12/09/2025: I went for lunch today with my mom, some friends, and a baby. The food was very well prepared, fresh, with reasonable portions and good prices. The place is cozy and quiet. I recommend it! 😉

09/09/2025: I was looking for a place to stop for lunch on the way back from Cremona to the highway. The first one was closed. I found this agriturismo by searching on Maps. I went in to see if there was room. I ran into the chef (I think also the owner) who told me there was room and to sit down. We sat down and the waitress arrived immediately. We had 2 first courses. Very good. Very beautiful view of the countryside with a rooster 🐓 that acted as a backdrop. We will definitely be back if we are in those parts again.

15/11/2025: Excellent food, professional and polite waiters, reasonable waiting times for freshly prepared food, bill adequate for the quality of the fresh food offered, only flaw...the dishes are already finished...but we will return to try others

09/11/2025: When we pass through Castiglione delle Stiviere, it's our go-to place. We like the pizza, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. Recommended.

12/11/2025: I returned to this pizzeria after more than a decade...a historic local pizzeria. I must say that I remembered the pizza being very good, and it remained that way...if not improved. Numerous pizzas with excellent toppings and top-quality ingredients...with a long leavening time to make it digestible. The prices are more than fair...the service is young and cheerful. The place is noisy (but it was Saturday night). Convenient parking in front of the restaurant.

21/07/2025: The staff were friendly and attentive. They don't speak French, and I don't speak Italian, so no problem. Excellent food. Arrived at 10:30 p.m., and they were still serving!

22/10/2025: Found by chance, a real surprise. Pizza by the slice and bread of a hard-to-find quality. Lots of flavors, and excellent supplì too! You can taste the passion. If you ever find yourself in this town, you absolutely must try it.

04/11/2025: Lunch with dishes in true Mantuan style was like going back to the roots...the lady in the dining room was excellent and very efficient...a wonderful experience worth repeating...

08/12/2025: An excellent lunch in the center of Mantua, in a spacious and well-organized restaurant (five rooms inside). We savored both baked goods like breadsticks and taralli, as well as other dishes on the menu, such as pumpkin with rosemary and shallots (absolutely delicious!) and the sublime risotto alla mantovana! The prices are high, but we ate so well that we were happy to spend them! The only downside is the bathroom (which is why I can't give the restaurant a full 5 stars): as soon as you go down the stairs, you can smell bad odors (the stairs adjoin the kitchen), and the women's section is quite unfortunate, but never mind. Scaravelli also has a café, pastry shop, ice cream parlor, and bakery under the arcades of Piazza delle Erbe, offering unique and inviting treats, both sweet and savory!
