Good food, very nice atmosphere. Service was so-so.
The fillet I asked for medium rare arrived almost well done.
I would definitely go back.

I went there for the first time last night, invited by a couple of friends, and I must say it was a delightful discovery.
The absolute star of the dinner was the meat. I've eaten a lot of it over the years, but this was undoubtedly among the best I've ever tasted.
I also appreciated the service, always attentive and professional.
Definitely a restaurant I'll return to and one I recommend to all meat lovers.

We dined at Indigo and had a truly positive experience. The first thing that strikes you is the exceptionally high quality of the ingredients, many of which are hard to find elsewhere. We had the pleasure of tasting the Rubia Gallega carpaccio, and this appetizer alone is worth returning for.
The dishes are all handmade with great care and attention to detail. We ordered three appetizers, each better than the last, all truly excellent.
For the main course, we asked for a steak recommendation and greatly appreciated the staff's honesty: instead of directing us to the most expensive cut, they recommended the one they felt was best for our needs, choosing a mid-priced meat. This customer service demonstrates great professionalism.
The side dishes also deserve a special mention. The mashed potatoes were simply perfect, probably one of the best I've ever eaten. The bread was also excellent, a warm loaf made by them and served with homemade olive oil: a simple detail, but one that makes all the difference.
The steak was cooked to perfection, exactly as requested. Furthermore, the restaurant has a well-stocked wine cellar, with a wide selection of wines to satisfy different tastes and needs.
I honestly struggle to find fault with the cuisine: every course was executed with great attention to detail, and the quality was evident from start to finish.
The service was also top-notch. Despite the restaurant being completely packed, the waiters were always present, attentive, and helpful, repeatedly asking if everything was to our liking.
The only small complaint concerns the initial wait: we waited about 50 minutes for the first courses to arrive. Once service began, however, everything proceeded quickly and well-organized. Considering it was a weekend dinner, during peak season, the wait is understandable.
The location is truly beautiful. We dined outside, among the alleys of Terracina, enjoying a very charming and characteristic atmosphere. We also had the opportunity to see the restaurant's interior, which is meticulously crafted with modern, elegant, and refined furnishings. We'll definitely be returning during the winter season to experience the restaurant's interiors.
As for the bill, we spent €180 for two people, including three appetizers, an 800-gram steak to share, a side dish, and a bottle of wine. Considering the overall experience, I think it's a good value.
In conclusion, Indigo confirms itself, in my opinion, as one of the best steakhouses in Terracina. It's a restaurant that combines excellent ingredients, meticulous preparation, attentive service, and a charming location. We'll definitely be back.

The food is some of the best I’ve had in Terracina. Absolutely delicious, fresh, perfectly cooked, etc. Service was absolutely amazing even if we walked in without a reservation. Definitely a little expensive but for the service, atmosphere, quality and freshness of the food you get it’s honestly very worth it. The area the restaurant is set in is gorgeous as well with a bunch of jewelry shops around! Would definitely come back if I come back to Terracina for another vacation!!

If you're passing through Terracina, you can't miss this restaurant in the old town. In the summer, it's nestled in a charming little square where time seems to have stood still. The service is A+++, and the food even better. The top-quality meat, even for me, a non-carnivore, was truly thrilling. Everything was perfect; a special and magical evening in an unforgettable place. You know when you don't know what to criticize? Everything was perfect, especially the service, courtesy, expertise, and professionalism. The food, as mentioned, is top-notch, as is the location and the restaurant itself. I'll add one detail that perhaps adds something to this enthusiastic review: in the beautiful bathroom, in addition to soap, you'll find hand cream and, listen, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste for brushing your teeth while you're busy tearing through the wonderful meat served. Absolutely 5 stars, but if there were six, I'd give it seven.

The restaurant is located in the heart of Terracina's charming historic center. The atmosphere is very welcoming, intimate, and well-maintained, ideal for a pleasant dinner. The restaurant's strong point is its wide selection of meats, ranging from affordable cuts to decidedly more premium and sophisticated selections. I ate well, and the quality of the food is unquestionable. For my dinner, I opted for a very expensive dry-aged cut, and from a purely flavorful standpoint, the meat was good. I regularly frequent high-end restaurants specializing in premium meats, and unfortunately, at Indigo, I encountered management anomalies that should never occur with expensive cuts. The first oddity is the impossibility of seeing the cuts, because the aging refrigerators are located in a separate room. To collect the meat, the staff literally has to go in and out of the restaurant. Only after insisting was I shown a couple of cuts. When I asked about the aging time, I received a vague "since about March." Meats that have undergone extensive aging must be accompanied by a label certifying the exact date the aging process began, the producer, and the age of the animal. When asked for this information, the employee appeared very embarrassed and assumed, without any certainty, that the animal was "circa 2018." If you decide to position yourself on the market by offering elite cuts at high prices, transparency and staff expertise must be impeccable. You can't sell extensive aging without providing the meat's technical data. The potential is high and the meat is good, but the way we handle the most demanding customers absolutely needs to be reconsidered.
