04/01/2026: I should point out that on January 3, 2026, I visited the Ristorante Pizzeria "Il Giardino Dei Tigli" with a friend, only for the pizzeria, so my review is limited to that section and not the restaurant. The restaurant is located in a somewhat remote area of ​​Pesaro, so you have to know it well to go there, but I assure you, it's worth it. It's a real shame that the location doesn't help the restaurant, as it's on a narrow, cul-de-sac. However, at the end of the street, there's a convenient, free parking lot with several spaces, which isn't bad. At the entrance, there's a rather small and barely visible sign, which doesn't attract the clientele the restaurant certainly deserves. You enter the restaurant through an outdoor terrace, which, obviously, is unused given the season, but it must be said that it would be nicer to have some streetlights. While it may seem like a minor aspect (but in my opinion, it's not), what stands out inside is the well-balanced lighting: it's not too bright (like a waiting room, for example) nor too dim, which helps you relax, facilitates conversation between diners, and enhances the evening. The restaurant is furnished in an informal yet pleasant style: the walls are adorned with a variety of photos, paintings, drawings, and various accessories, whose subjects and colors create a pleasing visual impact. The tables are well-spaced, ensuring ample privacy. The friendly and polite staff, after verifying our reservation, seats us at our table, where the immaculately clean tablecloths, plates, glasses, and cutlery are immediately noticeable. My friend and I opt to each have a pizza and a French fry to share, a medium draft beer, and two cans of Coke, and everything is served fairly quickly. I'll skip describing the type of pizza we ordered because, in my opinion, these are personal tastes and therefore not reviewable. What must be said is that the pizza was truly excellent: the dough was well-leavened, the cooking was perfect and even, so much so that the crust wasn't burned but rather a beautiful golden brown (you don't find many pizzerias that cook like this). The thickness of the pizza was just right: not too thick to turn the pizza into focaccia, nor too thin to let the ingredients fall off during the journey from plate to mouth (as often happens in many pizzerias). A quick note on the ingredients: my pizza had mushrooms, which didn't feel slippery or soaked in oil or vinegar, a sign that they weren't supermarket mushrooms but quality ones, even if they had been canned. The fries were cooked well, pale and not at all greasy: those were also good. We ended the evening with two good coffees. Lastly, the price/quality ratio was good, as we paid €35 ​​for two pizzas, two cans of Coke, one medium draft beer, one French fry, and two coffees. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet evening with good food and a good value.

14/05/2026: An aperitivo to forget. A non-alcoholic drink and a beer for €16 in a pastry shop. We asked for chips at 7:30 PM and were told they'd run out and wouldn't re-open them for us. The food consisted of half a small piece of corn cut in two and a tiny jar of peanuts along with two canapés! You be the judge. A few days later, I gave it another chance, ordering a caprese for lunch, a tomato from Conad along with a 0.99-cent mozzarella on sale at the worst discount store, but they charged €8! I really don't know what to say. I definitely know I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

31/03/2026: I appreciate the ambition, but paying €8 for a glass of wine (without food) with a view of the bus parking lot is a no-go. I think the price sense has been lost; you can't expect to offer the same prices as the Navigli or central Rome in a place like this. If you want to do it, at least think about something, a platter, or a decent wine/cocktail list; this isn't the case. More than a criticism, it's an observation: if you want to charge a medium-high price, you have to know how to offer a medium-high experience, otherwise the prices will go down.

27/01/2026: Beautiful location in the characteristic olive oil mill on the top of a hill with a sea view and a garden. Available to seat a table of 11, 4 children (aged 5 to 10) and 7 adults, thrilled after visiting the Bali museum and seeing the olive oil mill machinery. From there on, it was a disaster... no information on the cost, the quantity of food was too small. We ordered platters for 6 again, plus another for 6, considering the children. It was also a shame that the starters were good: radicchio gnocchi, pumpkin ravioli, a bit lacking, and chicken skewers breaded with breadcrumbs, just about anything. They didn't even offer tagliatelle, which was available at other tables... a taste of oil was out of the question. Being in an olive oil mill... at least... I wouldn't recommend it. A SHAME.

27/10/2025: This is a sushi restaurant where I only get takeout and delivery, so I'm not familiar with the atmosphere. I gave it three stars, but it could have been five or even one. I'll change my review when I eat there. The sushi isn't bad, quite tasty and varied. I'm not sure if it's cooked properly because I'm not an expert. The delivery service is very punctual and good, even though I'm quite far away. If they need clarification, they'll call you and are kind and honest. So, I'd say it's recommended if they keep it up.

14/03/2026: The inside dining room has an unpleasant smell, perhaps due to the bathroom. I ordered the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, even though it wasn't the right season. They tasted like the ones from a jar in oil. I haven't tried the rest, so I can't give an overall opinion, but what I ate wasn't particularly thrilled.

11/03/2026: It was my first time here, and I was immediately struck by its cleanliness, order, and organization. The immaculately decorated room is adorned with sideboards reminiscent of the beautiful furniture of yesteryear. The neatly set tables are arranged to allow for easy passage and a certain amount of privacy. The wooden chairs alternate between genuine straw-seated ones and those with wooden seats, which are nevertheless surprisingly comfortable. The atmosphere is familiar, bucolic, and convivial, typical of the best old-fashioned taverns. The traditional dishes, though occasionally embellished and revisited, are presented simply and generously, placing the quality of the ingredients and the kitchen's expertise at the forefront. We began with a generous plate of sautéed wild vegetables. Among the first courses, we were inspired by the radicchio, speck, and walnut ravioli: homemade pasta with a rich, flavorful sauce and generous portions. Next up was a truly tender and delicate baked chicken breast in an almond crust, and a pork loin with spring onions and apricots, with just the right amount of fat for its tenderness. This dish first delighted the eye and then delighted the palate, truly unique and thoroughly enjoyed. The service was professional, attentive, fast, and courteous; many compliments!!! The restaurant has ample and convenient parking and a welcoming green area equipped with games for younger guests. Outdoor seating is available during the season; these comforts are certainly a plus, much appreciated by our patrons. A word of advice: GO THERE AND COME BACK!!! 31/08/2025: I've returned to this restaurant after many years, and I have to say that some things seem to have changed. I'm referring primarily to the service, but especially to the prices and order management. It must be said that the food remains better than many Japanese restaurants around today; after all, this was the first Japanese restaurant in the area. The atmosphere is relaxed and authentic, with a Japanese chef who adds a touch of true tradition. The sore point, however, is the price: it's definitely too high. I understand the quality of the product, but charging €2.50 for a simple refill of soy or wasabi seems truly excessive. The other courses are also disproportionately priced: you can spend €120 for two and leave feeling like you've only had an aperitivo. It's true that prices are exorbitant these days, but at this rate, paying such prices becomes truly unsustainable, considering we're not talking about a Michelin-starred restaurant.
