06/09/2025: Terrible experience. I booked a triple room with double exposure and a renovated bathroom on a half-board basis for a week from August 29th, paying €1,445. Before booking, my daughter went to the hotel, given the negative reviews, to ensure better service, but this wasn't the case. Breakfast, which cost €10 per person per day, included few dishes and was of poor quality. Store-bought cakes and burnt croissants, and orange juice ran out at 8:30 in the morning. We didn't like the quantity and quality of the half-board meals, so we informed them we would no longer be using the half-board option and asked if the additional half-board fee would be refunded, since we had paid for it and, in any case, the invoice hadn't been issued yet. They said no. We had to pay anyway. Why pay for a service we wouldn't be using in the following days? We sent a registered letter to the hotel to exercise our rights, and only after that did the manager call my daughter and say, "The season went well, we'll refund part of the half-board, that is, €40 per day for 4 days (which we wouldn't have used), minus the 4 bottles of water and a day spent at the beach, for a total of €32. So, €128 was refunded on a week-long half-board reservation from August 29th to the beginning of September, which cost €1,445. I'm disappointed because the location is good, but everything else is just plain lacking. Plus, the staff doesn't know how to manage customers at all. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend it.

23/08/2025: A quiet bar where you can relax in the shade while having breakfast at the outdoor tables out front. The service is very friendly and attentive. The only downside is the pastries...

02/02/2024: dopo aver trascorso la tarda mattinata passeggiando con la canetta di casa per il delizioso borgo di San Martino al Cimino e tricottato su una panchina al sole nella piazza ocd si affaccia anche l'ingresso del bar pasticceria che ho visto per la prima volta durante la sagra della castagna svoltasi l'autunno scorso, ho voluto far di nuovo visita in un momento più tranquillo giusto l'ultimo sabato di gennaio ed ho trovato volti sorridenti, deliziosa accoglienza ed un banco pasticceria assai fornito decidendomi a degustare le specialità carnevalesche buone, buonissime e fresche. Davvero ottime le castagnole tanto come impasto che come farcia. È stato assai gradevole intrattenersi per sorseggiare un ottimo tè lavorando a maglia ammirando la vista dello spettacolare lampadario presumo di Murano, completamente illuminato. Gestori affabili.

31/01/2024: Posto carino, dipendenti cordiali e soprattutto pizza SPAZIALE, la prendo sempre. Consigliati anche gli Hamburger!
