Everything was very nice and good. The staff were very kind. The farinata with onions and the pan pizza were excellent.

The hard work they put in is certainly commendable, and the pizza tour is a draw for the delicious farinata, but I've only had the pasta for the cheese focaccia, and that kind of pizza with tomato and mozzarella isn't good, in my opinion. I admit I've been there three times so far for company, but I won't be returning.

Everything was very good. Excellent service during dinner. At the end of the evening, there was no way to leave out a bottle of sparkling wine (????) from the final bill. The place was clean, even the bathrooms. The bill was absolutely reasonable and balanced, considering the type of evening (round pizza and farinata + dessert + wine + coffee + liqueurs).

My wife and I went for dinner to enjoy an excellent farinata, but instead... we found ourselves under very disappointing new management. The farinata was thick, raw, and rubbery, the fries half raw, half burned, a sign of improperly reheated food, and the beer was warm. The sauces weren't in single-serving containers, but in tubes. The only positive note was the kindness of the "blonde" waitress. I don't recommend this place.

16/06/2026: Caffetteria Orsini is a must-stop if you're passing through Soleto! The desserts are fresh (and you can taste it!) and all delicious, no matter what you order! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the place is always tidy. The Caffetteria also offers a wide selection for celiacs and lactose intolerant people. Today I had these desserts: a pistachio maritozzo and a puff pastry with cream and black cherry... Exceptional!! Congratulations!!
09/05/2026: I certainly did not expect to find my best bar ever in a small place like Soleto. The pasticccioto is memorable. Coffee is great. "Caffe Leccese" is highly recommended! All other sweets were top quality. A great place to mee wiith the locals and start a chat on anything, from history to the meaning of life. I loved it!
