02/11/2024: Siamo stati stasera a cena con delle aspettative alte visto i prezzi che hanno e invece non abbiamo trovato nulla di piacevole se non il mare.. appena seduti una tavolata davanti a noi ha discussione con il Cameriere per delle modifiche chieste su un piatto e fraintendimenti vari e poi tocca anche a noi : mi arriva il primo chiedo cosa fosse una sostanza marrone xk sono incinta e non posso mangiare alcune cose ma il Cameriere mi dice che non lo sa e va a chiedere ( va be’ anche se in un posto di questo livello con questi prezzi mi aspetto altro ) iniziò a mangiare al secondo raviolo mi ritrovo un pezzo di plastica in bocca lo faccio presente al cameriere ma invece che portarmi via il piatto è quantomeno propormi di rifarmelo mio dice di tenerlo da parte e dopo avermi fatto aspettare 10 minuti torna con un piatto vuoto e mi chiede di appoggiare lì il pezzo poi lo porta in cucina e al ritorno mi dice che in cucina non c era nulla con quella forma ma che potevo continuare a mangiare il resto ( che ormai era congelato oltretutto ) non mi è stato proposto ne di ordinare altro ne di riavere il piatto nuovo ! niente quindi mi alzo vado a pagare e mi dicono “ il raviolo non lo segnamo “ come se fosse un favore !! Assurdo paghiamo 50 euro x un calice di vino vermentino un piatto di trofei al pesto e vongole (prese dal mio compagno ) e un acqua frizzante per di più non ci fanno lo scontrino ( dopo avermi fatto pagare 50 euro x un calice,un acqua e un primo ) quindi torno indietro e lo chiedo mi stampa una ricevuta a 50 euro e gli chiedo se può spiegarmi il dettaglio il signore in giacca rossa mi dice che non è tenuto a segnarlo sulla ricevuta il prezzo di ogni cosa !! Se si vogliono tenere prezzi alti bisognerebbe avere un servizio e un atteggiamento ben diverso! Un inconveniente puo capitare e non succede nulla pero e’ il comportamento che fa la differenza

29/01/2025: I only came to eat there 3 times a few years apart and yet each time I wasn't disappointed at all, the pizza was very good and the prices were average, plus the waiters were very kind. Maybe not the fastest service but last time there were 15 of us so I can understand that it wasn't easy, however this doesn't take away the 5 stars from this place, highly recommended!

13/02/2025: Maybe I got the wrong pizza, but the caramelized onions were too sweet, covering all the other flavors and the porchetta didn't arrive. The atmosphere is nice and the service is not bad. Too bad. If I go there again, I will definitely change the pizza.

20/01/2025: Excellent lunch (I recommend pasta with pesto) but also excellent snack (cappuccino and mouth-watering apple pie)! Nice place even if small (if you are disabled with a wheelchair I recommend you try it in the summer because it has outdoor tables). Very friendly staff, average prices. Advised!

18/11/2024: Pasticceria Confetteria Profumo, with almost 200 years of tradition, seems to have come straight out of a fairy tale. The store, with its glass jars full of sweet treats on the counter, the door that evokes the end of the 19th century and the cakes and pies displayed in the window, transports us to a time when sweetness was synonymous with refinement and tradition. The experience with the dark chocolate bonbon with rum is remarkable! It has the intense flavor of rum, which makes it a "treat for adults", and is an irresistible invitation for the most experienced palates. Pasticceria Confetteria Profumo seems to be a true gastronomic treasure, a place where time seems to have stopped to preserve the magic of sweetness. Visit the store and experience this trip to the past for yourself!

10/03/2025: Excellent bar located in the center of Genoa with a covered outdoor area. One of the best coffees I've ever had in the center of Genoa, we must point out the staff who are always very kind and quick. Even with the place full their service was quick and I'm talking about the Christmas period. I've been there a few times with friends and I can't complain.

07/04/2025: Siamo stati a cena sabato sera in questo locale, con il mio fidanzato e una coppia di amici. Cibo ottimo, dall'antipasto al secondo, pesce fresco e sapori molto delicati. Dolci buonissimi, specialmente il cannolo siciliano arrivato direttamente da Palermo! Ma una nota speciale va alla proprietaria Ada, che ci ha accolto con la sua passione per la cucina e con la sua battuta sempre pronta. Torneremo sicuramente in questo ristorante, essendo già diventato un punto di riferimento per la nostra estate a Cogoleto :)

17/03/2025: We happened upon it by chance and by luck, seeing as how we found a place by pure miracle, immediately welcomed in a friendly and very welcoming way by the lady whom I thank for her availability, we had a fish-based lunch, with the seafood palette as a starter, a first course from the sea and one from land, finishing with a dessert, all simply spectacular and in a more than satisfying quantity, all very fresh and at the right price. Absolutely recommended.

25/12/2024: Este era un gran restaurante local en las colinas sobre Santa Margarita. La vista era casi tan buena como la comida. El risotto de marisco era para morirse.

20/10/2024: A place where it's always nice to return! A wonderful postcard, between the green of nature and the blue of the sea, overlooking the wonderful Santa Margherita Ligure! A welcoming and familiar environment, where you can relax, eating excellent quality dishes, selected wines and inviting desserts!

06/04/2025: The evening was not pleasant: the staff appeared tired and uncourteous, the food was barely adequate and the prices excessively high, typical of a tourist trap. It seems that the true essence of catering has been lost in this place.

23/03/2025: Terrible experience, not recommended! If I could give zero stars, I would. We went to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday and the experience was nothing short of disastrous. We had booked a table for eight people, but at the last minute two friends were unable to come for work reasons. Unfortunately, as we were notified at the last minute, we were unable to inform the restaurant in advance. As soon as we arrived, instead of being welcomed with kindness and understanding, the owner immediately started attacking us, calling us "rude" in front of all the other customers because we hadn't notified them of the change. Despite our apologies, he continued to grumble and complain loudly, creating an unpleasant and embarrassing atmosphere. It was clear that the customer has no value for her, given that she treated us with disdain and arrogance. The craziest thing? All this in front of other waiting customers, making the situation even more humiliating. At that point, since we didn't feel at ease at all, we decided to leave. But not even at that moment did the owner show the slightest bit of respect or regret for having ruined a special evening. Indeed, she continued to reiterate that for her the customer "is never right", while for us respect and good manners should be the basis of a restaurant business. If you are looking for a place where you can be greeted with rudeness, arrogance and zero professionalism, then this is the right place for you. Otherwise, avoid it like the plague.

29/11/2024: We had dinner making giropizza, tasting many types of truly excellent pizza and farinata. To finish, a beautiful Nutella pizza. All the pizzas were really good, I also recommend the excellent farinata with onions. We return to this place every year and always have a really good time, plus the price is right and the service is fast and precise.

08/03/2025: Cena di sabato sera: iniziamo con l’ordinazione ed apparentemente tutto bene fin quando non inizia il nostro calvario: antipasto misto di crudo che prima c’è poi è finito ma improvvisamente, dopo l’abbandono momentaneo del cameriere durante il proseguo dell’ordinazione, ritorna dicendo che è di nuovo disponibile. Successivamente ordiniamo del prosecco rosè al cameriere, un ragazzo giovane che mi spiace sia coinvolto in questo marasma e che non ne possa niente, viene incalzato dal proprietario (credo?) che gli “urla” dicendo che fosse finito e quindi ci troviamo a bere un vino che avevevamo espressamente chiesto che fosse “brut” ma invece si tratta di un “extra dry”. Continuando la nostra cena, scopriamo poi che il il primo all’astice si possa ordinare solamente per due persone e non per una sola (cosa che invece all’ordinazione non ci veniva detto anche perché sul menu non c’è nessuna voce che lo dichiari espressamente)e quindi decidiamo di togliere il secondo per poter guastare dei fantastici tagliolini totalmente crudi ma che, in preda alla fame, mangiamo facendolo comunque notare. Conclusione della serata, siccome eravamo “noiosi e polemici”, la cameriera ci invita a “farci vedere da uno bravo” ma direi che, vista la serata assurda, decidiamo di rispedire la vostra proposta direttamente al mittente perché credo che ne abbiate più bisogno di noi. Ah, l’American Express c’è scritto che viene accettata ma in realtà così non è. Speriamo che sia solo uno spiacevole inconveniente che abbiamo subito noi, anche se da un paio di tavoli accanto al nostro abbiamo appurato che sia una sovente ricorrenza. E, se qualcuno se lo stesse chiedendo, non ci è stato applicato nessuno sconto e nemmeno delle scuse, anzi, eravamo persino noi quelli noiosi. Buona fortuna a tutti! 😊

05/03/2025: ottimo ristorante di pesce (ma non solo), in una posizione strategica per Santa Margherita: a pochi passi dal centro e di fronte al porto. Piatti di qualità sopraffina: oggi abbiamo mangiato ravioli con ripieno di branzino e sugo di pesce semplicemente insuperabili. E le porzioni sono generose: non striminzite come avviene di solito nei ristoranti di qualità. Buonissimo anche il dolce: mini babà al rum con panna e torte tatin
