18/10/2025: The cappuccino was pretty good, the frozen brioche was decent. I don't understand why the brioches aren't croissant-shaped anymore but round ones!

16/08/2025: A shameful aperitivo. The cocktails seemed to be made by a schoolboy and were a complete disaster (the Negroni was served without even a slice of orange). Not to mention the platter (€15 including a drink!): a jumble of pieces of focaccia of various flavors, half-dried, obviously leftovers from the day, covered in some rather sad cold cuts. An experience not to be repeated... Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Ambience: 1/5 I'm echoing a customer's experience and thank him for taking the words right out of my mouth. He put down on paper the same experience I had last night. The owner was rude even in the morning when we were paying, he left us waiting because a friend had called him and then left. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE.

30/08/2025: With a reservation for seven people, I find two round tables, a carefully crafted silver table setting, excellent bread accompanied by a small plate of mountain butter, and a wine list that reads like a dictionary, and unfortunately, the wine we chose is sold out. This is where the small inconveniences begin. My appetizer, brandacujun stockfish, was excellent, hot, with excellent olives. The same cannot be said for my friends' breaded Monterosso anchovies, which had a slightly worn flavor. Meanwhile, the 10-year-old girl awaits her dish without the slightest attention. The first course: tagliatelle with small-sized scampi in a smoky-flavored bisque, cold and overcooked. The spaghetti with clams was borderline acceptable. Ravioli were served in a used gravy boat, like a carafe, without a spoon or a saucer. Obviously, since I couldn't eat, they asked me, and I replied that I didn't like it. Then the chef showed up, hatless, from the kitchen where another person in civilian clothes was milling around, and insistently demanded explanations, which I promptly provided. He insisted that everything was fresh and the other table had already eaten... We got up and got discounted on the two first courses. 05/12/2025: Nice atmosphere, but not organized for too many customers, nothing ever arrived at our table, after asking the waiter several times.

14/11/2025: Good food for a night's sleep, friendly and helpful staff. Really good and delicious dishes.

07/12/2025: €34 for a soft drink and an Americano, accompanied by two slices of frozen pizza, stale fries, and a few other low-quality items. The outside table was covered in garbage, and the service was self-service.

22/09/2025: We relied on them for the catering of our child's baptism, and they demonstrated great professionalism and kindness! All the guests were thrilled with the goodness of the food, the fruit tart was exceptional! If I need anything in the future, I will rely on them again.

25/07/2025: The brioche tastes like focaccia, the biscuits have a soft crust, and the clerk served me as if I were bothering her. An unpleasant experience.

20/11/2025: I discovered this bakery thanks to an app against food waste... I was very satisfied with it. The focaccia with pesto is a little gem, and the desserts made with bread dough and custard also deserve a special mention.

08/09/2025: Affordable and really good food - I had a huge salad for 8 euros! Friendly service, we drank the recommended local white wine which was very good.

20/10/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday, cover charge for 2 adults and a child was €9!!!! Small portions and the bill was incredibly high. €7 each was absolutely insane 😱😱😱😱, not even a single euro off. We'll never go back again...

02/07/2025: Truly enchanting bar in the heart of Genoa! Atmosphere with attention to detail, welcoming environment and very kind staff. Excellent both for a quiet breakfast and for an aperitif with friends. Excellent coffee, and carefully prepared cocktails. Welcoming and familiar atmosphere. A point of reference in the center, I will definitely return!

02/07/2025: Not a daily customer but every time I come downtown… lunchtime we always eat sandwiches or rolls that I always order at the counter because I can choose by saying that I'll sit down. Together with a juice and a mineral water. Waiting time for drinks 5 min. I got up and before I could speak I was "run over": can't you see how many people there are? And then he ordered at the counter to skip the queue. And raising his voice more and more as we tried to answer: and then for two sandwiches! They will be the last ones

21/08/2025: Elegant atmosphere and courteous, prompt staff. We discovered the Universale restaurant by chance but were pleasantly surprised. The dishes are well-prepared: beautiful to look at and delicious to eat! The black lasagna and the amberjack steak are highly recommended.

19/05/2025: Siamo ritornati a distanza di qualche anno e abbiamo ritrovato piacevolmente la stessa qualità e cortesia. Locale elegante con cucina piuttosto raffinata e ricercata, piatti non convenzionali con gusti davvero speciali. Ogni portata è una piacevole sensazione, crema di zucca con calamaro croccante davvero fantastica! Luogo assolutamente consigliato magari per festeggiare una ricorrenza e andare sul sicuro perché mangerete senza dubbio alla grande. Personale estremamente preparato, location top, del resto siete a Boccadasse, non serve dire nulla. Conto giusto per la qualità generale!

16/05/2025: Personale gentile e servizio veloce. Il pesce è di ottima qualità. Le porzioni soprattutto dei secondi un po’ troppo piccole ( il trancio di ombrina seppur squisito erano 3 bocconi). Nel complesso sia stati bene, piazzetta molto tranquilla a pochi metri dal mare, in considerazione del conto vorresti mangiare un pochino di più .
