Everything was perfect: excellent food, a very welcoming and clean place, friendly and competent staff, and a more than fair price. The house wine was also excellent (the red is an excellent Sangiovese). Don't miss the renowned Moretta, expertly prepared, to finish the meal. I would definitely return to try other specialties.

I went for dinner with my girlfriend after a few friends recommended it. The place was crowded on the weekend; we waited twenty minutes for the pizza, but it was worth it! You could taste the expertise of the wood-fired oven and the quality of the ingredients used! See you soon, Ciarro!

I passed through Fano for work and stopped at "Da Ciarro" along the seafront. The best seafood carbonara I've tasted in years! Well done Ciarro! When I'm back in Fano, I'll be back to try the pizza (the pizzeria is closed for lunch).

02/05/2026: I've never had such a good first course, it feels like being at grandma's house in the old days. I recommend, if only to try it and believe it. Excellent! Extremely kind, welcoming, helpful, and attentive to detail.
02/05/2026: The carbonara was simply exceptional and very plentiful! Lorenzo, the owner, was incredibly friendly...we'll definitely be back!
