Le due opzioni a scelta prevedevano un bis di primi o di secondi, bevande incluse. Buona la qualità dei pasti, non altrettanto la quantità: le dosi dei primi erano addirittura imbarazzanti. Di sicuro avremmo preferito pagare qualcosa in più pur di non alzarci da tavola con la fame…

20/03/2025: My friend and I went to spend an evening in a different place than usual, I have a couple of things to report: the service was a bit slow, from when we sat down to when they took our order a good half hour passed, and we also had to stop a girl from the staff because otherwise it was almost as if we were invisible. The staff seems a bit disorganized, I don't say this with malice because it's certainly not their fault but perhaps the lack of preparation on the part of those who follow them. (Be careful with the bathroom door because when I was leaving I almost got it in the face from a girl who was coming back into the room and she opened it as if there was no one on the other side😅) The environment is very nice, I don't really approve of sharing a table for 4 people with another couple, but for that we hadn't booked so it's perhaps also our fault. On the other hand I ate a very good stuffed calzone, compliments to the pizza chef, usually I also have problems digesting but instead this was well cooked and light. I didn't get along very well with the meringue, it was too frozen and therefore difficult to pick up with the fork, but here too it's a personal taste. If the organization had improved it would have been a perfect evening!

02/03/2025: Last Tuesday we had dinner at Il Giardino di Selvino, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing in every respect. From the beginning, the quality of the food left us perplexed: each course seemed not freshly cooked, but simply reheated. The legume soup, for example, was excessively salty to the point of being inedible, so much so that we had to send it back. The mixed appetizer of cheeses and cured meats certainly did not stand out for its quality: the products seemed common and not very carefully selected. Even the salad left something to be desired, with julienned carrots with dark ends, a clear sign of lack of freshness. The final bill? 30 euros each, an absolutely unjustified figure compared to the quality and service received. An experience not to be repeated and, frankly, not recommended.

20/02/2025: An excellent restaurant where you can taste well-prepared dishes and reasonable prices. I recommend it to all people with a good food. Enjoy your meal.

05/04/2025: Ate well, good pizza but also good burgers. Nice place and fair prices. The only problem, as far as I'm concerned, was a bit of background noise, so many people and so it was difficult to talk to each other.

19/03/2025: Excellent restaurant: high quality ingredients, genuine cuisine, attentive and kind staff. Fixed price menu: 4 starters, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, dessert, water, wine, coffee and bitters, all for 45 euros, a second of everything included. An excellent choice for a lunch or dinner with friends, in an environment that reflects the authenticity of the cuisine and the extreme closeness to the traditions of the area. Compliments!!!

01/02/2025: Excellent traditional cuisine. Try the chicken with sausage and mushrooms (or at their place). Excellent price. Business lunch for €14 including first course, second course, side dish, water and wine. Friendly staff.

14/01/2025: Historic pastry shop in Oltre il Colle, a point of reference for decades, it is always a pleasure to return. The restaurant also has outdoor tables, enjoys a beautiful view and is right in the town center. There is no shortage of free parking nearby. Get their chocolate if you pass by!

21/03/2025: Personally a terrible place to never set foot in again. We went on a Saturday evening in February, an empty place with a really sad atmosphere and no music that we could hear everyone else's business (since despite the large room they wanted to put us all close together) but I could easily overlook this. The worst thing: the inedible food Egg with polenta arrived RAW, burnt skewer that seemed to come from a week in the desert due to how dry it was, old bread, worse than that in the canteen, very questionable consistency of the polenta, watery deca coffee and well, what can I say? We didn't like anything at all. Charging €4 cover charge in this place is truly shameful. We couldn't wait to leave. The chatter offered at the end seemed to come from the worst discount store. I am speechless

31/03/2025: First time. Lunch on Monday. Pizza with salami, good and well-seasoned. Half a liter of pleasant and light sparkling white wine. No coffee because I was in a hurry. Total Eur 17

15/03/2025: Not very characteristic decor, but with friendly and punctual service. Pretty good pizza, other (fish) dishes seemed plentiful and very appetizing (seen at the tables next door). I'll be back to try these too.
