28/05/2025: Everything is always perfect! We had dinner last night and I must say that we have been vegetarians for about a year. We had already been there as omnivores and we were always super satisfied with the delicious proposals; this time we were a little afraid of having to, as often happens, settle for the usual only alternative but our doubts vanished after a few minutes when the kitchen made itself available to us to modify what we wanted and also to propose dishes that were not on the menu. From appetizer to dessert a continuous joy. For us it is a guarantee!

22/05/2025: A spectacle, never eaten anything better and never lived an experience like this, magnificent dinner with unique and true flavors, very good wine and desserts with delicious combinations, I would gladly return and often, which I recommend to anyone who reads this, an experience to try and to be left speechless 👏🏼👏🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

26/01/2025: Fantastic! A particular menu with many interesting and different proposals from the usual. Quality products and beautifully presented. Compliments for the meat processing, we tried various dishes and the meat was always cooked very well, tender and tasty! The revisited gyoza are fantastic and last but not least the desserts are truly remarkable, the crunchy shortcrust pastry is a spectacle. Small and welcoming place, friendly staff and delicious menu. Recommended, can't wait to return!

Very good chicken cutlet and fried squid, excellent decomposed millefeuille. As someone would say: "What are you saying? You take it on!"

02/05/2025: Beyond expectations! We looked for a place quickly on our way back to Rome and, reading the reviews, Trattoria Sandalari was the choice. The place is spartan and very clean. Abundant and tasty dishes: paccheri alla pescatora with lots of fish (and lots of sauce to make the slipper!); Fried calamari and prawns were dry and plentiful, with a touch of pepper that made it special. Attentive and very kind, even though they had a table and we had directly asked for main courses (no starters), we didn't have to wait to eat. Everything was really great!

27/04/2025: We went for lunch today with the Cemento tasting menu. I don't have much to say other than compliments to all the staff at the Essenza restaurant. It was a fantastic experience: the refined but relaxed environment, the impeccable, professional but also courteous and smiling room service, excellent wine recommendations! The dishes were wonderful for both the eye and the palate, and I must say that by the time we got to dessert we were beyond full. Heartfelt thanks to Chef Simone and all the staff

06/05/2025: When we come to Terracina we usually eat fish cuisine here we found a valid alternative the staff was attentive and courteous they explained and recommended the cut of meat which was delicious we will definitely be back!

21/05/2025: We had lunch at this beautiful place, and since I had heard good things about it, we decided to try it today. We booked a menu with a coupon, good ingredients and well cooked, excellent quantity and quality. A seafood appetizer, seared octopus on a tasty potato dish, a first course, LINGUINA WITH LOBSTER.. A PLEASURE and finally a very fresh and crunchy mixed fried seafood, all accompanied by a delicious white wine. The place, the food, but above all the friendliness and professionalism that distinguished Gianmarco made lunch an unforgettable moment.. we will definitely be back ☺️

09/03/2025: We went to eat in this place as a sports group, we were 26 people including athletes and parents, they satisfied our every request, they accommodated us at the menu time, we ate very well in large quantities thanks to the refresher, the service was perfect, fast and extremely kind, I personally thank as the organizer of the trip all the staff, the chef with whom we studied the menu and also the splendid day which allowed us to enjoy the garden, thanks and congratulations I'm sorry I didn't take photos to add
