10/02/2026: While passing through Genoa, we decided to find a small breakfast spot. We enjoyed it so much that my husband, our two children, and I went back for seconds. We loved everything, from the coffee to every pastry we ordered. This was in the summer of 2023; however, we happened to find the receipt and decided to write this review.

06/04/2026: Two years after our first meal at this restaurant with its stunning sea view, the quality of the food remains excellent. Super competitive prices, attentive and youthful staff. Super friendly owner. It's been noted in my personal diary as one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten.

17/02/2026: We went to this restaurant for lunch, ordering four fixed-price menus (€14.00 each): 4 handmade mandilli with pesto, 2 fried anchovies, 2 cod fritters, 2 grilled vegetables, 2 French fries, and water. Everything was excellent, including service. Highly recommended.

12/04/2026: We stopped by the dairy with the idea of ​​a quick snack. As someone with a gluten intolerance, I asked the staff what they thought was suitable. Without hesitation, they quickly and with extreme kindness and professionalism found a solution. My pancake was spectacular, and the same can be said for the ice cream and fruit juice. Highly recommended, both for the kindness of the staff and the quality and variety of selection! We'll definitely be back!!!

14/09/2025: The fried food was excellent, a rarity to find such a variety and abundance. Trofie with pesto was delicious. It was a shame I missed the vegetable flan with Parmesan fondue; I think it was a frozen product. In any case, it lacked the attention to ingredients and flavor that the other two dishes displayed. The lady in the dining room was kind and welcoming. In short, the restaurant is worth a visit, but be careful with your choices.

08/03/2026: I had been to this restaurant under the previous management and it was better. The seafood steamed was very good, the risotto almost tasteless. The service was unsuitable for the restaurant and the setting, unfriendly and even less empathetic. We brought a cake from a pastry shop (discussed at the time of booking), but we weren't told about a €2 per person "cake portioning" charge, which left us annoyed; if it could have been considered good in an impeccable setting, it weighed even more on us this way. The location and view are breathtaking; if the restaurant were also managed properly, it would be highly recommended. What a shame.

04/04/2026: One of my favorite places in Santa! I'm always sad when I pass by and find it closed. I usually start with some raw ham accompanied by their warm focaccia, which is truly excellent, and then continue with their recommendations for the daily specials. The ingredients are always top-quality, and the staff is extremely kind and welcoming. A place I always love to return to!

23/10/2025: Beautiful restaurant, fantastic food, great service. Sat out on the patio, beautiful night but they had heaters and blankets on standby. Wonderful service and recommendations on oysters and wine.

23/03/2026: I ate at Abanero on Via Trento with a group of about ten friends and we had a really great time. We chose the all-you-can-eat option, which was very convenient because the small plates allow you to sample many of the menu's specialties. We tried various appetizers, tacos, and fajitas, all tasty and well-prepared. The sangria was also very good, perfect for an evening with friends. The highlight was dessert: the churro cheesecake, served slightly warm, with cinnamon and caramel, truly original and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was informal and pleasant, perfect for a dinner with friends. The price was fair considering the option and the opportunity to try so many different dishes. Recommended place, we'll definitely be back 👍
