The atmosphere isn't large, but it's very nice and clean. The food and wine are excellent. Prices are reasonable. The off-menu dishes are also excellent, and you can try them on the spot.

After a tiring day, I was looking for a nearby place to eat good meat, and this one wasn't exactly close to where I was staying, so I almost didn't come.
I have to say, the effort was well worth it.
The meat was incredibly fresh and tender.
The tartare, this way, allows you to try various combinations, instead of the usual classic.
The beef carpaccio was absolutely divine! From the photo, you can see the thickness of the slice, and yet, despite everything, it melted in your mouth.
And, to finish, a delicious rib-eye steak with a baked potato and sour cream. That too, was cooked to perfection. The meat was lovely, soft, and succulent.
There's no photo of the dessert, because that, too, was so good I polished it off before making it.
The staff were truly kind and helpful.
I'll definitely be back again when I'm in the area.
Speaking to the staff, they told me that they have themed evenings with crocodile or kangaroo meat, for those who want to experiment.

We dined at Griglieria Gris and had a truly positive experience. The restaurant has a beautiful, well-maintained, and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for both a dinner with friends or a more relaxed evening. The food is delicious, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients, especially the meat, which we found excellent, well-cooked, and truly flavorful. The service also deserves a mention: attentive, meticulous, and very fast, without being rushed. Overall, it was a pleasant evening, with a great atmosphere, good food, and efficient organization. We'd happily recommend this grill restaurant and would gladly return.

I must say that the place is really beautiful because you feel at home, both in terms of the service and the waiters themselves, the food served was exquisite and spectacular, satisfying every type of request, from the most banal to the most complicated, the only shame is that the classic bruschetta was a bit stringy and with obviously frozen bread, but overall I must say that it was all a spectacle.

The dishes are carefully prepared, the tartare is delicious, the marrow is fantastic, and the kangaroo meat was a pleasant discovery! The tiramisu, too... sensational! Trust the off-menu items.

I don't know where to start. We went there yesterday for lunch, table 9. The staff were welcoming, empathetic, and kind. The atmosphere was very nice. The dishes were high-quality. We ordered two mini tartare samples (a delicious melt-in-the-mouth experience), a horse rib steak, and a sliced beef steak: meats of boundless goodness! What we really appreciated was that the meats were served without salt or seasoning, so everyone could decide what to add to them (salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil were provided at the table). A caponata and grilled vegetables were served on the side. All this delicacy was washed down with Buttafuoco (which I love because it gives me that "fluffy" feeling on my tongue), which created very pleasant aromas and sensations. To finish, two desserts (panna cotta and tiramisu). Two coffees. A satisfying experience that was worth our "day trip" from Garlasco just to try the place, and we'll definitely try it again. Well done everyone, everything was delicious!
PS: We didn't take any photos because we wanted to enjoy, savor, and savor every course. Our phones stayed in our pockets :-D
