22/03/2025: Durante una visita a Mantova, mi sono fermato in una piadineria situata in una posizione davvero strategica nel cuore della città, perfetta per una pausa rigenerante durante lo spostamento tra i tanti luoghi d'interesse. Aspetti positivi: - Location: La piadineria si trova in centro, il che la rende ideali per chi cerca un punto di sosta rapido e piacevole mentre visita la città. - Prezzo: Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo, rendendola una scelta accessibile per uno spuntino veloce senza spendere troppo. Aspetti da migliorare: - La piadina: Pur essendo buona, la piadina risultava eccessivamente croccante; un equilibrio migliore tra croccantezza e morbidezza potrebbe esaltare ulteriormente il prodotto. - La farcitura: Anche se il gusto è presente, la quantità dei condimenti è un po’ esigua, lasciando la sensazione che ci si aspetti una farcitura più generosa per incontrare appieno le aspettative. In sintesi, nonostante alcuni piccoli margini di miglioramento nel prodotto, la comoda posizione e il prezzo onesto rendono questa piadineria una scelta valida per chi, durante una visita a Mantova, desidera una pausa gustosa e veloce. Una piccola revisione nella preparazione della piadina e un incremento della farcitura potrebbero trasformare ulteriormente l’esperienza in una tappa imperdibile.

17/01/2025: Traditional pizzeria, very nice, located on the main street of Roverbella. The pizza is made with long leavening dough, very light and with a thin edge, very digestible. Very balanced fillings, not excessive, with good quality ingredients. The attention to tradition is also evident from the menu, the classics first and foremost, but the red, fish and special ones are also on the list. Must try. Very friendly and professional service. Well-trained staff with the right formal attitude. Relaxing environment, predominant white and soft colored tones. The main room, long and not very wide, with tables on the sides, ends with a lovely and warm fireplace. Two other side rooms. Accessories that recall moments of rural life make the interiors welcoming. Parking available across the street. Right in front of the venue.

09/02/2025: Siamo stati ieri in questo ristorante. Non serve offendere o insultare per fare una recensione negativa. Mi limito a dire che lepizze che abbiamo mangiato erano piccole, non lievitate, dure. E ci può stare, più o meno. La cosa che mi ha veramente infastidito è il conto: vegetariana ( verdure appena accennate) 11 euro, campana ( senza friarelli) 14 euro, wurstel e prosciutto 12 euro. Con questi prezzi mi aspetterei una pizza degna di nota, invece purtroppo tutt'altro. Aggiunta di formaggi 2 euro, aggiunta di salumi 3 euro..... no comment. Posto retro' ma cmq di un certo fascino, sedie e divanetti comodissimi, personale discreto e cordiale. Peccato, ci sarei tornata volentieri

03/03/2025: Mancavo da molti anni dalla Stazione, sono tornato con la famiglia e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Bell'ambiente, tavoli ben distanziati, servizio molto cortese anche se leggermente in affanno quando la sala si è riempita. tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato, a partire da sua maestà il riso alla pilota (buonissimo), è stato molto buono e gradito. Menzione per gli arancini futuristi. Leggermente sottotono rispetto al resto i dolci, dimenticabili i dolci di carnevale che ci sono stati proposti, superbo lo zabaione. Conto corretto in relazione all'ambiente ed alla qualità di quanto mangiato. Leggermente troppo alto il prezzo dei dolci in relazione alla qualità ed alla semplicità della proposta. torneremo sicuramente.

26/02/2025: Ristorante di altissimo livello, materia prima derivante in gran parte dall'azienda agricola bio di famiglia , piatti strepitosi e carta dei vini naturali e degli spirits incredibile con vere e proprie chicche introvabili nella maggior parte dei ristoranti. Cura nel dettaglio in tutto, dalla location al servizio impeccabile. Ci sono stato varie volte sia con amici che per pranzi di lavoro , e ogni volta si sta divinamente. Nulla da aggiungere, anzi mi stupisce il fatto che non abbia ancora riconoscimenti a livello di guide Michelin e altre , si meriterebbe tranquillamente la stella , e lo dico avendo frequentato diversi stellati e tristellati. Quindi approfittatene finché i prezzi sono così bassi rispetto alla qualità offerta perché è cosa veramente rara. Chapeau e alla prossima!

02/03/2025: Classic environment where before there was something else and now this large space has been created where food is prepared at the entrance there is a small conveyor belt where the sushi dishes rotate and are freshly prepared by a chef behind a small counter the variety of sushi is not very wide but in any case they are always prepared fresh there is then a large buffet where there are the classics of Japanese cuisine and there is also a small side where you can take fish or meat to be cooked on the spot obviously always placing the reference point on the dish which will then be brought to your table, The variety is not the best in fact in my opinion the food is very simple and spartan, however there are various options and the choices of soy sauce and wasabi are then on the side of the buffet where anyone can take it with a teaspoon and some pebbles, In my opinion not very hygienic. There is also a small sweets section with the classic Chinese fruit and sometimes traditional fluta like apple and anamanas, sometimes pannaccotta or chocolate salami, there is also a small freezer with ice creams to take by the spoonful and it is a sort of lemon sorbet. The dishes are all found under the buffet counter, but in my opinion they are often washed and placed underneath without being dried so that water forms on the plate. The room is very large
