I tried Madagascar vanilla and Raffaello, not bad :)
28/09/2025: Ordered through Deliveroo.
Delivery was missing products, the delivery driver claims they haven't received anything else from the ice cream shop.
I've tried contacting them several times, but they don't answer or call back!
Zero professionalism, when you make a mistake, you have to fix it!
I at least asked Deliveroo for a refund, which they gave me as app credit... credit I don't really care about.
Amid all this, the ice cream (the only thing delivered) isn't even particularly good.
First and last time!!

There's nothing to eat.
Everything sucks here, especially the unwelcoming staff.
TERRIBLE SERVICE IN EVERY ASPECT.
They're going out of business, for sure.

03/10/2025: What a disappointment to find the fresh meat counter dismantled and replaced with low-quality packaged meat. I used to go there often, and Davide, the butcher, was knowledgeable and kind, always giving me the right advice. Now we'll shop elsewhere.

09/12/2025: A bright, well-organized environment with the ability to charge your electronic devices at your table, and a very efficient team.
We were delighted to note that among the staff there is a young man with Down syndrome, who is always attentive to the cleanliness and upkeep of the dining room.
Special praise goes to employee Rochel, who is very helpful and cheerful.

12/10/2025: Is it possible that it rained for 30 minutes at 8:00, you go at 12 and the chairs are still wet because they can't dry them?
Is it possible that one time there's no wine, one time there's no beer, one time there's no Coke?
Is it possible that I order an aperitif and after it arrives, 25 minutes later the platter arrives, and I've already finished my drink and have to leave?
Then they never notice you're out and you always have to wait 15 minutes before they notice.
The bathrooms are always dirty, with no toilet paper or hand towel.
The owner swears in front of customers...

22/09/2025: But what happened since last year? The outdoor terrace is completely dirty, the aperitif price is unchanged but there's no platter. What a shame! Two stars, not one, just for the kind waiter.

02/11/2025: It's a shame we didn't read the reviews before going in. We sat down simply because it was empty before dinner. The waitress didn't say a word. The prices were exorbitant, and when we paid, they took away the receipts (I understand why now, since people posted them here as proof of their fraudulent prices). A disgrace for Via Tasso.

28/12/2025: Terrible experience going to KFC Dalmine at 6.38pm we were 17 people who had to eat there was no place to sit because they had raised the chairs and closed the room on the right telling us that they had to clean it making us sit in the small room on the left among other things dirty floor, from the table to the chairs, to the floor. And to finish the food it arrived cold... people waiting standing to sit down never again.....

31/10/2025: Working diligently, without neglecting the customer, was the order of the day at this bar. For about a year, especially in the mornings, there has been outrageous rudeness. A woman who was supposed to be a role model for her colleagues transformed the atmosphere, spreading a wave of ignorance. Not even a seedy village bar has this kind of attitude, not to mention the former staff who didn't deserve to be let go in the face of this bizarre, even visually bizarre, individual.

28/11/2025: I choose and pay for the menu on the monitor. I get to the counter and they tell me there's no focaccia barese... I can only choose between something cheaper and I can't get anything more expensive... Not very serious. Plus, it's very dirty, chairs are broken, and 27 euros for two focaccias, a soft drink, and a water... Never again!
28/09/2025: No, no, and absolutely not. You order a drink from the machine, pay, and then the staff tells you it's unavailable and to choose something else. Then you order a Caesar salad—the description doesn't mention tomatoes (I'm allergic)—and they once again send you to the fridge to serve yourself, only for you to realize that's also unavailable... and when they finally bring it from some storage room, it has tomatoes. Simply terrible and never again
