08/07/2025: Wonderful dinner, perfect setting for a special event as the place is enchanting, the competent and above all very accommodating service makes you feel at home. Note of merit for the cuisine, very beautiful recipes to look at and above all with an exceptional care for the choice of raw materials, exclusively from the territory and that enhance the small local producers. The food and cocktails are really quality (try the livellanza). Going to Varese without stopping at Balthazar is like visiting the city and not climbing the sacred mountain ;)

17/06/2025: Came to eat lunch there. Had to wait long for the waiter, but when the order was made, the food came quite quickly. It was not so tasty as we expected, but the quality was good. Potato chips (served with shabu shabu) were especially disappointing. Nice with the compliment from the chef, it was the most delicious thing we ate there.

04/07/2025: Tried for the first time, I tasted an excellent Sashimi Don and the Ume Roll. I liked the wide availability of sake. The price is in line with the quality, 32 euros for the sashimi don and 25 for the Rolls

03/07/2025: Excellent Japanese restaurant.. that I have visited several times! I found the flavors of local Japanese cuisine; not only sushi and sashimi but traditional recipes (hot and cold) in an excellent reinterpretation and innovation. The restaurant is à la carte and not "all you can eat", absolutely appreciated the familiar and intimate atmosphere; also this typical of the small restaurants where I used to take refuge for a long time in Tokyo. Thanks for the experience and the beautiful evening, we will definitely see each other again!

10/06/2025: We chose the 6-course menu, it was truly a fantastic experience, excellent food and very well-prepared dishes. Chef present on each dish to comment on the way of preparation. Fair quality/price. Highly recommended to celebrate an event to remember!

25/05/2025: I went to this restaurant for the first time last night. We chose the 4-course tasting. Regarding the food I have to say all the dishes were exquisite especially the grilled aubergine was truly sublime! The setting is very intimate and elegant; a historic villa furnished with style and a modern touch. The presence in the room of the chef Ilario with his professionalism and friendliness accompanies you between the explanation of a dish and a laugh during dinner making everything very pleasant and relaxing. We will definitely be back😊

A restaurant of the highest quality for the preparation of raw materials, the presentation of the dishes, and the quality of the products. The service is of the HIGHEST LEVEL!!!!! Careful in the service of wine / water in the explanation of the dishes served at the table and in the attention to the customer. Many times we go looking for good restaurants outside the area without knowing that we have a REALLY QUALITY one near home!!!!!' 08/06/2025: A small glass of Proseco with a homemade mini hamburger as a welcome sign ❤️. We chose two original pasta dishes. Tagliatelle with 40 egg yolks and pheasant ragout. Delicious, and a dish of mini tubetti with green asparagus sauce, mussels, and raw red prawns, decorated with flowers. Delicious and beautiful to look at. I'm waiting for dessert... So we chose two homemade sorbets. Delicious!

05/07/2025: We've been coming to Concordia for years and have NEVER been disappointed with the food! The ingredients are fresh and of very high quality! For starters, we ordered mussels in tomato sauce and carpaccio. For the main course, we chose pappardelle with porcini mushrooms and a prosciutto e fungi pizza. The porcini mushrooms in the pappardelle were really fresh and not small either :-). The pizza also tasted very good, and the size is really good, and you get plenty! We really enjoy coming back every year!
