Excellent location near the Bernina train station and the reception staff are very friendly! The rooms are comfortable and clean, the only downside is that the cleaning staff are too noisy in the morning moving their things and shouting in the hallways!

Had a really good experience staying here. The staff was helpful just wish they worked a bit faster to meet the demand. Didn’t get to try the food because the place was a bit dead, barely anyone stayed there when I went. Overall good :) Ideal for the bernina express ride.

Regarding the restaurant: The experience was absolutely delicious.
I ordered the "Menu' Della Sera" and there was so much food that I had to get the second course to go.
The waiters were incredibly friendly and attentive to our table throughout the evening.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but we had lunch at the restaurant after our Bernina Express ride. Therefore, we can't offer any feedback on the hotel itself. Everything was absolutely perfect in terms of food and drinks, and the Chardonnay we chose was delicious. Our only suggestion would be that the knives could be a bit sharper; it would make cutting much more pleasant.

Despite the Bernina Express voucher, drinks were charged separately. €12 for water and cola seems quite expensive, especially considering you can get a whole pizza for €6 next door. Overall, everything was fine, but I would have appreciated a fairer price.

A convenient hotel for enjoying the Bernina Express experience. You can park there, avoiding the hassle of finding parking near the station (which can be very difficult on holidays). The food is good and reasonably priced. However, the rooms are very dated and the beds are extremely uncomfortable; perhaps a little tweaking would be nice.
