The pizzas are simply delicious, prepared with the freshest, high-quality ingredients. You are truly spoiled for choice and the dough can be chosen between: - CLASSIC gr. 240: simple dough with water, flour, salt and oil. 48 hours of maturation which makes our product unique and recognizable. - NAPLES: gr. 300: Double leavened dough with 10% biga. Soft and thick dough but at the same time extremely digestible. - PINSA +3 €: Wheat, rice and soy flour, mixed together are finely processed to obtain a mixture with low gluten content. Dough with a high level of hydration. - GLUTEN FREE gr. 240: water, deglutinated wheat starch, brown rice flour, extra virgin olive oil, 4% corn starch, brewer's yeast, lactose-free skimmed milk powder, sugar, sunflower oil, salt, vegetable fibre. - WHOLE GRAIN gr. 240: dough with wheat flour. flour that has not undergone refining processes, rich in bran and wheat germ. In this case we adopt at least 72 hours of maturation. - BABY - €1 We tried the Delizia with classic dough: a triumph of flavors thanks to the tasty tomato, the creamy buffalo mozzarella, sweet cherry tomatoes and rocket scented as if it had just been picked. Followed by a personalized Carbonara pizza with the addition of rocket: a sublime combination, with a crumbly and light dough that conquers at the first bite. 04/03/2025: Bozzolo, I didn't even know about the existence of this tiny town. One thing I can say... anyone who is passing through these areas must stop by to eat the pizza at this very simple pizzeria/bar, where even the waitress/owner Giorgia is good, good, sociable and friendly (even with an unpleasant southerner like me). Superlative pizza in the dough! Excellent in topping and in the lightness of the combination of ingredients. Fair price! Compliments! Chapeau!

05/06/2025: I had dinner at this location following a ceremony. Too much rice and overcooked and burnt leek, broth in which the gnocchi were placed a little too watery. For the second course the meat was tender but I would have left it to cook a few more minutes. The post-wedding cakes in the cardboard tray were also not. The staff as they proved to be kind during the service. The drinks were served with ice that was not so crushed and seemed almost washed out in taste

The location is simply unique: modern, elegant and surrounded by a stunning garden, cared for down to the smallest details and perfectly set up for the occasion. At night, with its lights it acquires even more value, giving an atmosphere of rare elegance and magic. The cuisine won over all the guests: refined, original and abundant dishes, capable of leaving even the most demanding palates speechless. Great praise goes to the staff, extremely kind, professional and always available. The property welcomed us with warmth and cordiality, making us feel truly pampered. A special thanks goes to Vittorio, who followed us step by step in planning the event. He was able to listen to us, advise us and satisfy our every desire, ensuring impeccable organization even during the day itself. Thanks to him everything was perfect, beyond all expectations. 20/06/2025: I used to go to the cable car when it was still on the embankment... I've known this place for more than 40 years and it's improved a lot. The availability and speed in serving and making the customer feel good is a quality that not all places have, while here it's at home. A special note of merit to the pizza chef who is very good at managing everything.

09/06/2025: I went there for a business dinner. The food was really great, as was the service. It's a shame we were in a hurry, but if I ever come back to the area I'll definitely pop in again and enjoy it more calmly. Highly recommended.

The beautiful lava stone tables with floral and citrus designs immerse you in an atmosphere far from the Po Valley mists and project you into warm Sicily, as do the staff, who are very welcoming and attentive to the customer. We ordered a FIORENTINA AND A TAGLIATA, very good for meat lovers, but if you are very hungry, the portion of the cut is "right". The Sicilian CASSATA was also sublime. Without candied fruit, I didn't ask why. Tip:It's a shame to cover the tables with paper placemat. You could just put a paper or rather cloth napkin on which to place the cutlery.

Abbiamo preso 2 pizze di quelle ben farcite, 1/2 litro di vino a testa, 2 dolci, 2 amari e 2 caffè per 47 €…🤯 aggiungo la gentilezza e simpatia dei proprietari fuori dal comune con cui ci siamo persi in chiacchiere e mi sa che gli abbiam fatto fare pure tardi 🤗. Torneremo certamente se si ripassa di qui.

08/07/2025: We stopped in 3 friends for a pizza in the evening just for The reviews about the pizza being very thin and good are true, we personally did not fully satiate but amen Prices regarding food slightly lower than the contemporary average, the only thing that made me turn up my nose was paying € 12 for 1Lt of coke (never seen such a high price) Service a bit stupid that evening, we waited 10/15 minutes without a living soul passing by
