17/06/2026: We went for lunch on Sunday and were very satisfied. Excellent first and second courses, fast and precise service, a traditional and quality trattoria. See you soon, Estelle and Fabio.
26/05/2026: A decent restaurant located on the hills above Genoa.
Let's start with the fact that the lunch lasted five hours, and we were crammed into a room with very little space. In fact, during the meal, one person was asked to move to allow the waiters to pass, and I personally had a close relationship with the waiter every time he served us.
Now, let's talk about the courses. The appetizers were nothing special, the cured meats weren't particularly fresh, the cheeses and tarts didn't taste like what was advertised, and the giardiniera was drowned in mayonnaise.
The first course, ravioli, was a shame because the sauce didn't live up to expectations, and the pesto gnocchi tasted like supermarket-quality ones.
The wild boar, served with peppers, was decent—not a perfect pairing in my opinion. The roast, served with baked potatoes, was nothing special. The fruit salad was good, and the wine was decent.
The positive is the price, €35 per person, which is really reasonable these days.
