(It was a while ago, so I don't remember exactly, but I have fond memories of it.)
22/02/2026: The pizzas and beers are truly delicious. The staff are helpful and friendly. The service is fast and courteous. A true must-try for anyone who wants to eat good pizza.

28/02/2026: We stayed for three nights at the end of February 2026, and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The location is perfect; you can take a beautiful path to the city center, which is fantastic. The rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is satisfying. The building, with its charming garden, is wonderful. Both the surroundings and the hotel itself are quiet and peaceful.
There is a parking area called Minigolf very close to the hotel. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive to every detail. I asked many questions via WhatsApp, and they responded quickly. Everything was smooth and well organized.
I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you, Hotel Delle Rose!

22/12/2025: I have to be honest: it far exceeded my expectations! The charcoal focaccia is something extraordinary—try it to believe it! And Manuela is so kind and courteous that you won't believe you're in Genoa: 10 out of 10! Congratulations, I'll be happy to return.
17/10/2025: Got some focaccia in the morning, which was delicious. There was a queue which is a good sign😅 but it moved very fast.

13/01/2026: The food was definitely not up to par for the price, the service could be greatly improved, and above all, you couldn't eat while worrying about the restaurant closing at 11 PM and rushing to leave; in fact, at the end of the meal, there wasn't even a chance to get a coffee because the machine was already turned off.

Attentive service, normal prices.
Although they've gone up lately.
Definitely recommended for the excellent pizza.

12/02/2026: Everything is truly sublime. And above all, if you really want to eat Japanese-style fish, you have to go here. Plus, the cream sauces are made directly by the owner, not industrially produced. In short, a truly high-end experience.
12/01/2026: We went after seeing a video on the Visione Latina website, we were disappointed first of all there is no bathroom for customers so you have to go through the kitchen and this is not good, then there were 8 of us with two little girls and we ate separately since the tables are attached to the walls, then a bad thing for me in particular eating on paper plates, with everything do-it-yourself I didn't like, if you want to make gourmet food it must be different, the serious thing was the waiter half drunk who got confused and then sat down with a glass and a bottle of prosecco to continue drinking... I definitely won't return but I hope for your sake you have success by changing something more

29/10/2025: Really nice service, the lady in the glasses spoke really good english and was really nice. The food was also very tasty, portions are big and prices are really reasonable. Highly recommend this place. I would came back if i had opportunity.

19/03/2026: To tell the truth, I climbed Monte Penna dry. Ribbons of snow on the summit, very strong winds and whiteout. Next objective is a 3,500 meter peak. Bye, neither.
07/03/2026: I like this place. They're helpful and friendly, the food is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable. They're dog-friendly.

27/02/2026: Excellent place, where you can eat well at a very competitive price compared to other restaurants in the area. I was very satisfied. It's a little warmer under the awning where the cash register is. The free parking I used is near the port, about 1 km away. My best experience, however, was the dessert, which was very carefully served. For example, my mandarin sorbet 🍊 was inside a mandarin, while the pineapple one was inside half a pineapple.

We returned today, December 21, 2024, and it's always excellent.
We returned yesterday, December 13, 2013, and wanted to vary and try different dishes: Beef Tartare, Foie Gras, Stockfish with Green Sauce, Crème Caramel, and Chestnut Semifreddo.
As always, everything was delicious, and the place is highly recommended.

05/02/2026: This summer I spent my vacation at "Domus Vittoria," a 19th-century vacation home in Sannicola (not far from Gallipoli), and the owner raved about the place. Since I was in Genoa, I took his advice and treated friends to dinner: excellent food and generous portions. The staff were very professional and welcoming.

The service and attentive service are excellent, and the ingredients are expertly selected and prepared by Chef Mara, a Michelin-starred chef for 25 years. In short, if you want to experience Venice, Osteria Da Fiore is the best choice, even if you have food intolerances that might cause you concern. The restaurant is well-equipped, and you can enjoy a delicious and worry-free experience. Enjoy Venice!
06/03/2026: Disappointing value for money. An appetizer of moleche (six moleche) cost €70, presented as "off-menu" with no price listed. Two first courses of tagliolini au gratin with scampi (not much) and radicchio, where the cheese and radicchio "killed" the flavor of the fish. Two glasses of wine, two bottles of water, and a dessert: total €200. Expensive, and the quality of the dinner, price aside, didn't leave a good impression. The service was friendly and courteous.
