La Vita Dolce e Salata In Arenzano

While passing through Arenzano I wanted to try the focaccia in this bakery since I had already tried others but they hadn't satisfied me. I liked the focaccia, it tasted good and I digested it well. The only thing I would improve is the cooking because I found it a little pale in my opinion, well cooked and with the crust it would be even better.

Baker who prepares fresh savory and sweet food: focaccia with olives, onions, vegetables, with cherry tomatoes, dried or Genoese with cheese; chickpea flour; fresh pastries, bignole, baci di dama, canestrelli and tarts. Payment is made through a special machine.

Excellent focaccias, when I go to Arenzano, if I can, I stock up on the various types and distribute them among friends

Tappa fissa quando scendo al mio paese natio ! La focaccia è il top, non è unta o gommosa, e resta buona anche da fredda (la mangio anche il giorno dopo ed è ottima). Non usano oli al risparmio e si sente !!! Pizza e Recco da slurp ! Da non sottovalutare i dolci ! Materie prime di qualità con prezzi nella norma !

Su consiglio di amici abbiamo preso prima di tornare a casa focaccia in questo locale. Coda interminabile, risultato: la pizza e le focacce farcite buone ma nulla di eccezionale (eccessivamente unte..), soprattutto considerando il costo veramente alto rispetto ad altre della zona.

I found several variations of focaccia and pizza, all delicious, at reasonable prices. My favorites are the olive one and the classic one: fabulous even if bought in the morning and consumed for dinner. The desserts are also very good, in particular the baci di dama and Alassio. The service is quick and the staff very very kind and friendly.
