Mottolino has north-facing slopes, which means you can ski longer on warm April days than on neighboring Carosello. This is a big advantage. Unfortunately, as with all of Livigno, the trails are poorly marked, with only a few numbers.

Super nice ski area for all levels. Long, quiet blue runs, superb red runs and challenging black runs. Children's slopes and ski school. Good meeting place with good food and drinks. Highly recommend the area.
