16/08/2024: Situato nel centro di Cagli, adiacente ai musei, la location è molto carina sia all’interno che all’esterno. Buoni i vini. Per quanto concerne servizio e cibo c’è molto ancora da fare anche se le intenzioni sono ottime e le premesse ci sono. Credo che soffrano la folla e si stia meglio in periodi meno affollati, ma ciò non toglie che poi il conto c’è… Poco chiaro il menù… tortino buono ma ancora all’interno congelato, pasta buona ma sbagliata negli ingredienti di condimento che non erano dichiarati in menu (e non ditemi che le melanzane sui passatelli sono un classico…). I piatti non sono scontati, ingredienti classici rivisitati ma forse troppo carichi e salati. Il personale è un po’ acerbo, gentile ma lento. Tempi di attesa molto dilatati. Nel menù non sono dichiarati i prezzi delle bevande, occorre chiedere. Non abbiamo provato le pizze. Sicuramente possono migliorare, torneremo a trovarli per un buon bicchiere di vino per il cibo il tagliere.

11/08/2024: Incompetenti e scortesi. Ci siamo seduti per un aperitivo intorno alle 12. La ragazza, del posto, capisce male ciò che le diciamo, per prendere l'ordine torna tre volte. Si trattava di un'acqua tonica e un Crodino con rabarbaro. Poi le chiediamo se ci porta qualcosa da spizzicare con gli aperitivi e ci risponde: "non c'è la facciamo ora facciamo pranzo". Non ho parole.

22/06/2024: Ho scoperto questa pizzeria al taglio un po' di tempo fa. Ogni volta che torno a Urbino ci torno con piacere. La pizza è buona ma la loro crescita sfogliata è ottima, specialmente quelle che cambiano con la stagionalità. Consigliatissimo

18/02/2024: I had dinner at Tris for the first time (and I think it will also be the last) on Saturday 17 February 24 (menu proposed by the restaurant). The first courses (risotto with vegetables and red lasagne) the risotto was a mess and practically inedible, the lasagna was eaten only because I was hungry, among other things they had also forgotten to bring it to us. The second courses (pizzaiola and roast fallow deer) are good, the dessert is good. I understand that with €25 you can't have quality, so I suggest increasing quality and price or making another menu.

29/06/2024: Ordonata torta matrimoniale millefoglie alle fragolle con crema chantilly. Porzioni scarse, farcitura molto scarsa e decorazioni con fiori veri forniti da noi molto approssimativa e molto sotto le aspettative, basica..Pagata abbondantemente oltre il prezzo corrente di mercato. Nonostante il prezzo ci eravamo affidati a Voi, certi di fare una bella figura.I commenti degli invitati, anche del posto, sono stati unanimi: torta deludente e anonima...per noi è stata una doccia fredda e sicuramente non ci serviremo più del vs. servizio....Sandro Mombaroccio

13/06/2024: I celebrated my daughter's first birthday by choosing the Guerrino pastry shop, knowing well the products it uses and their quality. So I'll start by saying that there's nothing to say about that. But my wife and I paid two mortgage payments for a cake and 24 cookies!!!!! A cake made of 90% polystyrene and sugar paste, biscuits made of shortcrust pastry and sugar paste and they cost the same as the cake!!! I repeat, nothing to say about the quality, but having prices as if you were going to Cedic Grolet on the Champs Elysee seems really, really too much to me. Furthermore, the owner, with a very pedantic and even annoyed look, reiterated with HER calmness that the costs were fair to the service received. Unfortunately the truth is always the same, wherever you go, for having done half a TV program you get excited and then make these bad impressions. For what then? You make money like a jewelry store for ONE birthday and you lose a customer who would have come back over and over again. But alas, this foresight is not found in all entrepreneurs, it is better to earn immediately. Here in the area there are pastry shops awarded by Gambero Rosso where those who work there, those who produce and those who own them are beyond humility and it is the latter that makes the difference!! I conclude by advising you to go and get a coffee and a pastry, but categorically AVOID relying on them for personalized cakes, they would treat you like simple flesh and blood money!
