07/12/2025: A trattoria with a typical Roman menu, the owner is pleasant and friendly, and the menu is strictly Roman, with authentic and well-executed dishes. A few odors from the kitchen permeate the dining room, but otherwise, it's worth considering and we'll definitely return.

07/11/2025: Good pizzas, but we were disappointed with the pricing. To make some changes, instead of just adding the necessary surcharges, they made us start with more expensive pizzas and added the extras anyway, charging us more toppings. This isn't very fair to customers. My girlfriend ordered a stracchino rossa with fries; the menu includes the Fonzie (tomato, mozzarella, and fries €8.50). The bill, however, charged for a stracchinella with tomato and fries (€12.50 total). I ordered the Homer and asked for mozzarella instead of stracchino (€12.50 total). A real shame, because the pizzas were good, but these practices leave a bitter taste in the mouth and put off the desire to return.

08/11/2025: The delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered three pizzas at 7:00 PM for delivery at 9:15 PM, and at 10:00 PM we're still waiting. Don't you think this poor service shows disrespect for the customer? I absolutely don't recommend it; in fact, it's definitely something to avoid. 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

14/11/2025: Overall, our experience was very disappointing. We ordered a pizza and salmon pasta. The pizza had several problems: a heavy, burnt crust, a bland, overly runny tomato sauce that made the crust soggy, and mozzarella with a plasticky texture. The salmon pasta was even more disappointing: the salmon was practically inedible, the pasta lacked freshness, and the sauce was too heavy and cloying. We're not usually picky eaters, but the quality of the ingredients seemed really poor. The atmosphere in the dining room wasn't pleasant either, with several noisy and annoying fans. The service was adequate.

08/12/2025: Why so many... Friday, November 28th, dinner in a very welcoming, small, and intimate restaurant with stone walls, typical of Genoa's alleys. We spent €56 including the €20 discount on the Fork. We had two appetizers, two first courses, two desserts, and a bottle of water. I'd say the price was right. The appetizer was a generous and delicious steak tartare, and the octopus salad. Perhaps the olives, a bit too much, covered the flavor of the octopus. The first course was pansotti and spaghetti with seafood sauce and arugula, delicious, and the dessert was delicious. Why...? Negative comments about the service? As far as I'm concerned, it was fast enough, attentive, helpful, and I'd add friendly. Congratulations, in fact. We're in Genoa, so if you're expecting the holidays, it's better to go somewhere else.
