21/07/2025: Vengo in questa trattoria della zona appenninica Ligure da qualche tempo, a due passi da Casella in una costruzione restaurata, con terrazzo attrezzato per mangiare in estate all'aperto, piatti classici del territorio, i titolari gentilissimi, la signora sempre sorridente, le signore in sala efficientissime, il titolare al bar in piano strada; nonostante la qualità dei cibi curatissima, non si aspetta mai troppo grazie alla professionalità della cucina e del personale ai tavoli, signorine velocissime e precise. Una esperienza perfetta e prezzi giusti e contenuti.

Superior cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere (on a rainy day), attentive and friendly staff, a wide selection of wines, a carefully prepared seafood menu that captivates you with almost forgotten aromas and flavors, and a price that's adequate for the quality but not excessive. Reservations are recommended!

The wine list is excellent, with a wide and select selection, ideal for pairing with traditional Ligurian and Italian dishes prepared with skill and attention to detail. A perfect choice for a refined yet authentic dinner in the heart of Chiavari.

28/08/2025: The focaccia genovese isn't DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) because it contains lard. The place is open 24/7, but after a certain hour in the evening, they charged me a 2 euro per kilo surcharge on the focaccia: 14 euros/kg instead of 12. Too bad it's not written anywhere, not even on the price list clearly visible on the wall. When asked for an explanation, the clerk explained that it's always been like this. Illegal.

13/07/2025: First time at this restaurant with my boyfriend. The view was breathtaking, the service impeccable, courteous, and attentive. The bread, focaccia, and crackers were delicious! Delicious food, especially the scampi alla battj and the truly delicious squid petals. Before dessert, we were served a truly refreshing apple and celery sorbet (very original). My only complaint was that the Sacher torte didn't have much apricot filling; I found it a little dry. But overall, it's one of the best places, or perhaps the best in the area!!! We'll be back soon.

23/08/2025: Unfortunately, it was a completely bad evening. From appetizer to dessert, everything was wrong, including a cheese focaccia that was inedible (they didn't charge us for it). I always side with the manager, but this time it's impossible. A terrible experience and a group nausea.

16/08/2025: As a Genoese, this is one of the best pizzerias in the city, in my opinion. The pizza is always very tasty and not too heavy. The service is friendly and helpful, and they're always very accommodating, even with medium-large groups for birthday parties. The location is strategic, close to the beautiful Boccadasse, but also a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the town, making it more peaceful. The only small drawback is that the restaurant has some internet issues, and there's no phone service in some areas of the pizzeria. Highly recommended, a must-try in the city.

09/06/2025: Andato due sere fa con amici che già lo conoscevano per noi era la prima volta e direi che è stata un'ottima scelta.Ambiente carino ed ospitalità al massimo gradimento con un titolare di grande gentilezza come tutto il personale.Iniziato come antipasto con le focaccette farcite secondo i gusti,una vera prelibatezza,cui ho fatto seguito con i rosticcini di polipo che in un'altra recensione erano stati criticati ed invece li ho trovati ottimi,ho chiuso con un sorbetto al chinotto veramente gustoso,il tutto condito da un rosato della casa di Luni veramente all'altezza.Prezzo equo,per cui ovviamente ci torneremo.

01/07/2025: Passing through Manesseno for lunch we looked for a place to eat, "le due zie" intrigued us. The place is not great in terms of location but it is still welcoming, like the "zie". Given the strong heat and the little hunger, I took a first course because I wanted to try the mandilli with pesto and my partner a second course with side dish. Well definitely happy with the choice, excellent pesto 😊!! My partner also really enjoyed his dish. If you are in the area, Highly recommended!! Price 10+

09/07/2025: I've been going there for years, and I find their products excellent: lard-free focaccia and quality bread, pizza, and brioche. The staff is very kind and helpful. Prices are fair.

05/09/2025: The atmosphere was really nice and clean. The food was fine and acceptable, but the portions were quite small. The rice, for example, was barely five tablespoons—enough only if you were on a diet.

03/09/2025: One of the best Indian restaurants I have been in Europe, with great vegan options! The whole team is very helpful and they are not scared to add extra heat to the dishes if you ask! I highly recommend the Vegetable Tandoori and the vegetable Korhai!
