Ristorante Pizzeria Bella Napoli In Mantova

I came as a bus driver with a group of 42 people, and everyone was delighted. The pizzas (served in the center of the table) were very good. The dining room is a bit small, but you can't exactly expand it. A customer with a gluten intolerance was thrilled to eat her first (gluten-free) pizza in 16 years! Thank you for the warm welcome.

We visited this pizzeria on Saturday evening, right on Easter Sunday, one of the busiest nights of the year. We were a large group of 16, spread across several families, and we chose this place primarily for the availability of gluten-free pizza, which is essential for us because my children are celiac. This aspect, in fact, remains a very positive aspect of the restaurant. We arrived at 7:30 PM and the table was ready, although the atmosphere was quite noisy, probably due to the large number of guests typical of a holiday evening. The service initially seemed well-organized, but during dinner we encountered some difficulties managing the orders. The pizzas didn't all arrive at the same time: some were served early, while others—particularly the children's—arrived significantly late. This created some confusion and inconvenience, especially for the little ones, who had to wait longer than expected. Regarding the staff, our waitress was not able to handle the situation very well. Faced with the timing issue, he didn't seek solutions or alternatives, simply reiterating that there were a lot of people and that there was no other option. A little more attention or helpfulness would certainly have helped make the experience more pleasant, especially considering the presence of hungry children and such a large group. Despite these inconveniences, the quality of the pizza was good: light dough, fresh ingredients, and perfectly cooked. Even the gluten-free pizzas were well-made, which for us is an added bonus. Overall, the experience was positive regarding the quality of the food, although there is room for improvement in the organization of the service, especially on busy evenings. I would still recommend this pizzeria, but be aware that on busier days, there may be waits and some mix-ups.

The pizza was truly excellent, both in terms of the dough and the ingredients, the calzone was also really good and tasty, and the desserts, both classic and more unusual, were delicious. All in a lovely setting, and the staff was very kind and welcoming, especially the owner and the lovely black woman! I'll be back to try many other pizza flavors or even their first courses! P.S.: The sweet three-chocolate cake is absolutely amazing, never forget it!!!

We ate there on the evening of December 31st. The pizza was excellent and digested very well. The waitress was very kind. They have three dining rooms, and we ate in the middle one near the oven. The last one is perhaps the quietest.

We were in Mantua for Christmas. I usually book for lunch, but this time I didn't, and after my experience at Bella Napoli, I think I made the right choice. We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance, especially since it was pouring rain on Christmas Eve. What can I say? We were welcomed as if we'd known each other for a long time. Sadia is a cheerful, professional woman, and what struck me about her was her passion for her work. The food was excellent, with a slightly gourmet pizza and excellent ingredients. Prices were average, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. Bottom line: we ate here every day during our two-day stay in Mantua. I wanted to thank the owners and staff.

The pizza here is always a guaranteed delight. It's wonderful to find this incredible quality, unchanged over time, and to always feel so welcomed.

I came in for a pizza (I hadn't been in for a long time because I live far away). I was amazed by a few simple, yet essential details. The pizza: the superb dough, the ingredients: you could taste the carefully selected food, the flavor, the aroma of the pizza seemed to scream with passion, the passion of those who work not just because it's a job like any other, but the passion of those who make perfection their reason for living. Thank you, Bella Napoli, my palate thanks you, especially the staff, attentive to detail, something hard to find these days. I'll be back soon.
