamente questo ristorante per famiglie, soprattutto con bambini piccoli. Tra tutti i ristoranti che ho visitato in Italia e in altri paesi europei, mai ho trovato un servizio così scarso e una tale mancanza di rispetto verso i clienti. Una giornata che doveva essere speciale è stata completamente rovinata.

11/05/2025: Disappointing Experience – Mother's Day Ruined Today, to celebrate Mother's Day, my family and I (me, my wife and our three children, the youngest just 9 months old) decided to visit this restaurant, recommended by some friends. We booked a table for 4 in advance, with the expected time between 1.30pm and 2.00pm. We arrived on time, but had to wait about 15-20 minutes for someone to take our order. After another 20 minutes we were only served the starters. Then a long wait began: after 1 hour and 20 minutes without the main course arriving, my hungry son asked the waiter how much longer we had to wait. The response was that it wasn't long, but after 5-7 minutes he came back to tell us that the tagliatelle we had ordered were no longer available. He offered us gnocchi, ravioli or spaghetti – dishes that we hadn't chosen precisely because we wanted to eat what we like. When we asked for explanations as to how it was possible to discover this only after 1 hour and 20 minutes, the waiter simply said "sorry". But, as all parents know, hungry children don't wait in silence – the situation was already stressful. We asked to speak to a manager. They told us he would arrive, but after more than 10 minutes of waiting outside the venue, no one showed up. We decided to leave without paying for the starters (€10) and water (€2). Only as we were leaving with the car, someone came out of the restaurant, but not to apologize, nor to propose a solution. A woman, supposedly in charge, responded to us in a rude manner, saying that they had not refused us service, but that we had to make do with what was there. No apologies, no empathy, no desire to fix the situation. In the end, the impression is that they simply forgot about us, and only after my son's question did they try to make amends as best they could, trying to give us what they had at their disposal. I strongly advise against this restaurant for families, especially with small children. Among all the restaurants I have visited in Italy and other European countries, I have never found such poor service and such a lack of respect towards customers. A day that was supposed to be special was completely ruined.

25/02/2025: Authentic, cheap and tasty. This is how restaurants used to be like in Italy in the 80s and 90s. Family run, everything is homemade (pasta desserts) a bit dated but honestly priced and no modern fusion food rubbish. Go.

25/02/2025: This restaurant is a real gem. Like in a time machine we were transported to the 80s when the food was genuine and the prices were honest. Frankly we ate better than many other (more pretentious) places in Urbino. All homemade, all delicious. Ps: I don't understand the negative reviews about this place. It's a good thing I didn't read them before because otherwise I would have missed out on this wonderful experience

18/01/2025: We ordered four takeaway pizzas for 8.20am we arrived at 8.10am and left at 9.30am without the hot pizzas as soon as we arrived home the pizza had little seasoning and was raw in the center Point arrogant staff lack of service and of hygiene. I strongly advise against pizza ok then

04/05/2025: I went from very far because of a recommendation and I left very disappointed, the waitress always has a bitchy face, you ask her a question and she answers badly, I understand that we have days where we don't want to work but leave her problems at your house, 0/10 for that lady, I hope I don't come back. The food is averagely good 6/10.

16/03/2025: Bar along the state road just outside Fano. Parking and, in the hottest periods, the possibility of having breakfast outdoors with the sea breeze just a few meters away. The name reflects the goodness of the pastas they offer... from very kind and friendly bartenders. Great for a break. Advised.

Peccato per le due ragazze che c'erano prima, una un po' burbera ma attenta al cliente ed onesta, e l'altra solare Questa mattina, mi sono trovata innanzi una persona scorbutica, con il muso lungo che mi ha servito una pasta in un piattino sporco ed il cappuccino in una tazza sporca di rossetto. Per non sollevare polemiche ho solo girato la tazza per farle notare lo sporco, ha fatto finta di niente e poi mi ha fatto pagare in fretta e furia come se dessi fastidio...era appena entrato un'uomo distinto. Se i titolari hanno intenzione di chiudere, hanno scelto la "moglie di" giusta! Non andateci, anche i clienti prima di me sono usciti come se avessero appena partecipato ad un funerale (per loro, l'ho proprio vista prendere il piattino in mezzo alle tazze sporche che aveva davanti...magari anche la loro tazza era sporca!)
