I'm leaving a super positive review for this guy who's been cooking with dedication for several years, offering traditional dishes made with passion, which is anything but obvious. Among the many options, I must mention the slow-cooked wood-fired asado, which is truly a specialty. Last but not least, I'd like to point out his kindness and politeness, even though there are staff at the counter to serve customers. He always greets and thanks customers, and always with a smile. Well done!!!!
