We were served by Mauro with a wonderful smile and impeccable manners. Even as we were leaving, he greeted us and wished us a good day. A truly great guy who makes you leave with a smile and makes your day better. Anna at the cashier was also very cheerful, kind, and professional. The food was delicious, even better than other McDonald's. Nice atmosphere and clean place.

I gave it an average rating. The service and speed were positive. The order portal was convenient. I didn't find the upstairs area clean, and there were several flies on the railing. It could be better maintained, but this doesn't detract from the positives of the rest of the review.

Not all McDonald's are the same. The way they prepare the sandwiches and fries varies. I've tried a lot of McDonald's, but in this one, the fries, even when cold, are good. The sandwiches are well put together, and the chicken is cooked perfectly. The sauces and salad are there and show through on the sandwich.

Since it's a chain, I'm not evaluating the chain itself, but I'm expressing an opinion compared to other McDonald's. Cleanliness: slightly below average. Service: fast, very friendly Preparation: average I believe this is the first McDonald's in Valtellina. Compared to other McDonald's, it doesn't follow the "standard" model, being housed in another business. Management is less standard.

Keller Steak House

05/04/2026: Amazing steakhouse under the Hotel Olympia. Great staff and so kind. Highly recommend the grigliata Mista. And all the sauces!
30/03/2026: Truly excellent restaurant, the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and above all, quick to take orders. The restaurant's strong point is undoubtedly the food. I have no doubt: we'll be back! :)
