Quality and quantity of food exceptional compared to what is now normal in most places. Great variety. And we could continue with only positive notes I would say. Highly recommended for both lunch and dinner.

24/06/2025: Not located along the shoreline so feel less touristy, although still at a very prime location. Was shocked as the mussels were sooo fresh and juicy. Seafood pasta was unworldly. Apparently their seafood comes from Sardinia which is very close to them and fly in everyday. A MUST try for sure. Staff was also very friendly. Maybe my face screams tourist so she even gave us a small portion of a famous local pasta dish that we couldn’t manage to order (as we are a small group).

23/06/2025: We arrived on Saturday evening and asked for a table for two for dinner. The owner was very kind and helpful and found us a place around 7:30 pm. We ate a seafood appetizer, I had the trofie with pesto and Nicola the pansotti with walnut sauce. Finally, grilled fish. All delicious. Nicola and Cristina thank you. See you soon.

15/07/2025: Unfortunately, I've never had the chance to try this sushi place, even though the menu was very inspiring. Every time I've made a reservation, I've been called a couple of hours before to be told the place is closed that day or rented for private events. Honestly, I'm starting to doubt it's just a restaurant.

30/05/2025: Ristorante Moisello is highly recommended. The service greets guests as soon as they enter and helps them choose their table (by the window or near the fireplace, etc.). The tables are perfectly set, and everything looks very inviting; you feel welcome. The service was very attentive throughout the evening, offering advice on the selection of dishes and wines (a fine selection of regional wines). Interesting for guests from abroad: the menu is also available in French, English, and German. We each put together a menu and had a lovely selection of appetizers, all very attractively presented and delicious. The first and second courses were also absolutely convincing: the ravioli were extremely delicate and practically melted in the mouth. And the absolute recommendation: the rabbit, Grandma's style, extremely tasty and very tender. The meal concluded with a mixed dessert platter (very generous), and even small dolci were served with the espresso. Here, the finest Ligurian dishes are prepared using regional and seasonal ingredients. The portions are a comfortable size, and guests are asked when their next course is ready. The value for money is excellent. From the food to the service, everything was perfect. Thank you for the lovely evening.

29/06/2025: Waiting even just for water. Cut of meat much lower than reported. Red wines, with costs not low level, stored and served in a terrible way. Despite reporting the inconveniences, at the cash register, no one cared in the least to improve the situation. We definitely won't be back!

26/06/2025: Restaurant immersed in nature, excellent service and delicious dishes! Suggestive location with wooden tables in nature as well as classic restaurant rooms! Recommended to everyone, honest prices!

29/06/2025: Great experience, restaurant found by chance. The road is a bit narrow, you get there by driving by inch but in the end it is all worth it for an excellent lunch of quality and taste. Definitely worth going back to.

18/07/2025: I had lunch with my partner in early July... I was on vacation for a few days. The intention was to try more restaurants, but after my first experience, I went back the next day. The staff were polite and friendly, the food was spectacular, and the prices were reasonable, unlike most restaurants in Rio Maggiore. The linguine with clams was exceptional. The ingredients were well-mixed, and the clams were large and flavorful. I was truly satisfied.

14/07/2025: The pizza was quite good, the linguine with clams was excellent, there was a good selection of desserts, and the service was excellent. It was a little pricey, but perfectly in line with the area (Riomaggiore). Probably the best place to eat in Riomaggiore.

10/07/2025: A fantastic pastry shop for chocolate lovers. The interplay of flavors and the balanced taste of the chocolates is truly remarkable. Added to this is the passion of the people who make them, which is shared with a smile and kindness to anyone who cares to listen.

13/06/2025: Delicious food. I ate one of the dishes of the day - pasta with pesto, pistachios and crispy sausage and it was delicious. Spaghetti carbonara very tasty. Pizza also very tasty. Service nice, but deducting a star for the rather small interest of the guests. When they do show interest, it's very ok. We also ordered desserts - panna cotta very tasty, but minus for processed strawberries - I was hoping for fresh ones. Cheesecake - very strange in taste and also processed berries. Chocolate foundation - very correct. From the desserts of the day we took lemon sorbet, which was served in a glass in the form of ... liquid ... strange, we would have preferred ice cream. The atmosphere was made more pleasant by live music - there is a live concert almost every evening.

09/06/2025: My partner and I went for dinner here on a Monday night and the staff were super friendly and accommodating as we unfortunately can not speak Italian. They spoke wonderful English and created a wonderful atmosphere for dinner with the lovely music. The food was some of the best food we’ve eaten and at a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommended this place to anyone coming to Recco.
