23/08/2024: Calling this pizzeria historic is limiting, it represents the history of Pesaro.
When I can and I'm in the area I always go to have my Rossini or my Margherita.
The staff is certainly the best when it comes to pizza by the slice, the prices are absolutely in line with the quality they offer, so I absolutely recommend this place.
07/08/2024: Pizzeria by the slice. The pizza is good and well made. Very digestible, cooked perfectly. For those who are not from Pesaro, like me, the Rossini pizza is a must try. It may seem like blasphemy but if you throw away prejudices you can appreciate a good composition, where the result is a "soft" and "velvety" pizza on the palate. Good and worth trying.

15/08/2024: Location molto bella e cibo casalingo molto ben cucinato. Servizio veloce e soprattutto cordialità e atmosfera stupenda che raramente si trova. Avendo un cane ho davvero apprezzato il fatto che si siano preoccupati di portare un piattino di cibo anche a lei... consiglio assolutamente questo locale a chi vuole fare un pranzo indimenticabile tra amici o in famiglia e a chi possiede animali☺️

03/08/2024: Excellent experience, family atmosphere they treated us very well. The fish is fresh and simply prepared.
Clean place and in a quiet area, I would happily return.

02/05/2024: You enter a lovely hotel-style lounge, then you enter a ballroom filled with tables, very spacious, excellent distance between tables, you move around very well and there is never any noise.
Friendly waiters, informed about the menu, perhaps a little too slow in taking away the finished dishes.
Really excellent food, the best sushi I've tried anywhere nearby.

A structure immersed in the green countryside, very beautiful and spacious inside, made almost entirely of stone and wood
Outside there is a large beautiful garden with gazebos and tables for eating outdoors when the weather permits
The structure also has rooms for overnight stays, a beautiful swimming pool also open to the public, a farm and a vegetable garden where you can draw on many of the raw materials used in the kitchen
The menu offers land-based dishes and pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven, delicious and plentiful, with various highly digestible doughs.
The staff is cheerful and friendly, you feel a bit at home
We always come back willingly

11/08/2024: We ate in this restaurant for three evenings and before tonight I would have given it 5 stars. Tonight I wanted to try pizza. Last week I had it white with truffles in another restaurant not far away, price €13. At my request, they charged me €25 because truffles cost a lot. To which I refused and got a plain margherita! Meh!
