16/08/2024: Yesterday, after the storm that hit Carpegna, we stopped at the Il Pinguino ice cream shop where we were happily surprised by the very high quality of the product (and we are people with certain "demands" when it comes to ice cream...). Compliments! Well done! Really great ice cream!

19/07/2024: I've only been to this place once, but I really liked its location, given that it is surrounded by greenery within a park.
Basically it is a bar, which however also serves sandwiches, wraps and first courses as well as beer and aperitif cocktails. Prices are normal.
It's a bit hidden, also because you don't expect there to be a park inside an industrial area. Yet, among the various warehouses this beautiful green area is hidden, in which this place is located.
Recommended for enjoying a break away from the chaos of the city.

Fantastic cremolates and ice creams
28/07/2024: I give two stars only for the kindness of the girl but it's ok to pay €3 for a small cone with only two flavors which is now almost the norm but still too high for a fairly tasteless ice cream and small portions but to charge €0.50 for the cream It's really lame.
When prices increase again this year, we will choose more honest ice cream vendors (and there are).
It's not a question of not being able to afford it but it's a matter of principle against unbridled speculation.

06/08/2024: Real pizza from the oven, 7 euros, beer 5 euros. Everything is very tasty, there is a parking lot at the restaurant, you can also spend the night there...in a word, Belissimo)

01/06/2024: Sono stata lì per un aperitivo, in cui ci hanno portato pochissime cose da mangiare. Il fritto era freddo e gommoso. Siccome avevamo ancora fame, abbiamo chiesto dei cascioni, che abbiamo pagato a parte. Abbiamo pagato tantissimo e mangiato molto male.

11/03/2024: Booked 1 table online. Received confirmation of booking via email. During the week I called the number listed on the site for 2 days in a row to make sure the reservation had been successful as we had a 3 hour drive to get to the restaurant, but the cell phone rang free and they never answered. We arrive at our destination on Saturday evening at 9pm but the place is closed! Without any notice at the entrance!... like... closed for holidays... On the website the restaurant was open at that precise moment! I called the cell again but it always rang free. No secretariat with notice of temporary closure. In short... ruined birthday! Km of car driven empty and 1 room booked specifically in the hotel so as not to grind all those kilometers late at night to get home. Luckily for us, coming down the hill, we found a small restaurant where the managers quickly rearranged 1 table for us and made us sit down for dinner despite the time. Truly humbling experience.

26/04/2024: Welcoming and well-kept place, about 35 seats in a single, not very large room. Well prepared dishes, slightly affected by the distance from the kitchen which is at the bottom of a staircase. Limited menu, reasonable price.

01/09/2024: Quando un piatto ispirato sa regalarti una domenica di felicità gastronomica.
Qui abita la grande autenticità della tradizione culinaria marchigiana del nord.
Sto dirigendomi a Piobbico ad una presentazione televisiva del format "Nel salotto marchigiano" in onda su Tele2000 dedicata alla Sagra del Polentone alla Carbonara.
Ed ho scelto doverosamente di fare una sosta al ristorante Sp 257 nel comune di Apecchio. Un ristorante, oppure trattoria oppure osteria, qualcosa che mi ricorda la mia infanzia.
Il piatto giusto assieme ad altri autorevoli che potevo scegliere mi ha già regalato una forza naturale per andare al lavoro: Ravioli fatti in casa veramente, al ragù bianco di cinghiale.
La Qualità del ripieno del raviolo è stratosferica tutto fatta mano e davvero si percepisce profondamente, un equilibrio straordinario con il ragù bianco di cinghiale con una presenza garbata di bacco di ginepro raccolta nei boschi dell'appennino marchigiano che mi appassiona. Olio buono, saporosità garbata, aromaticità fine.
Qui abita la grande autenticità della tradizione marchigiana del nord.
Complimenti a voi grandi e nobili Cuoche Monica e Martina. Mi avrete sovente a scoprire ogni singolo piatto della vostra identità culinaria.
Complimenti a voi ragazze che mi avete ispirato: Claudia, Sara e Inga; in sala sapete veramente affascinare l'ospite.

Di stelle ne meriterebbe 100.
Leggo che alcuni criticano il servizio. Per me è eccellente anche quello. Le cameriere sono simpatiche. Dirette, certo, ma così devono essere (chi vuole i "frufru" vada a mangiare a La Cinq di Parigi).
