04/04/2026: Excellent, excellent, truly a pleasant discovery. A family atmosphere, and above all, very high-quality raw materials, very fresh fish that is hard to find these days! I can't wait to go back!

01/04/2026: I stopped for lunch at this famous trattoria. The food is very tasty, with careful attention to the ingredients and fresh fish. The service is friendly and fast. The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained. It's located in a neighborhood with affordable prices, and I understand the desire to stand out given the high quality of the products. I found the bill per person slightly above average; taking care to slightly lower the house wine, coffee, and cover charge, to keep the cost per person under €30, could help retain more customers in the future. I'll be back to try the main courses and desserts.

09/04/2026: I'd never written a review before, because it was simply obvious to me that this was the place to go when you want more than just pizza, but something truly special. The attention to detail in the selection of wines, beers, and beverages is extraordinary, ranging from kombucha to cider, always with refined and quality options. All accompanied by courtesy, expertise, and great professionalism. Barbara, with her attentiveness and welcoming manner, manages to pamper you and make you feel truly at home. She also constantly strives to create new experiences, organize different evenings, and always offer something new: one cannot help but recognize the passion and dedication she puts into her work. 04/01/2026: Panificio Fiordiponti embodies the best of Ligurian tradition and bread-making. It goes without saying how delicious their products are, such as Ligurian focaccia (well-drenched in olive oil), cheese focaccia, and pizza. I didn't have a chance to try the bread or desserts, but they looked absolutely inviting. It alone is worth a stop in Santa Margherita Ligure, and now, picking up takeout to enjoy in Portofino has become a tradition!

08/02/2026: After spending two hours touring the forts, my husband and I had coffee and a slice of their homemade cake. I recommend anyone in the area to stop by this truly welcoming and quaint restaurant! This time we only stopped for a quick break, but we tried their cuisine with a couple of friends a few years ago. We were two families with small children, and the lunch was truly excellent.

12/04/2026: TERRIBLE. We booked a table at 12, and when we arrived, there was no table. The waiter was alone with at least 10 tables to serve, extremely slow service. My partner and I had brunch. We asked for a croissant and they were out of them, the pancakes were out, and the blender for the smoothies we'd requested was broken. They brought the two dishes to us at different times. At the beginning of brunch, they brought us a broken and dry tart and a brownie in a plastic bag!!! Terrible experience!!

01/12/2025: Excellent bakery in the Marassi area, with tempting and varied offerings. Always a bit of a line due to the crowds. The outdoor seating is well-equipped and warm, now in winter. Prices are average. Their breadsticks used to be better. The focaccia is quite good, but definitely not among the best in Genoa.

25/02/2026: It's a trattoria consisting of an entrance hall (with a bar) and a large dining room whose acoustics, when full, leave a bit to be desired. The strong point is the price: if I'm not mistaken, we spent €25 each for appetizers, a first course, and a second course. The food was decent, the wine simple, but not a headache. The appetizer consisted of a few slices of cured meat (coppa, low-quality cooked ham, salami) and cheese (not bad). The first courses: pasta with pesto, with a very pale and flavorless pesto, good ravioli with ragù sauce, decent baked lasagna. The second courses: meat only, a good veal with tuna sauce or roast. Going to Trattoria Cornua is a bit like going back in time: an '80s trattoria with home-style cooking, more focused on quantity than quantity, but authentic. The staff is a bit cold, but courteous. If I ever pass through those parts, I'll go back.

From appetizer to dessert, everything was excellent, and the service was impeccable throughout the entire dinner. Congratulations! We'll definitely be back!

08/03/2026: We dined here using the Fork app to get a 20% discount (cover charge and drinks not included), and it was a very pleasant surprise! Excellent food and service. I had a delicious crudité as an appetizer, followed by seafood ravioli with shrimp and porcini mushroom sauce, and a chocolate souffle. My companion had breaded anchovies, the pistachio-crusted fish of the day, and an apple millefeuille. We drank a bottle of water, two glasses of Vermentino (opened at the table! Finally!), and two passito wines with dessert. Everything was delicious and fresh, with generous portions, and even the homemade bread was delicious! The price is a little higher than average, but the quality is truly top-notch! It's been a while since I've eaten so well with such good service as this place! Well done, from the waiters to the kitchen! We spent €115 for two—not a small sum, but well-deserved! We'll definitely be back!

08/04/2026: Everything was delicious, and the owner was very sweet and kind. The menu was extensive, perhaps a bit overwhelming, as you'd want to order everything. It catered to every need and diet (vegetarian, spicy, non-spicy, etc.), and we'd be happy to return.
