01/02/2025: Soggiorniamo in un agriturismo della zona che ci consigliano questo ristorante invitandoci a prenotare. Arriviamo alle 19.45 e siamo gli unici clienti. Venerdì sera! Ci fanno accomodare, il locale si presenta come se fosse rimasto fermo nel tempo, arredi e atmosfera troppo datati. Scegliamo due pizze, una porzione di patatine da ben 6€ una birra e una coca, 35€ totali. Prezzi troppo alti, è un ristorante Isolato nel nulla... Non bisogna aumentare i prezzi per guadagnarci alle spalle dei clienti.. se non viene nessuno due domande facciamole. Pizza appena sufficiente....

18/05/2025: La mia famiglia era cliente della Pasticceria Svizzera dalla fine degli sa ‘80, qnd si era trasferita da Bologna a Genova. Io sono nato con i dolci e le specialità salate della “Svizzera” da qnd sono nato e ora ho 60 aa.Ma dove sono finite le paste con la ghiaccia?e I bignè mignon spettacolari che hanno fatto la storia della pasticceria?e le tartine con ql maionese meravigliosa che le ricopriva?e il salato?il panettone gastronomico che era il migliore di Genova?che tristezza.Dopo mesi che nn ci mettevo più piede oggi ci sono passato di nuovo; ho preso due cavolini e due babà al rhum.Uno dei cavolini e uno dei babà hanno preso la via della spazzatura.E nn dicano, come hanno già risposto, che hanno rivisitato le antiche ricette.Che peccato.E la terza volta che ci vado dopo che si è insediato Polfo e sarà l’ultima.

04/05/2025: Pur sapendo che non si può vivere di ricordi, mi chiedo il perché a un locale storico come questo sia stata totalmente soppressa la sua vera essenza che insieme all'alta qualità dei suoi prodotti ,ne hanno fatto per decenni un punto di riferimento per i genovesi e non solo. È diventato un bar qualsiasi con dolci discreti, un servizio frettoloso e poco curato, pulito, ma non splendente. Insomma, un bar! Poco importa il suo nome, ma non chiamiamola PASTICCERIA SVIZZERA!

02/05/2025: Very characteristic place with old barrels still walled up (no longer in use) with many period objects. You have to wait a bit, but there were a lot of people and the two waitresses, very nice, ran from one side to the other, very good and helpful. The food, both pizza and dishes are worth the wait, I was delighted with the generous portions, don't miss a visit to this corner of times gone by. Returned 5 months later: Very nice waitress, generous portions and great taste. Huge pizzas, very well made and delicious, we will return again with friends to make a good impression.

26/05/2025: Credo che sia la quinta volta che "raggiungiamo" L'Ulivo... e questo la dice lunga! Il posto, scusate la "location", appaga la vista sia in esterni che all'interno. Classico locale informale ma ben tenuto, esterno da cartolina. Il cibo è ottimo, il servizio presente ma nono ossessivo, il principale un simpaticissimo Oste con la passione per la caccia. Si mangia bene, cose genuine fatte in casa e bene, cosa non scontata. Probabilmente nell'entroterra ligure si possono incontrare molte trattorie, alcune ottime altre un po' meno: qui si ha la certezza che, alzandosi da tavola, si è soddisfatti! Rapporto qualità / prezzo direi molto buono. Mangiando in quattro, due antipasti, tre primi, quattro secondi, due dolci e un formaggio con marmellata, litro di vino della casa e passaggio di alcolici fatti in casa, abbiamo speso 35 eurini a testa. poco più che in pizzeria, poco meno che all'Autogrill! buon appetito a tutti.

25/05/2025: Sono stata a cena con mio marito in questo bellissimo agriturismo a Barassi. La prima cosa che ci ha colpito è la meravigliosa vista sul mare....abbiamo individuato un tavolino fuori e già ci immaginiamo a cena quest'estate! Dentro il ristorante è squisito, tutto in legno con un camino che fa davvero atmosfera. Il cibo molto buono, in particolare la marmellata di pesche servita in abbinamento al gorgonzola: divina! Un grazie particolare a Giorgia che ci ha servito durante la cena: ha saputo unire professionalità e simpatia! Torneremo sicuramente!

I highly recommend it, of the many pizzerias I've tried, for me it's one of the best. Excellent home delivery service and various promotions based on the days of the week. I update the review, as I also had the opportunity to try the grilled vegetables on a pizza of my choice and I must say that they were spectacular, fresh, thin and grilled to perfection like homemade, not at all raw or thick like many pizzerias do! Triple congratulations!!!

10/05/2025: La camarera era muy agradable. La comida era maravillosa y realmente delicioso. Recomendaría quiche lorraine, gnocchi di patate con, scottadito di tonno. Teníamos estos platos, así que hay muchos más que probar, pero de ustedes no saben, estos van a impregnar sus pecados.

02/04/2025: The products are excellent. From croissants to chocolates through pastries and cakes. Refined and clean environment. Courteous and smiling staff. What I regret are that the prices are too high in my opinion compared to other pastry shops. A chocolate muffin, no matter how good, paying 4 euros for it is a lot. A small tray of their artisan chocolates (15) paid 28 euros: almost 2 euros per chocolate! In short, I go there willingly, but more and more rarely, because the prices have become jewelery prices!
