02/05/2025: Scoperto quattro anni fa', e' il mio locale preferito per mangiare il pesce.Una qualità di materia e abbinamenti che ogni volta mi appaga lasciando la voglia di tornare al più presto.Piatti curati,freschissimi,gustosi, porzioni giuste,buon rapporto qualità,prezzo.Il crudo di pesce è superlativo!!

18/03/2025: You enter a very relaxing and welcoming environment; the discreet and very attentive staff; good tips for pairing food and drinks; pleasantly relaxing music that leaves the possibility of a dialogue between friends; the food is really excellent with its very particular pizzas given their digestible dough. Really excellent variety of homemade desserts. If there had been a nice armchair I would have taken a nice nap…. I recommend it as a couple or with friends, but even alone the place is very pleasant. Great place and location.

23/04/2025: Our experience at Baicin was a bit unpleasant. The pasta was good, but we didn't expect the portion of parmesan to be forcefully put on our plate by the owner. It is not hygienic and normal to have served like this, it seems that the pandemic has not educated some people. Those little details that make the difference and make the customer feel welcome were missing. It was nice and tasteful to be asked if he left the parmesan on the table. We travel a lot, but I have never seen such an incident before. The prices are a bit high for what is offered. Understandably, the tourist area makes the price. We won't be back as they don't communicate effectively with the customer.

22/04/2025: From the outside this restaurant looked like any other restaurant, but once inside everything changes: delicious food, fast service, beautiful environment. Very friendly and professional staff. I really liked the Baicin restaurant. I recommend it to you.

16/03/2025: Prenotiamo domenica a pranzo, locale carino con personale gentile, leggiamo che durante la settimana fa pranzi di lavoro a 13 euro. In sala circa 20 clienti, arriviamo alle 13,30 e ci viene consigliato di avere pazienza. Dal menù di terra (quello di mare era solo surgelato) ordiniamo 1 antipasto senza salumi e formaggi (arrivano 3 crostini e un tortino di verdura, discreti), 1 tagliata e 1 filetto, 2 calici di vino della casa. Dopo circa 1 ora arriva l'antipasto, alle 14:50 arriva la prima pietanza, dopo alcuni minuti la seconda . Il personale si scusa per il ritardo, carne di qualità nella media, senza contorno la tagliata, con un tortino di patate rinsecchite il filetto. Un caffé, il conto: 74 euro. Direi un po' sproporzionato il rapporto qualità / prezzo, fuori controllo il tempo di attesa, evidenti problemi organizzativi. Non lo consiglierei ad un amico, forse meglio il pranzo di lavoro?

The tasting menu proposal satisfied everyone and in addition to the excellent menu, there was no lack of lightness, joy and depth of the evening surrounded by the enchanting mirrors of the private room. Well done.

09/03/2025: The place is very nice and the food very good. Excellent value for money, the 2 of us paid 28 euros for a starter, a dish each, house wine and water. If I had to give advice, I would say to pay more attention to small details such as glasses that are chipped or not cleaned properly.

10/04/2025: We ate really well, all the fish was excellent and well cooked (pampering), well-stocked cellar, attentive and helpful service, highly recommended, we will return. Very close to Lerici Charme (rooms).

07/04/2025: We went to the new place in the center of Rapallo LOCANDA MADALU' which makes traditional Ligurian dishes and we ate really well❗️ Excellent pansoti with homemade walnut sauce, excellent cuttlefish in zimino, excellent creamed cod with Taggiasca olives and pine nuts, excellent desserts always made by them! We will definitely be back!

16/02/2025: Buon pranzo della domenica in famiglia. Servizio accurato e celere benché il locale fosse pieno. Ottimo cibo, con materie prima di qualità. Ristorante da tenere sempre presente !
