05/08/2025: I stopped by by chance at lunchtime and... surprise! A warm and welcoming place, excellent quality meat, typical Sicilian products and wines, along with local wines and delicacies. Well done!!! An experience to repeat! 👏👏👏

06/05/2025: Dopo 40 anni che siamo clienti, delusi dai prezzi raddoppiati e un servizio scadente, mai successo come ripeto da clienti per oltre 40 anni. Abbiamo festeggiato matrimoni, battesimi, comunioni, compleanni e portato numerosi amici e conoscenti come nuova clientela, alla quale gireremo il nostro disappunto. Per ultimo 2 antipasti semplici 40 EURO. E chiudo peccato !

05/05/2025: Questo ristorante è davvero carino, sia nei suoi spazi interni, sia nel cortile. Cibo molto buono, servizio veloce, piano bar per nulla "invadente", e conto perfetto. Torneremo sicuramente :-)

04/09/2025: Hosteria Sconta, which means "Hidden" in Venetian dialect, is centrally located yet far from the bustling crowds. Friendly staff, a warm and welcoming owner, and a small restaurant where you can enjoy traditional Venetian cuisine. Highly recommended!

02/09/2025: I've been frequenting Caorle for years, but I'd never encountered this "sconsolate" osteria. It was a pleasant discovery, in fact. A small space for small groups or couples. Excellent traditional Venetian seafood and meat dishes. The menu isn't extensive, but that's a plus. The selection of "spunciotti" is good. The owner, very kind and helpful, is definitely a local, which isn't a given. Prices are average for downtown restaurants.

18/08/2025: Everything has already been perfectly described in one review here, but if it's exactly what I'm looking for, you can read it all again. "Hotel": The location is positive if you want to go to Gardaland, Movieland, or other activities. There's also a Lidl or Aldi nearby, about 2-3 kilometers away. Keep in mind, though, that the access roads are the same as they were 40-50 years ago, which means they're only a single car wide and in rather poor condition. So, if you have a lowered vehicle or other modifications, it can be tricky if you encounter oncoming traffic. The access road to the hotel is a typical fine gravel road like you'd find on German forests and hiking trails, with endless dust. The breakfast is okay, nothing special but not bad either. The rooms, on the other hand, are a highlight if you want to travel back to the 80s. Rustic and worn, in my opinion, everything there needs a proper renovation. I don't need Wi-Fi; it's rather difficult for those who can't manage without it, or for children and teenagers. The network and password that were listed in our folder in the apartment simply didn't exist in the room, and other families complained about it too. So this should be an important point in your family life in 2025... Don't bother, it's cell phone detox time there. The grounds themselves are quaint, but you can't really do much there except use the spacious pool. There are plenty of loungers available. Unfortunately, there are often, or even daily, day visitors, so not just hotel guests!!! It can get loud, for birthdays, water fitness meetings, etc. You can get ice, water, beer, etc. from the pool bar and add it to a trusted list. Prices are rather expensive for a hotel in the middle of nowhere, but that's okay. Like everything in life, it's a matter of opinion.

15/08/2025: A great location, close to Peschiera del Garda, yet secluded enough to relax without the crowds. The pool is definitely its biggest advantage, after the professional and friendly service. This is a wonderfully managed vacation property.

20/07/2025: Excellent risotto with freshwater fish... fried catfish and eel are excellent

28/06/2025: We ate reasonably well, but when it was time to pay, surprise! I don't know if the owner was at the cash register but she didn't ask us how to do the bill. I didn't even know the person next to me, she allowed herself to do a single bill dictated by a family that was at this table. Very rude, terrible behavior. I will never go there again.

23/08/2025: A pleasant trattoria located in the Mantua area, with a very friendly welcome from the owner, Gianluca, who is also a highly respected chef. Attentive and attentive service from Sjlvi, a French chef, made the dinner even more enjoyable with her savoir faire. The food was high-quality and absolutely homemade. The price was commendably fair.

16/08/2025: Stopping in for lunch in mid-August. Delicious food, quick service, fair bill. Friendly and welcoming owners. Very good.
