Excellent food, really poor service, anonymous atmosphere

The food was very good. I have to give it 3 stars because the air conditioning in the "outdoor" veranda is almost zero. Plus, they didn't mention when I booked that there was a concert in the adjacent square. I couldn't hear the person in front of me.

Nice pizzeria, good food. If you like Neapolitan pizza outside of Naples, you'll find it here. It's a shame we came on a hot day, and the air conditioning wasn't enough to cool the place down, but the waiters were very friendly.

Very friendly staff and excellent service. The pizza was delicious. The place is cute and clean. The reservation service is convenient and provides information on how to get there if you're traveling by car. It was a pleasant discovery in the heart of Pavia! Highly recommended!

An excellent experience at Pizzeria Botticella, in the heart of Pavia's historic center. Although the pizzeria was closed on Sunday lunchtime, we celebrated our daughter's First Communion with our family and were delighted. The pizzeria is centrally located, perfect for a convivial gathering in a quaint and welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks go to the staff, who were friendly, helpful, and attentive to their guests' needs. Throughout the lunch, service was punctual and professional, with staff always ready to accommodate requests and address any needs with kindness. A very positive experience. I highly recommend this place for both the delicious pizza and the appetizers, such as fried sage leaves and various fried fish, as well as the drinks, such as wine and beer, which are supplied by Italian farms. Congratulations to all the staff!

Excellent pizza, a bit too long to wait, the outdoor pergola a bit sad. Recommended... but perhaps the time between ordering and food delivery should be reviewed a bit.

Kindness and helpfulness in welcoming guests. There were only two of us; we booked via WhatsApp, and the reservation was well-managed and accurate! We opted for the pizzas for lunch, which were very good and made with quality ingredients! Thanks to the staff 🤗

The pizza is truly delicious, with a light, easy-to-digest dough and excellent ingredients. If I had to find a flaw, the acoustics inside aren't great, and when there are a lot of people, it can be difficult to talk. But for pizza, it's my go-to place in Pavia.
