I don't understand the nature of the negative reviews at all, given that this is a centrally located establishment, well-lit, clean, and served by polite and helpful staff. Regarding the quality of the product, there's no doubt that, between the coffee shop and the pastry shop, they are top-notch. So, I give it a thumbs-up without compromise! Recommended!

I celebrated my graduation in mid-September. The place is fantastic, cute and welcoming; the food and drinks were good; the service was excellent, they even corrected mistakes and if there were any inconveniences, they even offered a discount!

26/08/2025: The cashier is always kind. What I don't like is the security guard checking on people who are just there to shop. Next time, I'll give him my business card... So he can cut it out and go bust someone else's ass. It's really annoying to be there with him on your back... Anyone who's honest and goes shopping there wants some peace and quiet, right? Rather than having this guy checking you out... Really checking on who's stealing, right?
12/07/2025: I go there often. Excellent quality in the butcher section. They also have an in-house bakery with bread until late, and a deli section. Friendly staff, and the entire supermarket is spotlessly clean.

24/12/2025: Unwelcoming atmosphere. I went in for the first time thinking it was the best pastry shop in Pavia, but I had to change my mind. They didn't take me into consideration and my requests fell on deaf ears as if they didn't care about selling! I'll never go in again!
22/12/2025: A historic pastry shop located on Pavia's main street, just a few minutes' walk from the Visconti Castle and practically across the street from the university. It bakes a variety of delicacies, topped by the legendary "Torta Paradiso." Named after the name!
