08/06/2025: It's not the first time this has happened to me.....after a very long wait at the cash register to pay, a customer who had just finished serving, without the slightest consideration, walks past me. I can't stand the arrogance and nonchalance of people who behave in this way, but in that case I expected an intervention from the owner that didn't happen! Evidently top-series customers but rude!

10/05/2025: I have been serving myself at the San Francesco pastry shop for years and every time I am always very satisfied. For my every birthday, they are my point of reference!! The staff is always very kind and smiling and the owners are not lacking in friendliness!!

07/02/2025: Very comfortable place at a good price for a lunch break. Recommended to everyone. The food is not top quality but it is a pleasure to eat.

08/06/2025: I went back with friends on Thursday night and we had a "less good" time than usual, it's a shame but we liked the young girl at the counter the other nights more on a human and professional level. Maybe it wasn't her role, and we were assholes too to drink cocktails in an ice cream shop....

23/05/2025: I only put one star because I don't have the possibility to put zero!!!! As a customer for a long time, I order a soy milk with decaffeinated coffee on the side (so I would then have put the coffee in the milk myself), due to an intolerance to milk proteins, I get normal milk. Obviously I get annoyed because being intolerant then I feel bad. I was with a friend who goes to pay for her coffee and at the cashier they ask me for the money for the coffee that they prepared for me on the side with milk (which they got wrong). I clearly say that I have no intention of paying for a coffee that I couldn't consume because they got the milk wrong, and Stella, very arrogantly and in front of the customers, tells me "Antonella go, don't pay, don't worry"! She commented on herself but struggles to understand that certain ways with customers should not be had. She didn't even apologize to me, in fact she was annoyed by the fact that I didn't want to pay for the coffee. Incorrectness and arrogance border on rudeness. You will never see me again!

20/05/2025: I have no words, there were still people, I asked to be able to taste two coffees to be able to "study" the environment for a possible aperitif in view of my birthday and the girl with long black hair literally kicked me out and yet there were still people, too bad because the place is very nice but not meticulous about the staff, I must say that the girl at the counter was much more polite, almost as if she were telling me yes... but the other one blocked her. I'll fail!!!! Never again

26/05/2025: Excellent service, by Ari, her suggestions were great. It was the most wonderful refreshing Spritz Martini and the Pils beer just hit the spot! Beautiful setting😊!

05/06/2025: We wanted to dine there without a reservation, but it wasn't possible. So we went elsewhere and came back to finish the evening. The staff is very welcoming, and we discovered some great wines. We're very happy to have been able to discover this place.

03/06/2025: Waiting staff were disgusting, so unfriendly and unwelcoming. Tried to overcharge us for drinks and then found it a joke making up numbers for a bottle of wine. Literally made my family member cry. If you’re a tourist DO NOT GO, they do not deserve the custom.

15/06/2025: The staff was kind and very smiling, both in the welcome and in the service. The food and the environment were discreet. The price was not exaggerated, but proportionate.

14/06/2025: The pizza tour is advertised but in fact it doesn't exist. It's called all you can eat meat but there were only chicken nuggets, veal slices, pork slices and salami. The food was low quality, all pre-cooked and/or frozen, little variety, total absence of fruit. We paid 81 euros for three people, taking only water.
