06/09/2025: I went there for dinner: the sushi was good but nothing special, practically identical to many others in the area. Moreover, coming from Ventimiglia, it's definitely not worth the trip in my opinion. You order with a tablet, and the absurd thing is that once you've filled your cart with all the permitted dishes, you can't add drinks; you have to wait for the required time between orders or order them from the waiter. I've never seen anything like this at an AYCE restaurant that uses tablets! It's also a shame that the meal ended badly: for dessert, I ordered a lemon sorbet but left it all because it was made with soda, and I can't stand soda! I've never, ever seen a lemon sorbet made with soda! At least write it on the menu so people know what to expect! But they still charged me for it even though I mentioned it when I got the bill. I won't be going back.

05/09/2025: What can I say other than excellent!!! A well-maintained restaurant, friendly yet very welcoming staff, fresh and delicious food. Furthermore, ordering via tablet is very convenient and easy to use. We'll definitely be back.

22/08/2025: An excellent experience in a welcoming and historic setting. The dishes are tasty and the portions are generous! The amberjack ravioli are highly recommended. The quality/quantity/price ratio is also very good. The only downside was the service, although this was most likely caused by an occasional issue. The wait times were quick and efficient at first, but then significantly slowed down between the first and second courses. That said, the dinner was still a pleasant experience, and U Pescou is a place we'll return to!

21/08/2025: The restaurant welcomed us with a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. We appreciated the extreme courtesy and helpfulness of the wait staff. The fish, in particular, was fresh and impeccably cooked, a true pleasure for the palate. The owner, Gabriele, was attentive and thoughtful to each customer. Overall, it was an excellent and unforgettable dinner.

14/06/2025: Amazing dining experience! Went for lunch multiple days and stayed at the Eight hotel so were often patrons of the beach club as well. Bilal made our experience truly amazing though. He was attentive, friendly, respectful, funny, entertaining and truly the best server we have ever had, even at our home in the United States! We will always cherish the restaurant and beach club at 8 Paraggi because of Bilal. Best server and service ever. Our whole family loves him!

27/08/2025: I find it virtually impossible for anyone to find a flaw in this restaurant. We're talking about a top-notch establishment where the owners' investments are evident. It's a sandy beach, with cabanas, loungers, umbrellas, etc., built on the cliffs of Alassio's seafront promenade towards Laigueglia. Along with the beach is the restaurant where we dined this evening. The menu is seafood-based, with a mix of traditional dishes, like the fried calamari I ate, and innovative ones, like the purple prawn tartare with burrata and tagliatelle with lobster, both truly delicious and unique, which my wife ordered. We're talking about a very refined establishment... the staff also contributes to this. I'd like to thank Mrs. Alessia again for assisting us during dinner. The owner was also very kind, helping us up the stairs with the stroller. The price is more than reasonable for this type of restaurant... recommended for a truly special treat.
