26/07/2025: Delicious pizza, fantastic red beer on tap, super staff.

18/07/2025: Sehr einfaches Restaurant, aber gute Ligurische Küche Vorspeisen sowie Hauptgericht und Dessert sehr gut die Mama Kocht und Papa macht die Pizza. Da es uns so gut gefiel waren wir öfters dort. Das Essen für 4 Erw. Personen mit Getränke unter 55 € oder weniger. "Gut und günstig" Halt auf dem Land Das Restaurant war immer sehr gut besucht.

15/08/2025: While visiting family back in Genoa, Tire-Bouchon became our go-to place for most of the week. Fabio and Cristina took great care of my wife (who is expecting) and me, preparing exceptional non-alcoholic drinks, despite Fabio's initial skepticism. The aperitivo was plentiful, and we highly recommend stopping for dinner. All the sauces are homemade by Cristina, and the white rabbit ragù was exceptional. The green bean meatloaf, made with her mother's recipe, was also delicious. We truly felt at home, and the three of us will be back next time. Thank you!

10/08/2025: 'Always perfect aperitif. Fabio is truly talented. The aperitif is served with a small plate that is a mix of very good savory appetizers. Excellent value for money. I recommend it.

14/09/2025: I've been to this agriturismo several times, and today I returned with friends and family to celebrate my birthday. It was an excellent choice; we ate deliciously and everyone was satisfied. I highly recommend this place. Kudos to all the staff.

05/09/2025: A paradise for celiacs with a sweet tooth. It's difficult, almost impossible, to find a gluten-free pastry shop in the city that's so clean, so well-stocked, and whose desserts are worthy of the most refined flavors. The mix of flours is top-notch, making the desserts taste just like traditional desserts. Sponge cake, cream, and custards—everything here tempts your taste buds as soon as you walk in. Highly recommended! P.S. Even for non-celiacs!

01/09/2025: We arrived at 12:15 just to be told they open at 12:30, not being offered to look at the menu in the meantime or to sit down somewhere to wait (it was empty). The place is obviously charming, food was ok, very small portions for the price but ok given the location, however the coperto 5€ per person sounds like a scam for a simple trattoria without even proper tablecloths…not to mention there is lots of room for improvement in the service and the welcome.

24/08/2025: I'd like to give it 100 stars, but I can't! Last night I had dinner with my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary, and thanks to the wonderful evening, the location, and the dinner, we had a wonderful evening! Excellent food and wine, very fresh fish, and friendly staff. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews that kept us from booking! Some people should do what they know how to do, not keyboard food critics, who probably don't know how to cook a hard-boiled egg! Thank you so much to the owner and our waiter for their kindness! 04/10/2025: I'm writing this review while I'm still here. It was a wonderful experience, from the food to the venue, and the icing on the cake, the kindness of the staff.

28/09/2025: We had booked an aperitivo, but when we ordered, some dishes weren't available: the cucculi were sold out, the panisse were missing from the menu, and the cheese platter wasn't ready due to its age. So, we opted for a small platter of vegetable pies, accompanied by a little Russian salad. To round out the evening, we chose two first courses: the flavor was good, but the pasta was unfortunately a little too al dente. We would have also tried the fried mushrooms, but since they're cooked in the same oil as the fish, we skipped it (allergy). The deconstructed cannoli, on the other hand, was truly excellent and a pleasant surprise. The location is simply unique: every detail tells a story, and nothing is left to chance.

15/09/2025: We celebrated my mother's birthday (89 years old) at the request of my father (90), who fondly remembered dining at this restaurant with his family since he was young/child, a detail that testifies to the long history of this place. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming, the service very friendly, and the food truly excellent, with flavors reminiscent of tradition. It was a simple, authentic, and very pleasant lunch that made us feel right at home. A place we happily recommend and where we hope to return soon.

06/09/2025: Dedicated to those who love to eat well! Don't miss the spectacular cheese focaccias served with exceptional prosciutto. There are so many first courses, it's hard to choose. Then it gets even worse with the delicious, homemade dessert!

01/10/2025: A little insider tip. The seating inside isn't that nice, but the outside is good. BUT: the service and the pizza makers are super friendly and fast. Many thanks to the friendly team. And most importantly: the food is super delicious – whether it's insalata mista, calamari fritis, or pizza. It's a shame there aren't more dishes on the menu (meat, fish). Keep up the good work!

23/08/2025: In the little square, served by a kind and knowledgeable young man, delicious gelato and delicious milkshakes. Glass glasses and stainless steel cutlery. A girl at the register, young men at the bar mixing cocktails, all smiling, even though it's past Ferragosto (in other places, August 15th is the start of rudeness, they say, due to tiredness). Price? €12, €4 per drink. Thank you!

13/09/2025: Excellent experience. We ordered two glasses of wine and some tapas. During the aperitif, a table move accidentally spilled one of the glasses into the tapas. The waitress noticed this and promptly brought our order back to the table without adding it to the bill. We'll definitely be back.
