16/03/2025: I am very sorry to speak badly of this restaurant, but unfortunately I ate very badly, I love going out on my motorbike and discovering new places where I can recommend or stop with friends, and unfortunately this is not to be recommended, Seafood appetizer prepared in the morning and put in the fridge waiting for someone to order it, (the frozen muscles are inedible). My wife had the ravioli with inedible meat sauce, the taste seemed almost expired. And to finish we had a grilled meat which was also cold and had little flavour..., in short, 2 terrible seafood appetizers, 1 grilled meat which was not enough and 1 plate of ravioli left in its entirety because they were inedible, for the beauty of..... €80 a steal..... My advice? Go straight.

10/03/2025: purtroppo avrei voluto fare una bella recensione, ma x la seconda volta ad un’ora decente (19.15 l’8 marzo scorso una volta e 12 la precedente qualche settimana fa) abbiamo chiamato x prenotare ma… “eh mi dispiace ma stiamo chiudendo… (??) “ e “ no siamo pieni” allora mi affretto a dire… siamo solo due e ci basta un insalata…. e la risposta … da ligure … come solo io che sono ligure capisco… no mi spiace …e niente ….non RIUSCIAMO. mah ok .. ho capito !!siamo alle solite! accoglienza genovese… peccato. credo che non proveremo piu … ho abitato a pra quando prima del porto c’era il mare … quello bello!! ci ho imparato a nuotare … lì davanti…volevo tornarci… anche solo x un pasto veloce. ma credo che non chiameremo più! in bocca al lupo di passaggio!!! 😃🥹

01/04/2025: "I recently visited this restaurant and, although the food was truly excellent, there were some aspects that left me a little perplexed. The dishes were tasty, well prepared and carefully presented, and the staff were courteous and helpful. However, the environment was not as well looked after. I found myself sitting near the heater, and unfortunately there was a lot of dust which, by chance, got my white shirt dirty. I understand that it may be an oversight, but still it was annoying. Furthermore, the general cleanliness of the place was not perfect, with some neglected corners. Cobwebs under the camera) It would be a real shame if the quality of the food was overshadowed by these small problems of hygiene and care of the environment. I hope they can improve on this front because, with a little more attention to cleanliness, it would be a perfect experience."

22/03/2025: 40 of us had lunch at noon on Thursday. Other places would have been usable only on the terrace. Menu and price agreed upon. Very friendly and helpful staff. We feel very satisfied. Well done fish lunch!

02/02/2025: It is located in a not very beautiful place but inside it is ok. The billiard part is beautiful, the pizza is excellent, the only disappointment is the beer. Tried the red IPA or the blonde and they were undrinkable...

27/12/2024: Beautiful venue, convenient to the motorway, craft brewery inside, ten pool tables, various board games, excellent pizza and cuisine. Very nice staff. There is ample parking. We will definitely be back!

09/03/2025: Elegant venue, excellent service and refined dishes. You can feel the quality of the fish. I recommend the sushi pizza, a very very good particular dish.

05/04/2025: Visited on the occasion of a party with friends, we were a dozen people booked. Thin pizzas which I don't mind but really excellent. Panna cotta too. Only one pizza arrived a little late but nothing sensational. I will return

30/03/2025: I celebrated my eighteenth birthday at Al Girarrosto, it was an extraordinary experience. Quality and abundant food; fast and impeccable service; courtesy, friendliness and a lot of professionalism; prices absolutely affordable for everyone; fantastic music and clientele... I will definitely be a new customer, a place that I recommend to everyone!

07/03/2025: Ligurian excellence in the heart of Genoa A restaurant that celebrates the Ligurian tradition with authentic dishes and quality ingredients. The trofie with pesto are simply perfect: fresh pasta and creamy pesto with an intense flavour, prepared with very fresh basil. The fried cod is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, fried to perfection without being greasy. Paccheri with fish are a true masterpiece, with a rich and tasty sauce that enhances the freshness of the catch. The service is attentive and courteous, the atmosphere welcoming and the prices more than fair for the quality offered. An absolutely must-try restaurant for those who love authentic Ligurian cuisine!

04/03/2025: Very fair quality-price, we tasted the “fritelle di baccala’e cavolfiore con insalata” and “polpette d’acciughe e broccoletti con insalata”. Familiar restaurant, very busy on Sundays. The surprise and a must to try was the TIRAMISÚ! Miraculous… 😋 P.S.: Profiteroles are highly recommended.

11/03/2025: Overall everything is quite good, the road to get there is truly horrible and the "locals" go like crazy on this pseudo mule track. Even with a reservation, at the beginning they were a little reluctant to give us a table, but then during the service they made up for it. Around €40 per person but it's definitely expensive.

02/03/2025: Tutto ottimo, materie prime eccezionali, piatti curari,personale elegante nei modi, gentile e tanta cura al cliente. Grazie, abbiamo pranzato in un locale che vuole mantenere salde le tradizioni genovesi ma con tanta eleganza e rispetto. Stoccafisso eccezionale, ottimo coniglio e lo zabaione con i canestrelli da urlo!! Ottima carta dei vini. Prezzo più che corretto.

13/03/2025: Small modest trattoria in Piazza Leopardi. Family atmosphere and food. We entered and at the entrance we found the owner eating, sitting near the bar counter. The first courses are very good, even if the portions are lacking, the starter is decent and the second courses are decent. It is not correct that the menu is not delivered to the table and that, at the time of the bill, the receipt with the prices indicated is not given. Impossible task to park in the square. Friendly waiter and owner. In short, home-made food, very familiar environment, but high prices.

03/04/2025: Posticino tranquillo, servizio molto cortese e attento, veloce e attento ad ogni tua "alzata di mano". Mi hanno servito alla velocità della luce e al tempo stesso dato il tempo necessario per scegliere. Antipasto di pesce (un piattino ben tornito), uno spaghettino alle vongole e cozze bianco, mezzo litro di vino bianco delle casa (leggero, senza troppe pretese, ma buono), mezzo litro d'acqua, torta della nonna "squisita" (una crema freschissima) e due bicchierini di sambuca... 17€. Ma dove li spendi più per essere trattato anche con il sorriso. ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO!!! Senza fronzoli, tutta sostanza. Bravi.

21/03/2025: Small family-run restaurant. Excellent products, excellent pizza, top quality, delicious dough and very light to digest. Gluten-free dough available for celiacs. Only flaw, service a little slow but the wait is repaid by excellent food. Highly recommended.
