20/04/2026: I dined at this restaurant in Aprilia on April 19, 2026. The atmosphere is elegant yet immediately comfortable. The lady, with a kind and professional manner, listed the day's specials for us. After taking her advice, we ordered an appetizer, octopus scapece, and a main course of sea bass and monkfish. The appetizer was truly unique, I recommend it, and the main courses were prepared with a touch of personality, as were the side dishes. The service was attentive and meticulous, performed by a young waiter, whom I complimented for his manners. In short, there was nothing to complain about, not even the bill. Well done, and that's it! Next time I return to Aprilia, this will be my go-to place for seafood.

17/05/2026: A local colleague recommended this place.
A reunion with cousins, both young and old, meant a huge table. Despite this, the service was fast, the staff were extremely polite and respectful, and the food was superb, especially the meat, which was truly delicious and well-cooked. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting the chef, which is a shame, otherwise we would have complimented him in person. If I may offer a suggestion, such large tables are a bit spread out and aren't helpful for shared dishes. Two people eat, and the person at the other end of the table is left empty-handed.
We'll definitely be back, and I recommend it to everyone.

16/04/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Le Pastaie, and the experience was absolutely positive in every way. The quality of the food is excellent: carefully prepared dishes, fresh ingredients, and authentic flavors that showcase tradition to the fullest.
Special praise goes to the staff, who are incredibly friendly and helpful, putting guests at ease from the moment they arrive and offering attentive, yet unobtrusive service.
Another strong point is the prices, which are absolutely fair and well-proportioned for the quality offered. This is definitely a place worth trying, and I'll gladly return.

26/04/2026: I'll start by saying we only ate at the restaurant, so I can't rate the rooms.
Dinner consisted of:
2 appetizers (artichokes were supposed to be included in the description, but they never arrived) with some local vegetables and a few poorly assorted cold cuts.
2 steaks, 600/700g (not weighed, so I'm not sure), simply grilled without any special seasoning or sauce.
1 wine for €19
Total €150
Homemade cuisine, bland and subpar service from one of the owners, and a spartan and unwelcoming atmosphere (the table hadn't been set, and given the low attendance, we had a table for 4/6 when there were only 2 of us).
Compared to the past, the quality has dropped dramatically in favor of Michelin-starred prices.
Not recommended
19/04/2026: The establishment is a bit dated, but the dining experience is excellent. The food is good and plentiful, and the ingredients are definitely top-quality, especially the appetizers. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. Recommended!

31/05/2026: Parking is easy to find nearby. Ordered and within 5 minutes, everything was already on the table. The staff was very friendly. Everything was excellent.
30/05/2026: A very disappointing experience. We started calling at 7:30 PM without ever receiving an answer. When we arrived, we were told we'd have to wait about 40 minutes. At that point, I asked why they weren't answering the phone, and instead of offering an explanation or apologizing for the inconvenience, the immediate response was to point out that they don't take reservations in the evening.
The problem wasn't the reservation, but the fact that no one was answering the calls. If we had known the wait times in advance, we might have planned differently. A little more attention to customers and better communication would certainly be appreciated.

14/09/2025: I went to this restaurant last night. It's a very nice place and is located in the historic center of Terracina, in a charming spot just behind the cathedral and the Emilian Forum. The experience was excellent. The staff is friendly, and the host is a charming and original character. The food is excellent. The set menu allows you to try many excellent dishes at a very competitive price. I'll be back soon. It will be a must-try.

13/05/2026: What a feast! I have no regrets about the €60 I paid. Guys, I really want to go back tomorrow!!!! We had two menus for €18 and one for €13. An exceptional white wine and a large Pepsi, wow!
The dishes are generous.
I brought back three boxes.
I ate the chicken cacciatore, it was better than ever!
It's a great place to be, and then, guys, PEPSI IN A GLASS!
