I ordered five takeout pizzas, and each one was worse than the last. Dry, unseasoned, and overcooked. NEVER AGAIN!

16/05/2026: I don't know how the food is at this place, since I didn't even have a chance to order.
I waited a full 30 minutes just to order. The absurd thing is that the waitress came into my room and took the orders of 12 people, going from one table to another and systematically skipping me. She only took everyone else's orders, completely ignoring my presence.
The organization needs to be overhauled and there was a complete lack of respect for the customer. A terrible experience, never again.

19/12/2025: I'm crazy about the white rice here. Combined with the teriyaki sauce, it's the best.
However, after eating the chicken tempura or the meat rolls, I often have a stomachache.
The place is well-kept but a bit small, and when I order takeout, the food is usually ready well in advance, so I often find the chicken already lukewarm.
The fact that I have to spend at least 30 euros for a minimum order, when the rice itself costs only 3 euros, is truly nonsense.

10/07/2026: I went today, July 10, 2026, for the first time, I had farinata and meatloaf, to nibble on the train to Savona. The farinata was good, but the meatloaf is out of this world! Many times you buy it and only taste the 'bean' flavor... This is legendary! You can taste the marjoram🤗 Now I'll have to buy it every time I come to Genoa. The girl who served me was very kind, despite the heat, smiling and being nice, not everyone does that. I heard a lady passing by in the street and saying hello and calling her Ania. See you soon, Ania! I'll become a regular customer! Yum yum!

24/07/2026: The cappuccinos were good, but the service was very unpleasant and the staff tried to refuse card payment. Also, €9.45 for two cappuccinos, a brioche and a small tart, with no service included. I do not recommend this place to tourists. There are very good cafés nearby where the welcome will likely be warmer

24/06/2026: While waiting in line for Olly's concert on June 21st, in 35-degree heat, we asked for water and beers, and they gave them to us for free. I haven't tried the restaurant service, but they're certainly welcoming and kind. It's thanks to them that we didn't faint. Thank you, thank you.

16/07/2026: We stopped by for a quick lunch and weren't disappointed. Excellent pizzas and a very wide selection, absolutely lovely and attentive staff, plus their excellent English!
We highly recommend it!
19/06/2026: 12 missed calls. Either busy or ringing. It's a shame because your cheese focaccias are usually excellent, but I can't go crazy because you don't answer.
