It's a shame you pay first, then ask for access to the spa, and then they tell you there's no availability. Why the hell do you put this among the properties with a spa? Waste of time, and I'll get my money back in 7 days. When I could have avoided all this. P.S. I would have paid for your spa, but it's not fair that I, a customer who has already paid, can't use it since the spa is there. If we don't use it, who can book it? Obviously, there are first-class and second-class customers. Very unfair. And I add that I had booked for 2 days, and you don't guarantee me, since, I repeat, it's written that they have the spa for at least 1 hour by paying and booking, because this is stated by booking and paying separately. It doesn't say "spa unavailable." Come on, please...it's objectivity and fairness.

15/12/2025: It's the perfect place for a couple. The apartment overlooking the hills is wonderful. The spa is a delight and, above all, very warm. Returning to the room with a platter of mixed platters, a bottle of wine, and a roaring fireplace...UNBEATABLE! The owners are kind, helpful, and very discreet. Definitely worth a visit!

21/09/2025: The café was very crowded on Sunday. However, all the tables had been cleared but not cleaned, so they were still dirty from previous customers. To order, you had to go directly to the counter; you took your own croissants, while drinks were served. There was a wide variety of croissants, but some bold options, like peach and fig jam, remained untouched. The classic varieties, unfortunately, were insufficient. Fortunately, the croissants were fresh and crispy. However, the café's management leaves much to be desired. With four people behind the counter, no one knows exactly what to do: two work and two simply watch the customers. This isn't surprising, given that there's no space to work. The lack of organization is evident. It took a while for the coffee to arrive, as they had to look for customers who had ordered. It would be easier if one person took orders at the tables, another prepared the drinks, a third took the orders and cleaned the tables, while the last person attended to the customers at the croissant counter. The coffee was very good, but the cups were a little dirty on the outside. I hope my review can help reduce the chaos in the workplace and make the atmosphere more welcoming and pleasant. To pay, I had to go back to the counter again. The bill was 7 euros. I gave her 20 euros, and as she started counting, I told her I could give her 2 euros to make it easier for her. But she replied that she had already started giving change, so no. I wonder why they make life more complicated than it is: she started counting from the 10-euro bill instead of rounding up with coins. It would have been much quicker. Overall, as a customer, I sensed the staff's overload and anxiety.

17/05/2026: We've been eating there for years whenever we're in Pesaro, both in summer and winter. The food has always been relatively good, and the price was reasonable. The owner usually offered a fixed price, which was always fair. But not today. The food was a disaster. We ordered gnocchi with canocchi twice and spaghetti alla scoglio once. The gnocchi were good, but there was no sauce at all—just oil, no salt, nothing green, and it was dry. When I asked if there was a sauce, they said that's how they cook it and there was nothing else. That was the last straw! We ordered one main course: fritto misto (fish) and one vegetable dish. That was also bland; the breading was soggy, and the vegetables were unseasoned and oily. Finally, we ordered a mixed dessert, and the individual items were so small you could practically search for them on the plate. And all of this for a flat rate of €100! I was so angry that I confronted him about it, saying he hadn't given me a good price today. His response was, "That's the price." Thanks for the chat. That was the last time I'll be there.

13/06/2026: Overall, a positive experience. Good restaurant, excellent location. Rooms have some flaws: a pull-out bed with a very hard mattress, noisy stairs to the mezzanine, a shower that floods easily, and a bathroom door that's typical but not very functional. There are no screens on the windows. The rooms are poorly soundproofed; it feels like the guests next door are right there with you. The price is a bit high for the type of accommodation, certainly due to the long weekend.

06/12/2025: I stayed three days with my dog ​​and we had a wonderful time. The B&B is a renovated mill; the rooms are cozy, clean, and have hot water and heating. Fabio, the owner, is also incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast is incredibly generous and excellent. I even had a wonderful dinner one evening. Highly recommended.

Excellent quality food, prepared with exceptional skill, carefully crafted with unique pairings. The raw fish dishes are truly excellent. The calamari is exquisite, in all dishes, and the fried fish is dry. I wouldn't try the egg pasta with clams, but the sauce was truly delicious. The temperature inside the restaurant was a little low for my taste. The bread, made in their own bakery, is excellent. I recommend it to everyone. Excellent value for money.
