23/10/2025: I went for lunch for a tasting of Bassiano products and I have to say everything was excellent, the food, the service and the welcome.

20/11/2025: A refined location managed directly by the owner and his staff. We stumbled upon it by chance on their birthday. €40 per person, everything, absolutely everything, no limits. Welcome aperitif with prosecco and a fantastic porchetta, probably the best I've ever eaten in my life. Appetizer, two first courses, two second courses, two side dishes with portions that deserve a lot of praise. Wine, water, Coke, coffee, an after-dinner drink, and dessert until you're bursting. The only less delicious thing was the fettuccine with meat sauce, a 5.5. Everything else is an 8.5. Porchetta is a 10. Well done 👏

12/10/2025: You have to leave behind the beautiful coastline of the Riviera di Ulisse and head into the less than thrilling hinterland of the province of Latina to reach Ristorante Antica Carrera, on the edge of the industrial area of ​​Fondi. But it's a choice you won't regret. The rich and varied menu features several dishes inspired by local culinary traditions, all excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. The wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always present but not intrusive. An experience worth repeating. Unfortunately, we weren't able to try too many dishes on the menu.

The dishes we tasted were excellent; you could taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. A special thanks goes to the staff, always attentive, smiling, and extremely thoughtful. We felt pampered from start to finish. An experience worth repeating and one we highly recommend to everyone, especially those looking for a place to eat excellently in a beautiful, family-friendly atmosphere. A well-deserved 5 stars!

09/11/2025: I discovered this place through my boyfriend. We always come every week because the food is amazing. The food is all excellent, fresh, and they have so many options to choose from. Kudos to all the staff, especially Angelo and Tony, who are very friendly. If you want a different kind of night, I recommend Thursdays when they also have karaoke. Once you come, you'll never leave.

28/09/2025: The pinza must be nice and crunchy, otherwise it's just an oval-shaped pizza. We've been here three or four times now and have noticed that the cooking and toppings of the pinza vary greatly. Although the quality of the ingredients is good, the pinza are sometimes over-seasoned and therefore soft, and other times they're cooked incorrectly. The pinza should be slightly crispy and easier to digest than the pizza, but if you cook it incorrectly, the effect is the complete opposite. The staff is very young and friendly. The menu is on QR code, but I didn't have any phone reception: the waitress was super kind and walked us through the menu... thank you! The location is new and comfortable, very spacious with several working screens. There's a nice parking lot and you can also eat outside where they have tables for customers. Unfortunately, in the summer, there are plenty of mosquitoes both inside and out; it's recommended to bring bug spray.

24/08/2025: I stumbled upon Le Pastaie by chance on my way to Terracina. It's a simple and casual yet welcoming place. I had a divine meal: truly excellent dishes, generous portions, and more than competitive prices. A place that surprises you, where quality is paramount. Special thanks to Silvia, whose service and friendliness are divine. Highly recommended!

15/08/2025: We visited this little gem on Ferragosto with our family. Despite the restaurant being full, we found the staff to be extremely helpful and professional. They took great care to serve our small child promptly, and were kind enough to offer alternatives for those with intolerances. The appetizers were rich and high-quality, with local ingredients. The first courses were generous, with fresh pasta. We enjoyed the full menu. Everything was delicious, even the homemade desserts. Excellent value. We will definitely be back, especially for the kindness and peaceful atmosphere. Thank you ☺️

05/10/2025: On Via Flacca, you forget where you are and find yourself in a green oasis: everything blends seamlessly with the surrounding nature, the transparent windows allowing your gaze to rest on the green trees all around, and the decor echoes the colors and materials of the exterior (the leafy chandeliers, the green armchairs, the wooden tables). Impeccable and much-appreciated style choices. As for the food, an excellent meal! - appetizers, especially the fried cod with caciocavallo fondue, polenta, and caramelized onions. As for the mixed antipasto, I would have called it more of a trio of appetizers because I admit the name made us expect something more, but it was still delicious. - first courses: we tried the burrata tortelli with red prawn cream, which had a very interesting flavor, so much so that we mopped up the sauce. A prawn on top would have made a more visually striking impression. The desserts were also beautiful and delicious: pistachio Bavarian cream with almond crumble and berry sauce; ricotta and pear cake. The experience was absolutely delightful and worth repeating, with the fresh fish and bold, unique flavors. They are open year-round but closed on Tuesdays. Other highlights: comfortable and clean restrooms; ample outdoor parking; and an indoor dining area. The friendly and welcoming staff made the experience even more enjoyable! See you next time!

The quality of their workmanship is exceptional; the dough is truly tasty and highly digestible, as are the ingredients they use for the toppings, which are so fresh and high-quality that you can taste them with every bite! In addition to the classic flavors, each season the pinza shop offers a variety of more elaborate and seasonal pinzas that I always find very tasty and fun to discover! My sincere compliments to the young couple for all their hard work!
