One of the best pastry chefs in the Marche region. Authentic Italian croissants, notes of butter, milk, and orange blossom, homemade bomboloni! Not frozen by multinationals. Excellent quality in both sweet and savory dishes, just like the true pastry chefs of old. It's hard to find an authentic pastry shop these days that doesn't use purely industrial products and fillings, only thinking about profit. Good espresso, balanced ratio of quality Arabica and Robusta beans, the latter providing more robust caffeine and crema, counteracting the delicate, acidic, and more susceptible to processing Arabica beans. The beans are roasted using a monk's robe, medium/delicate and not burnt, the Masini blend is an excellent choice. Thank you for what you do.

15/12/2025: It's the perfect place for a couple. The apartment overlooking the hills is wonderful. The spa is a delight and, above all, very warm. Returning to the room with a platter of mixed platters, a bottle of wine, and a roaring fireplace...UNBEATABLE! The owners are kind, helpful, and very discreet. Definitely worth a visit!
23/10/2025: Wonderful stay at an unexpected hidden gem of a place. Angela was a wonderful host meeting every need we had. This quaint hilltop spa has that intimate setting and feel. Dinners were some of the best meals we had while in Italy. Out room was very comfortable and pleasing to be in. The scenery from this location is second to none. We will be back.

09/04/2026: When we are in Pesaro Polo is a must-see, very professional, nice wine list with local and non-local gems, try the fish soup, in summer you can add a splendid view by sitting outside
