02/07/2025: A true excellence! I had in mind a cake idea that was a little out of the ordinary, different from the classic birthday cakes - probably a request never made before! Yet the team at the Rocco bakery and pastry shop managed to make it impeccably, exactly as I had imagined it... or rather, even better!
It was aesthetically splendid, with attention to every detail, but the real surprise was the taste: a real delight! Light, fresh, balanced in flavors... every slice disappeared in an instant, an absolute success!
A huge thank you also to the staff, always kind, precise and extremely helpful. True professionals, with passion and attention to every request.
Highly recommended, I will be back, as always! 🎂👏✨

04/05/2025: Prima volta a cena con tutta la famiglia x compleanno di mio marito. Mangiato benissimo, materie prime di qualità combinate con delicatezza, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Nonostante abbia mangiato un menù completo di tutte le portate non ho avuto nessun problema di digestione. Da tenere presente x altre occasioni.

23/05/2025: A fun and one of a kind restaurant in the mountains of Rapallo. As we got out the car we saw a little herd of wild boar which was so cute.
Going into the restaurant your met with really friendly and fun staff all given you the best experience.
A good range of their own beer which id recommend the blonde.
The main was delicious with me having the hot as you like it pasta, which the waiter suggested made needed abit more heat behind it as I wasn't red yet 🥵which I thought was so fun, I'm not a fan of spicy/hot food but even after it getting ramped up it was still delicious.
Then we had the blue cheese board after which was very nice.
Me and my partner were excited to see Dylan the dog on the walls and outside as one of our faves.
21/05/2025: Ligurian experience in the hills of Rapallo. House appetizer, cheese wheel, nettle ravioli, leek flan tart, fried porcini mushrooms, a bottle of prosecco, water, coffee and dessert 115 euros total. Recommended.

23/05/2025: Sono stato con mia moglie e mi sono trovato bene. Volevo portare dei miei amici (siamo persone adulte) ma l'osteria non prende prenotazioni per uomini non accoppiati.... incredibile!!

24/06/2025: This was the best dinner I have had since I was in Italy two years ago. The salciccia on the pizza was breathtaking. I have never tasted sausage quite like it. It had such a pop of fresh, salty and umami flavor. Almost like truffle but not the same taste, but similar quality to the strength of the taste. Absolutely incredible. My wife got the seafood pasta and it was the best she has ever had. Incredibly generous proportions and I was shocked at how cheap it was. They honestly should charge at least 30% more for the quality they are dishing up. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.
21/06/2025: They delete negative reviews. It is not fair. They must accept them and use them to improve. They justify themselves with absurd assertions. I think I will not frequent it anymore. (After many years of attendance).

31/03/2025: Praticamente ristorante molto lussuosi camerieri simpatici ma purtroppo la cucina non è all’altezza . Ho ordinato la trippa molto gustosa ma la notte ho avuto problemi di nausea e per 2 giorni non ho più mangiato nulla ovviamente ho capito l’errore al mare non mangiare mai la trippa .

27/06/2025: I checked on Google Maps, where it said the place was open, but at 2:45 PM they told me that the kitchen was already closed and that it was not possible to have lunch. Incredible, it seems that Italians do not want to work! In the end, I ate in a nicer and more reliable place, the Don Cola restaurant, where I go often and which is always open when I need it.
28/05/2025: Very rustic tavern with a fun and friendly atmosphere. There are typical Ligurian dishes, from pasta with pesto to farinata, passing through all their typical cakes and fried foods. Also ideal for a quick meal before or during a walk in the nearby shopping streets

12/06/2025: Anche questa volta, prima di tornare a Milano dopo un paio di settimane passate a Rapallo, siamo passati da Bocchia (anche se la nuova sede continua a piacermi meno di quella precedente), per comperare gli squisiti gianduiotti, le liquirizie, di vari tipi e gusti, e le caramelle sfuse, di cui hanno un vasto assortimento.
Purtroppo continua ad esserci una sola cassa sia per il bar che per il negozio e ciò causa lunghe file.
01/05/2025: Torniamo spesso nella nuova sede, che, però, continua a piacermi meno di quella precedente!
Comunque la qualità dei prodotti in vendita è sempre la stessa, molto elevata.
Continua ad esserci un'unica cassa sia per il bar che per gli acquisti e questo porta alla formazione code.
Sempre un piacere tornare qui.
