A tip for improving the pizza dough, as it's a bit rubbery. The dough needs to be kneaded for 5 minutes in the mixer, otherwise the fibers will break and then bind together, resulting in a dough that rises without bubbles.
Everything else is perfect.

Delicious pizza, in fact, in my opinion.
The best in Fondi.
The only negative is that we arrived at 8:30 and the pizza arrived at 10:20 PM.
On Saturday nights, if they can't fill the orders, take fewer reservations. 🤷🏻♂️
The reason? They have an oven that can cook four pizzas at a time.

Superb pizza, really good!!! We were recommended the typical Fondi pasta dish, pasta, beans, and mussels, which was very good, as was the sliced steak with vegetables. The waitresses were lovely, kind, and attentive. Highly recommended!

It's located in a quaint spot in Fondi's historic center. It's not my first time here. The staff is friendly and helpful, the service is excellent, the pizzas are excellent (easy-to-digest dough with excellent leavening), and there's a wide selection of flavors and styles.
The beer list offers a wide selection of excellent craft beers that are updated regularly. It's definitely worth a visit :-)

It didn't meet our expectations. The place is quaint, the pizza was decent, but despite having made a reservation and being seated at 8:15 PM, we had to wait over an hour and a half for a pizza. Considering that when we arrived, there were about 15 people who had already ordered before us, I think it was a bit excessive. The owner, after taking our order, warned us that there would be a bit of a wait because she had a table for 10 ahead of us. But never for such a long time, otherwise we would have definitely left. A terrible experience. The young woman who helps out at the tables was very polite and courteous.
