20/07/2025: Tutte le nostre feste e momenti speciali li celebriamo qui nel fantastico Doc!!!Bello in ogni stagione,ma d estate nel giardino e nel cosiddetto romantic table l atmosfera è da favola!!!La gentilezza di Cinzia squisita sommelier, chi serve in tavola,tutto fa da cornice alla sublime cucina dello chef Paolo ( adorabili i nuovi desserts … budino al cocco… morbidoso al cioccolato e menta per citarne alcuni) Io sono vegetariana e ho sempre un menù dedicato!!!Ieri sera era una nostra importante data e come nella foto allegata al momento del dolce una gradita sorpresa!!! Grazie e alla prossima naturalmente!!!

21/08/2025: É una trattoria che frequento da tempo, si mangia bene, locale pulito e personale veloce. Però ho notato che tutto è diventato molto misurato..dal pane( 2/3 fette piccole) e bisogna sempre chiederlo, alle portate soprattutto il secondo e il dolce(nel mio caso il dolce una fettina piccolissima di torta) per non parlare delle bustine di zucchero che non vengono lasciate al tavolo(come facevano prima) ma date da loro. E i prezzi aumentati...peccato perché andavo volentieri...

01/08/2025: Ottimo ristorante.. Che dire, sono stato in questo ristorante piccolo ma molto accogliente. Personale di sala molto gentile e professionale. Il crudo ottimo, si sente la qualità del pesce, anche i piatti buonissimi. Complimenti, tornerò sicuramente.

30/08/2025: This place is always a hit. I've been back a few years and the prices are competitive and the quality is uncompromised. Today the place was packed, and yet we were served in a reasonable amount of time, even though the dishes arrived one at a time and not all at once. The food is always delicious! For €30, we ate for two people + one child. My only suggestion is to put numbers on the table so we can identify each other. Otherwise, it remains a sure thing for us and the place we'll be eating at as soon as we're in Genoa.

24/08/2025: We enjoyed ourselves as a family several times. The dishes are really good, but the service is complicated; they don't serve everyone at the same time. We wait 10/15 minutes between the first and last dishes, so we can't all eat at the same time!!

20/07/2025: Sono stata ,con delle amiche , a cena in questo locale : molto carino, pulito, con un servizio simpatico ed attento ma soprattutto cibo di qualità e elaborato con creatività mantenendo ferme le tradizioni. Assolutamente consigliato.

Run with passion and care by a delightful husband and wife team, they convey their love for food and hospitality in every detail. The menu is a celebration of quality: dishes prepared with excellent raw materials, carefully selected ingredients, and pairings that enhance the flavor without ever overdoing it. Everything is authentic, sincere, and perfectly balanced. The wine list is extensive and expertly curated, perfect for those who love discovering new labels or taking advice from those who truly know their stuff. And then the desserts... a perfect ending to a special evening, pampered down to the last bite. A place that feels like home, but with a surprising sophistication. 05/09/2025: We had dinner with exceptional stuffed anchovies accompanied by seasonal vegetables and very light French fries. Highly recommended for the quality of the food. The prices are very reasonable and the owners are very kind. Excellent!

09/09/2025: Excellent pizza, very rich, high quality/price ratio considering that you are in Liguria. I returned the following evening and had the fried fish, the pork one is also excellent, highly recommended.

09/09/2025: I don't recommend Ristorante Manuel. We waited a good 50 minutes for our order, and the staff only responded to my question about how long we had to wait. The mussel dish was disappointing—about 60% of it had gone bad, as you can see in the photo. A very disappointing experience, and I definitely won't be returning.
