09/03/2026: Chef Stefano is a master, and that's where the review ends. Glass Bistrot is a great little restaurant. It seats just a few people, has a frequently changing menu, and offers carefully selected ingredients and wines. The raw fish, risottos, and soups are top-notch. The cuisine is traditional yet modern, without chasing trends.

I don't know what else to say. We stumbled upon it by chance and had divine food and drink. Perfect pairings, super fresh food, original recipes. Truly top-notch. Highly recommended.

The tender fillet steak was also excellent, along with the homemade desserts. Let Stefano's advice guide you, you won't regret it.

07/03/2026: After many years, I returned with friends and was delighted to find excellently prepared dishes, fast, attentive, and friendly service, in a quiet and welcoming atmosphere.
We enjoyed several goose dishes (the terrine with brioche bread and onion jam and the pâté with croutons were splendid) of unquestionable quality, accompanied by homemade bread and breadsticks (bread with goose cracklings, black and white), which sold like hotcakes.
The two desserts were excellent: the apple strudel with cream and the zabaglione cake.
Prices were reasonable but not excessive.
We will definitely be back.

05/03/2026: A wonderful discovery in Vigevano. Probably one of the best ramen I've had in Italy: truly high quality and carefully prepared dishes.
I've also recommended it to Asian friends, and they've confirmed that it's well above average. They've already been back twice, which says a lot.
A very cute place, with Japanese anime-inspired artwork, delicious desserts, and quick, courteous, and discreet service.
Definitely a place to return to.
10/02/2026: Discovered purely by chance on social media, it turned out to be a great find! The menu doesn't just feature ramen, but also other first courses and appetizers worth trying. The ramen (Tantan ramen, if I remember correctly) was truly hearty, with a flavorful broth that was truly excellent! The chicken ramen is also excellent!
The place is very colorful and anime-themed, and the staff is very friendly. We'll definitely be back to try the other dishes on the menu.

28/03/2026: We were there recently for our son's graduation. The table setting and presentation were both highly professional. The menu was carefully curated and rich in light, mouth-watering flavors. We can only give them a top score of 110 with honors.
21/03/2026: We enjoyed this agriturismo, both for its value and service. The dining room where we had lunch was also beautiful, with a fireplace in the center. Recommended.

14/01/2026: I've been here several times for lunch and there hasn't been a day that I've found anything wrong, from the quality of the food to the service... Coffee has always been a habit for me, but since I tried it here (I'm not exaggerating) I've discovered the pleasure of drinking it... Absolutely worth trying!
30/12/2025: Currently (December 2025), it's the only coffee shop in Pavia offering specialty coffee. For that alone, it deserves praise. The people are passionate and knowledgeable, and they offer high-quality coffee. The service is kind and attentive, always very friendly.
The best coffee in Pavia. I'll definitely be back.
