01/02/2026: I don't recommend this place because politeness is unheard of. We stopped in today for a quick drink, but the waitress seemed like we were bothering them (she's not the only one who works on Sundays). When I asked where the bathroom was, she annoyed me by telling me to go to the register and get the key. I went to the register and asked the cashier for the key. She said there, pointing to a shelf. I couldn't see the key because it was under a huge, ridiculous key ring, in my opinion, black, as big as a square kitchen tile. The cashier, seeing that I didn't understand, mocked me and said, "Come on, take that black thing." I told her, "I didn't realize it was the key with this key ring." I went to the bathroom. There was no sign saying you had to go to the register to access the bathroom. In fact, I found three girls knocking insistently on the door of the only bathroom, believing it was occupied and that perhaps the person they thought was in the bathroom had taken ill. Prices were normal.

05/12/2025: We stopped in one afternoon for an aperitif. The staff was friendly and the prices were fair.

05/01/2026: Terrible service, the girl at the cash register actually said "fuck" to people, never again, the staff were rude to the max.

19/11/2025: This morning at 10:30 (and it's the second time this has happened), we arrive at the counter to order two coffees. There's only one girl busy cleaning the counter, then the trays, and then preparing the orders for those seated. She was working her butt off, but poor thing, she couldn't perform miracles. The people behind us, annoyed by the wait, left. To my question: are you alone? Answer: no, the colleague is in the back. Extremely long wait!

12/04/2026: I went today and ordered almond chicken. It tasted rotten, like the chicken had gone bad... and to top it off, I found a worm in the sauce. The quality of the food at this place has dropped dramatically compared to previous years. Not recommended!

17/02/2026: We went there for lunch a few days ago. The name was a "signal" that lived up to expectations, as they served us very quickly, no complaints there. If I use the "quantity, quality, and cost" approach, we're pretty good, meaning that for what we paid, the quality was in line. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't wow either. On a positive note, the staff was kind, courteous, and welcoming. If you want something quick, it's fine. If you're looking for something special, maybe you should look further.

15/10/2025: Passing by, for an aperitif, 2 proseccos and a handful of crisps 15 euros, but not even in Cortina

25/01/2026: We bought a panettone for Christmas. The packaging was very beautiful (in fact, I gave it 2 stars), but the panettone itself was absolutely mediocre and probably old. The inside was not very soft, dull yellow, and a bit stale. I don't recommend buying panettone.

18/12/2025: The owner was extremely rude, trying to force us to order right away without even having time to sit down and take off our jackets, then she started making fun of us as soon as we asked for two minutes to think about what to order. Furthermore, I never received a receipt at that bar. Terrible.

26/02/2026: I go there very often and I have to say this is truly my favorite place! 😍 The service is fast, the dishes are super generous, and you can eat in complete tranquility, without chaos or people disturbing you. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for a relaxing break or lunch with friends. I only saw two girls—one blonde and one with afro hair. I prefer the afro girl because, in my opinion, she makes much better toast. She makes delicious toast, and my favorite is the cooked mozzarella toast, always perfect. The quality of the food is excellent, everything fresh and beautifully presented. It's perfect if you're really hungry, and every time I go, I leave more than satisfied. Plus, I've never felt sick from this food, which unfortunately I can't say about other places in Bergamo, where I've had really bad experiences in the past. The place is clean, tidy, and the atmosphere is pleasant, stress-free. There are also outlets for charging your phone, which is very convenient if you're spending some time there. Overall, it's a place you absolutely must try: fast service, fantastic staff, delicious food, a super pleasant atmosphere, and attention to detail. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

03/03/2026: NOT RECOMMENDED! Home deliveries are very rude, and they get the order wrong and overprice it. Not recommended. I recommend other nearby towns. Deliveries are made without receipts.

15/12/2025: Exceptional pizza! There's not much to say: they're truly "one better than the other." The dough is light and the ingredients are incredibly fresh. An experience that absolutely deserves five stars for the quality of the product. The staff is courteous and the atmosphere is pleasant. My new go-to pizza spot!
